Venham provar o pata da burra

It's difficult to do this place justice. We showed up while they were closed (didn't know this) and the keeper invited us in for a tasting. She didn't speak a lick of English, but phoned up someone who translated everything in the beginning. She continued to talk with us in Portuguese and describe everything on the farm. Eventually leading us down various pathes into the unknown on the farm and jestering aspects about the place - which we understood. It was serene, majestic, and incredibly beautiful and meaningful with the passion that crossed over the barrier of languages. Two of the three wines we tried were excellent. Lastly, this was unusual, as normally the owner is there describing this place in English and other languages. It's an amazing property and worth a visit.
