ВІдмінні апартаменти, чудовий сервіс і прекрасний ресторан. Тут навіть писати багато нема про що. Одним словом перевершили всі очікування.

El apartamento en la planta baja con una terraza y 3 habitaciones es muy agradable por su gran espacio y los utensilios. Es muy moderno y no le falta de nada. Está un poco descuidado el tema de las paredes pero la relación de calidad-precio es genial. A parte la localización es excelente a tan sólo 5 minutos caminando de la calle principal y llena de tiendas y restaurantes. Sin duda el servicio de recepción cafetería Buffet fue enctandor y muy recomendable.

Pensei que seria um apartamento compartilhado, mas não. Apartamento com 2 quartos, sala com sofá cama, TV, mesa de jantar... cozinha toda equipada, roupas de cama e banho. Até máquina de lavar roupas tinha(e com sabao). Próximo a mercado, restaurantes e bares. Comportou confortavelmente 6 pessoas. Recomendo

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Les appartements sont propres et beaux. Les petits déjeuners sont très bon et variés (fruits frais coupés, viennoiseries...)

Positiva: Buena ubicación, perfecto para conocer Oporto sin necesidad de cojer el coche. Trato realmente excelente.. Negativa: Ruido del tráfico. Menaje de cocina algo justo.

Positive: Comfortable, quiet and reasonably well located. We were able to reach most points of interest on foot.. Negative: Few kitchen utensils and only one small mirror in the bathroom (not well positioned).

Positiva: La atención del personal exquisita. Gestionaron taxis, nos prestaron paragüas incluso infantiles, tras un retraso tremendo del vuelo nos llevaron al apartamento a las 22:30 la cena del restaurante asociado sin cargos (esto no tiene precio con niñas pequeñas medio dormidas) y nos ofrecieron pequeños detalles. ¡Moito obrigados, bravo!. Negativa: Nada especialmente negativo

Positive: Very good location- close to a metro station which takes you to the airport, and good walking distance to the centre and main touristic places; flat itself very nice- clean, fresh and modern (very comfy beds and nice smelling towels), restaurant- superb! 2 minutes from the appartment, simple breakfast but delicious- wouldn't ask for more ... got welcome drink- a glass of Porto wine :), possibility of booking a dinner- good chef! pillows and blankets available when sitting outside, nice staff who speaks English!. Negative: the only downside- plant outside the restaurant that gives unpleasant smell ( I'm scents sensitive tho)

Positif: La fonctionnalité de l'appartement, sa propreté (les ménages faits tous les jours... c'est trop!!!), le décor, la qualité des électroménagers, le restaurant de la même enseigne à deux pas de l'appartement, un bistrot gastronomique à des prix très raisonnables.. Négatif: L'absence d'ascenseur. Le bruit du trafic pour les pièces côté rue. L'insuffisance d'ustensiles de cuisine

Positive: The flat was spacious and very neat. The beds were comfortable and the flat was quite quiet. The reception and staff were perfect and warm.. Negative: Climbing up several floors could be a challenge especially with luggage. Otherwise it was perfect.

Muito agradável o apartamento mas tambem muito barulhento devido ao empedrado da rua e ao facto de ter bastante movimento. Especialmente os apartamentos virados para a rua.

Positiv: alles perfekt, super ausgestattetes Apartment, nur Weingläser hätten noch da sein können, aber der portugiesische Wein schmeckte uns auch aus Wassergläsern

Positivo: O alojamento estava genial. Super bem decorado, limpo, camas fantasticas, Loiça Lavada, electrodomesticos limpos.. Negativo: A televisao nao funcionava bem e näo tinham canais infantis.

Positivo: das áreas , da decoração e do pátio.. Negativo: do banho, da falta de luminosidade do apartamento e do barulho dos carros a passarem na rua.

Positiv: Frühstück: kein Büffett, sondern mit Bedienung; sehr gut: frisch gepreßter O-Saft, frischer Fruchtsalat, guter Kaffee; der Rest Brot,Butter,Marmelade,Käse,Wurst eher durchschnittlich. Der Service war abhängig von der diensthabenden Kraft, mal gut, mal befriedigend. Apartement: geräumig, frisch renoviert, sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung mit Elektrogeräten (Toaster, Wasserkocher,Mikrowelle,Kühlschrank, kleiner Gefrieschrank, Spülmaschiene,Dunstabzugshaube,Herdplatten, TV, Fön, sogar eine Waschmaschiene war vorhanden) Lage: super: zur Metro 5Min., Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, zu Fuß in 10 Min. in der Altstadt. Negativ: Es gibt keinen direkten Ansprechpartner an der Unterkunft. An der Tür hängt ein einlaminierter Hinweis wohin man sich zum einchecken begeben muß. Wenn man sich nicht verläuft ist man in etwa 3 Min. dorthingelaufen und kann sich bei den Servicekräften des Restaurants (wo dann auch das Frühstück serviert wird) anmelden. Das Appartment liegt an einer tagsüber sehr belebten Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Es ist sehr hellhörig, wir hatten eines im rückwärtigen Teil des das Hauses die Straße haben wir nur bei offenen Fenstern gehört, aber unsere Nachbarn dafür die ganze Zeit. Täglich außer Sonntags schaut eine Putzfrau vorbei, viel gereinigt hat sie nicht, eigentlich nur Betten gemacht was aus meiner Sicht unnötig war.

Pozytywna: Bardzo ładny, niedawno oddany do użytku apartament. Na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne do spokojnego wypoczynku. 10-15 minut spacerem od centrum turystycznego Porto.

Positiv: Freundlicher Empfang im Restaurant, wo Schlüsselkarte für Unterkunft abzuholen war. Es gab auch ein kostenloses "Willkommens"-Essen samt Getränken. Die Lage ist optimal für eine Anreise vom Flughafen mit der Metro und die Innenstadt (Altstadt) ist zu Fuß erreichbar.. Negativ: Abends ist es ziemlich laut (Autoverkehr), wir hatten Apartment im Erdgeschoss, daher war Öffnen der Fenster nur bedingt möglich. Es gab zwar einen Patio, wie bei der Buchungsbestätigung angeführt, doch wir konnten nur beim Fenster hinausschauen, Zugang hatten wir keinen. Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung des Apartments komplett, doch es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine.

Positief: De service van het personeel, ontbijt en diner was uitstekend. Kamers elke dag perfect schoongemaakt en bed opgemaakt, Ivm gemeentelijke werkzaamheden aan de waterleiding kregen wij zonder enkel probleem tot tweemaal toe een ander appartement. Ivm staking werd onze vlucht geannuleerd en werd door hen contact opgenomen met Vueling. Twee dagen in prachtig appartement in hoofdgebouw verbleven. Dit gebouw is prachtig gerenoveerd en een absolute aanrader!!!. Negatief: Werkelijk niets

חיובי: דירה חדשה. מעוצבת. מאובזרת עם מכונת כביסה ומייבש. מיקום מאוד נוח. ניתן להגיע למרבית האתרים במרחק הליכה של כרבע שעה/ עשרים דקות מהדירה. הצוות מאוד מאוד נחמד ושמח לעזור בכל דבר. ניתן להשתמש בחניון שממוקם במבנה המרכזי. במבנה המרכזי יש מסעדה שנראית מצוין אך לא הספקנו לנסות.. שלילי: חסרים מקומות תלייה למגבות..

Positive: Appartamento dotato di tutto, silenzioso e confortevole. Lavatrice e asciugatrice. Buona la posizione.. Negazione: Il letto per i ragazzi un po' scomodo per mio figlio grande.

Positive: Un appartamento bellissimo e grande. Nuovo è attrezzato di tutto punto. Ogni mattina passava il personale a rifare le camere e a pulire tutto quanto. A pochi passi dal centro. Io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti soddisfatti sotto ogni punto di vista.

Положительный: Место хорошее, в номере уютно, есть всё необходимое для готовки. Есть стиральная машина, каждый день убирают. близко до центра города. Негативный: Плохо работал кондиционер ( можно сказать его не было вообще) Шумно вечером на улице из за местного трансфера

Positive: Abbiamo soggiornato a Porto due notti, l'appartamento è nuovissimo, arredato con cura ed estremamente funzionale; anche la posizione è ottima, a cinque minuti dalle principali attrazioni della città. Super consigliato per gruppi di amici (come noi) o famiglie.
