The joys of Casa Serena literally extend on many fronts. The house is well equipped with all that is needed. The comfort of the house goes hand in hand with its majestic location. Its location is magical in that it captures the wild, rugged and untamed beauty of the coast and the seascape. To fall asleep and wake to the sound of the breaking wave is a simple joy to behold. The majestic sunsets are often magnified by the atmospheric haze where the light casts shadows on the waves and the headlands are like silhouettes in the salt charged air against a glowing ember sky. The traditional fishing boats that are moored on the beach gives the village its cultural signature. The lives of its people are inevitably shaped and controlled by the sea.Within a week it's character becomes familiar and it won't take long for you to greet and be greeted with a "bom dia".
