If I ever again visit Porto, I will only stay here, I loved it! Super charming, super friendly host, and they even have their own Vino Verde for sale in the fridge! The communal kitchen was perfect for a short stay and the location was great. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at the beatiful casa p309 in Porto! With a group of 11 people we rented the whole house for three nights. All the rooms are in a very good state, furnished very nicely and got heated up by the host to very comfortable temperatures - which has been a huge benefit as it was pretty cold back in February. Sandra made us feel very welcome and home by serving us some cake and portwine and joining us for the first evening. The other days we were alone in the house but it has been very easily to reach Sandra by phone when we had any questions concerning the house or the city. I can definitely recommend the place - for larger groups or as well individual travelling people. I think you will love it!

최상층 숙박 경험을 남깁니다. 번화가인 포르투 상 벤트 역에서 걸어서 17분 정도 떨어져 있습니다. 대신 조용하고 오래되고 드넓은 공간이 좋네요. 독특한 경험을 원하시는 분에게 추천 합니다. 장점 1) 독립 공간. 한층을 통째로 사용할 수 있다. 화장실, 샤워실, 책상, 침대, 거실, 다용도실, 부엌 등 2) 부엌에는 요리를 할 수 있게 조리도구 & 조미료가 완벽하게 비치되어 있다. 요리가 귀찮다면 토스트기, 에스프레소 기기를 이용해서 간편하게 아침식사를 즐기자. 3) 공항에서 지하철 타고 한번에 올 수 있다. (E라인) 4) 독특한 인테리어 & 고요함 5) 수건 제공 단점 1) 번화가와 거리가 있어서, 돌아다니기가 다소 불편하다. 2) 객실 청소를 안 해준다. 3) 오래된 목조 건물이라, 바닥 & 계단에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 난다. 4) 화장실이 투명 유리라 민망하다. (연인끼리 방문했다면 장점일지도???!) 5) 주변 거리가 음침하다. (가끔 개짖는 소리가...)
