le proprietaire est très sympa, le logement est placé en centre de porto, mais à l'angle de2 rues passantes et en mauvaises états, ce qui fait qu'il est impossible de s'endormir avant 1 heure du matin et debout à 5h....à moins d'être habitué à dormir sur le periphérique parisien, à éviter absolument

Porto im Februar ist einfach schön. Die Temperaturen angenehm, nicht zu viel Tourismus und in den Parks blüht es schon überall.

muito barulhento janelas em pecimo estado,casas banho comuns aos quatro quartos, etc... não é casa para este tipo de alujamento mas sim somente para estudante, parece um dormitório.

Nice clean toilets and rooms. It's affordable and yet still comfortable. Definitely worth going to if you want to find a decent accommodation thats fairly close to attractions. However the area gets noisy at night.

Limpieza y ubicación excelentes. El departamento está bien acomodado y calentito, imprescindible para la época en la que fuimos. Pedro fue muy amable. Lo único "malo" fue el ruido que provenía de la calle. Al ser primer piso, se escucha mucho. Pero nada que un par de tapones no puedan arreglar :)

The only virtue of this place is that you are safe from rain, otherwise you could have been sleeping on the street, it is so windy, cold, and loud. Don't stay here.

The best thing about these rooms is the location.. the sanitary is also really clean so that's Nice.. if only the owners had installed double glass.. for difficult sleepers like me it's nearly impossible to go to bed before 1am because of the noise.. also it doesnt have a proper kitchen bit i guess it isn't a problem if you're on a citytrip

Also preis Leistung ist OK und die Betten waren sauber. Der Besitzer ist auch freundlich! Aber... Du bekommst was du bezahlst: -Handtücher riechen als kämen sie aus einem Raucherhaushalt. -die Fenster sind null gedämmt man hört die ganze Nacht lauten Straßenlärm. Also damit meine ich richtig laut! Die Fenster lassen sich nicht schließen. -alles ist etwas heruntergekommen... außer die Toiletten. Die sind relativ neu! -wenn man die Tür zum Zimmer zu zieht und den Schlüssel nicht mitnimmt hat man keinen Zugang zum Zimmer mehr ... Alles in allem für den Preis für eine Nacht eher eine Notunterkunft!

Если вы не нашли другого жилья и у вас нет выхода, конечно, идите туда. Но, уж очень "скромно", ужасная изоляция, точнее ее полное отсутствие. Единственный плюс - хорошее местоположение. Я вам не советую там останавливаться.

No me ha gustado,mucho ruído en la habitación y la pensión muy vieja por no decir que las ventanas era como si no tuvieras y pasamos frío

Apesar das escadas, é um lugar bem centralizado e agradável. O senhor Pedro é bastante hospitaleiro.

We spent a really good time here. It was cheap and the house lord was so polite. It's well located on the city center and clean. The toilets and showers are shared, but they're so clean. You've got a kitchen for your own use too.

Nice clean more like Airbnb then a hotel. Needs double glazed windows, too much streetnoise. Location is very good. Friendly owner. Hard to find! To find it: go to IBIS budget hotel entrance, turn around so parking garage entrance is on your left. Cross the street, (narrow busy), face right, walk 50 meters max, entrance is close to the corner of the next street.
