So disappointed. We spend more than 700 euro and waiting for Bruma bathroom tap and shower system 8 weeks but finally get all things after 11 weeks. Dealer of Bruma in Poland treat our case very badly. Initially he accept complain and return our money back but after 2 days we didn’t get any on bank account. We was worried about this situation and called to store again. They don’t want return money and argued: “you are waiting few weeks so it will be no problem for you to wait few weeks more”. We was shocked and try to contact with Bruma Poland. Bruma sales representative intervened once after negative post on their facebook fun page and deleted it. After this he stopped responding for our requests. When we get all packages was surprised because it was damaged and incomplete! Missing handle for shower and hose. After next conversation we get missing parts but hose was different than in manual and for another kind of tap. We don’t know what to do now because dealer in store who sell all things and your sales representative non respond. This situation is very complicated for us and we are tired and have delay with move in to our new flat. Is it a problem only in Poland or everywhere?
