Ein total nettes und super gelegenes Appartement. Lasst euch von dem Treppenhaus nicht abschrecken, der Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit lässt schon ein bisschen Zweifel. Gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung in top Lage.

Positive: Good location. Negative: Upon arrival, we had to wait around until we could pick up the keys for hours. The host would not pick up the phone but sent us delayed messages. We were then directed to this storage unit to place our bags until we could actually check in at 2pm when we specifically told the host 3 months in advance that we would be arriving earlier but didn't receive a reply. Once we could finally check in, the keys wouldn't work so had to get the hosts employee to come and open the doors. We never met the host, only the employee who was accomodating given the situation. The shower is horrible and overflowed every night. The hostel is located on the main street and their is no soundproofing so you can hear everything from the streets below. Would not recommend this apartment and would love a refund!

Positiva: Excelente ubicación, limpieza y comodidad. La cama es comodisima y el baño equipado correctamente.. Negativa: No estaría mal tener algo para calentar (fogón o sandwichera)

Positiva: La cama era perfecta. Muy comoda. Negativa: No había antena para poder ver la TV. Por la puerta de la terraza entraba frio

Положительный: Прекрасное расположение. Вокзал через дорогу, центральная площадь за углом! Очень чисто в номере, красиво, и уютно. . Негативный: Тяжело найти дом, нет никаких вывесок. Советую найти за углом их ресторан Impar. Они дадут ключи от номера.

Positivo: As condições gerais do quarto eram muito boas! A cama e almofadas bastante confortáveis, a temperatura do quarto muito agradável. Localização excelente, boa recepção. No geral gostámos muito!. Negativo: O duche não era confortável, num instante a instalação sanitária ficava uma piscina.

Positivo: Localização, anfitrião muito amável e quarto confortável.. Negativo: Limpeza, cabelos nas paredes das casas de banho, toalhas manchadas e cheiro a tabaco na habitação!

Positiv: Check in und check out waren problemlos - nette , freundliche Begrüßung. Appartment liegt an Metrostation.. Negativ: Duschtür leider nur halb zu öffnen und direkt vor dem Waschbecken. Jetzt im Februar war es etwas kälter und die Klimaanlage hatte schon Schwierigkeiten das Zimmer nachts warm zu bekommen, es hätte nicht kälter sein dürfen. TV hatte kein Empfang.Toaster funktionierte nicht. Kein sauberer Küchenschwamm und überhaupt kein Trockentuch vorhanden. Kein Mülleimer, nur Mülltüte vorhanden. Zimmer in der 3. Etage Altbau - Information vorab wäre gut gewesen, da ich eigentlich vor hatte das Zimmer mit einer Person mit Gehbehinderung zu buchen, welches dann aber zum Glück nicht zustande kam.

Positive: Ottima posizione in pieno centro, un ringraziamento al proprietario per i suggerimenti, monolocale abbastanza nuovo, prezzo conveniente, consigliato!. Negazione: Mancanza di articoli da bagno, 3^ piano senza ascensore

Positive: Location is excellent, excellent, excellent. Great for tourist or short stay. Close to foods, transportation and tourist area.. Negative: The shower is not equipped, no shower curtain hook, drainage problem, thus overflows. The coffee machine is not working, the TV has no cable. If these are not functionable, should not state in the website as having such facilities.
