Das Apartment war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse war riesig, leider ohne Aussicht und an einer lauten Straße. Im Bad gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kosmetikuntensilien. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Portwein. Das Apartment liegt absolut günstig in der Nähe vom Bolhao Markt und der Metrostation.

My fiance and I stayed at this charming hotel in April 2019. The location was perfect with a great gelateria across the street. The kitchenette and bedroom were perfect. The staff was amazing and VERY knowledgeable. We would happily stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here before but opted for the “loft” room this time. Be aware that although this apartment is on the top floor of the building there is another strange staircase to access the loft bed. This may be an issue depending on your age and/or physical capabilities. This “loft” is also on the flight path so this could be an issue noisewise. As we arrived after 9pm there is a late check in fee or a taxi can be organised from the airport which includes the late check in fee and we opted for this which went very smoothly and quickly. Silicone seal around the shower needs replaced. The rear of the bathroom door badly needed a clean as it was covered in drips etc., The complimentary port and coffee was very welcome. No voucher this time for a tour of the port wineries was offered. Really nice eateries nearby. Good WiFi. Pleasant stay and would consider returning.

The apartment was nice and was in a good location. The person who met us to check in was friendly and very helpful. Things that were off putting included having to pay 15euro for the additional option of checking in after 9pm. There is a coffee machine- it would be nice if more than two coffee pods for the entire stay were provided. Enough shower gel for more than one day would also be nice and normal practice. The terrace was very nice.

Positif: Très bon emplacement pour visiter le centre ville. Personnel agréable et très disponible.. Négatif: Les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas très pratiques. L’insonorisation n’est pas top, il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger.

Pozytywna: Bardzo miła obsługa, otrzymałyśmy mapę, na której właścicielka obiektu zaznaczyła wszystkie ważne miejsca do zobaczenia, restauracje, sklepy itd co okazało się bardzo pomocne. Idealna lokalizacja, blisko centrum i metra :) Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić !

Positive: Location is perfect - you can walk to the Square of Commerce in 15 minutes, Santa Justa and Rossio in less than 10 minutes. In evening you can walk in Pombal Park. A lot of cafes, restaurants. The roof is the roof but the view is wonderfull. You can take some drinks and snacks and enjoy the view, sunset. The hotel has access 24 hours and it is really 24/7, there's always someone who can help. They always have wine for you and for a low price. I stayed in two different rooms. All as in a photos. Small, a bit noisy but for price and service, location and comfort it's really good. I would deffinately take this location when I come back. P.S. Thanks for saving my vynil when I was in Porto!. Negative: No. The description is totally true. Your choice is up to you.

Good and welcoming visit by Mafalda. She voluntarily provided the 'how' and 'what' to places in Porto. Recommends best food in town which we enjoyed. Provides complimentary visit to wine tasting event. The apartment we stay is modern, clean, unique and walkable to the city. Comes with portable heater that is useful for cold days. Provides also complientary mini port wine and expressos. However, do take note that they own many apartments around Porto so take note on the address after booking is made. Google map doesnt provide exact location of your stay.

Positief: Rustige ligging kort bij het centrum-markt-winkelwandelstraat . Geen lawaai van andere appartementbewoners.. Negatief: Het slot aan de ingang van de appartementsblok ! Indien het niet vlotter werkt, gaan er nog problemen van komen .

Positive: Fantastic small scale apartment in the center of Porto. Really cosy. Bed separated by sliding door from couch area. Very nice coffee machine. Wonderful place for a couple! Welcomed us with portwine.. Negative: There was no shampoo.

Positive: Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di porto e vicino alla fermata della metropolitana di bolhao (sulla linea che arriva direttamente dall'aeroporto)! A pochi passi dall'appartamento, bello e pulito, ci sono bar, ristoranti e un centro commerciale! La ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi (Mafalda) è stata simpatica, gentile e super disponibile! Consigliatissimo!

Genial apartahotel en un antigüo cuartel de bomberos muy bien rehabilitado. Muy buena ubicacion, pues en 5 min. andando estas no mercado do Bolhao. Todo moderno y decorado con mucho gusto. Muy recomendable, desde luego nosotros, que venimos, como minimo una vez al año a Oporto, repetiremos seguro

Pozytywna: Apartment is ideally located for exploring the city. Original and cozy interior. Host was a very helpful and friendly (Obrigado!!). A glass of Port wine waited for us to greet :) We recommend this place very much. Apartament doskonale zlokalizowany do zwiedzania miasta. Oryginalne i przytulne wnętrze. Właścicielka mieszkania bardzo pomocna. Na przywitanie czekał na nas kieliszek porto :). Bardzo polecamy to miejsce.

Positiva: Todo y en especial la ubicación . Negativa: Lo único que no tenía calefacción y en el baño hacía un poquito de frío ya que fui en marzo

Positiv: Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Empfang durch Sweet Porto war sehr nett. Die Empore mit dem Bett macht das Appartement besonders. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Positiv: Die zenLage .. Negativ: Die Chemieprodukte, die zur Endreinigung gebraucht wurden,u.a.: die Wolldecken wurden mit Textilspray -gegen Geruch -gesprüht (ich kannte den Geruch der Marke, die Freunde gegen Schimmelgeruch benutzen) Wenn eine Tür am Schlafzimmer wäre,könnte die andere Person im Wohnraum sich freier bewegen. Die Fensterrahmen und die Tür zum Balkon lassen die kalte Luft herein.

Positivo: É difícil dizer do que gostámos mais. Desde a amabilidade da hospedeira, solícita em tudo, nas informações prestadas, no estacionamento, no pequeno apartamento, minimalista mas onde tudo cabia e nada faltava, até à localização muito central e perto de tudo, a poucos metros do Mercado do Bulhão, do Via Catarina, do Metro e da bela Francesinha do Santiago. E não esquecer uma visita gratuita com prova de vinhos às caves Churchill. 5 estrelas a tudo. Se voltar ao Porto já sei onde vou ficar.. Negativo: Os shoppings fecham muito cedo.

Positivo: Apartamento grande e espaçoso, bonito, limpo e organizado. Recomendo.. Negativo: Escada para subir ao quarto. Perigosa e de mau gosto. Deveria ser trocada para uma escada comum.

Positivo: O apartamento é muito interessante e confortável. Excelente localização pois permite ir a pé até às ruas principais como a Santa Catarina. Atendimento simpático e eficiente.. Negativo: É muito simpático o apartamento ter garagem (custo adicional) mas a entrada é super estreita!

Positiv: Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang durch Patricia. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns viele gute Tipps für Porto gegeben. Schönes modernes Apartment mit Küchenzeile (haben wir nicht genutzt) und Terasse. Sehr gute Lage für Städtetripp. Alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Genug Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Da es fast aussichtslos ist es einen Parkplatz auf der Straße zu finden, empfehlen wir entweder über Sweet Porto einen Parkplatz zu buchen oder ggf. in einem der umliegenden Parkhäuser zu parken.. Negativ: Durch die zentrale Lage viel Autoverkehr und entsprechender Verkehrslärm von der Straße.

好意的: 事前に到着時刻を連絡できず、到着時すぐにチェックインが出来なかったが、管理人の人がホテルとコンタクトを取って部屋に入れてくれた。立地は観光に最高。スーパーもコインランドリーも近くあり何も不自由がない。. 否定的: アパートの地上階で住人のアパートに出入りする音がすべて聞こえた点が気になった。

Nice accommodation but lacks the necessities one (I, at least) expects at an apartment rental. One roll of toilet paper, no way to make one's own coffee, no salt/pepper/tea. Just the bare basics. Relatively quiet considering how busy the area is. Very clean and comfortable.

Positief: In het centrum , bij bekende winkelstraten en Metro Balkon. Centrum toch rustig. Negatief: - bedden te kort - geen verwarming aanwezig , het was af en toe een beetje kil.( Oktober) Denk in de wintermaanden te koud

Pozytywna: Świetny kontakt z personelem - Sara bardzo dziękujemy!!! Dyspozycyjna, kontaktowa, pomocna i bardzo sympatyczna osoba :) doskonała lokalizacja - w kilka minut byliśmy w centrum pieszo i oprócz turystycznego jeżdżenia tramwajem nie korzystaliśmy z publicznego transportu. Apartament przestronny, wygodny. Parking na ulicy w strefie płatnej, ale byliśmy w weekend więc bilet opłacony w piątek wieczorem wystarczył do poniedziałku. Trzeba tylko znaleźć miejsce ;) Jest też parking w podwórku obiektu ale trzeba go rezerwować wcześniej.. Negatywna: Kłopoty z odpływem wody w umywalce, podciekanie wody pod toaletą i ogólnie średnio czysta łazienka, brudne naczynia.

Положительный: Apartments managers were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. Apartments are very beautiful, clean, not perfectly, but still well equipped, location is perfect, there is own closed parking (not for SUV though, but there are multiple other parking homes nearby by just in case), we also had a huge private terrace which was really cool to spend time at. Despite the weather being quite hot temperature was abs-ly comfortable inside aparts. Wifi was really good. Imho best value for the money. Ps. do not watch TV, so can't comment selection or quality of channels. Очень дружелюбные и приятные управляющие апартаментами. Апарты неплохо оборудованы, чистые, имеют очень приятный дизайн. Несмотря на жаркую погоду внутри было не жарко. Отличным дополнением была большая приватная терраса, на которой можно было отлично проводить время вне помещения. Имеется закрытая парковка (стоит учитывать то, что вьезд для нее может быть узок для больших машин, но на этот случай в паре шагов от апартаментов есть парковочные дома, припарковаться рядом с апартами просто на улице вряд ли получится, места освобождаются только вечером). Местоположение отличное во всех смыслах. Торговый центр в паре десятков метров. Достопримечательности в 10 минутах ходьбы. Отличный wifi. На мой взгляд лучшее предложение за свои деньги в Порту.
