Cockburn’s was a very fun thing to do during our stay in Porto. The tour guide was very nice, spoke good English, and made the entire trip enjoyable. We got to walk through the entire facility and see all the barrels as well as the aging Port. There is a tasting at the end that is very fun and a good way to end the tour.

Esta vinícola além de oferecer um dos melhores vinhos do Porto, oferece um tour guiado fantástico. Destaque para a guia Joana Brás, que nos apresentou toda a história e processo da vinícola com muitos detalhes. Ao final, nos foi servido uma degustação de três diferentes vinhos em uma elegante sala. De fato um lugar a ser explorado em uma visagem para Porto.

Ótimo lugar para visitar quando estiver na cidade do Porto (cockburn's fica do outro lado da ponte, em Vila Nova de Gaia). Visitação guiada muito bem feita. Nossa guia tinha um grande conhecimento sobre os vinhos de Portugal, especialmente sobre o vinho do Porto. Visitação deve ser agendada. Preço justo.

L'accueil à la réception a été très chaleureux. Le préposé nous a accueillis en nous parlant en français voyant mon mauvais parlé portugais. Sans réservation il nous a trouvé un guide parlant français pour une visite immédiate. Nous étions seuls tous les deux avec la guide Emmanuelle. Une visite superbe. Les explications étaient toujours très claires et très structurées autant au point de vue historique que technique.
La dégustation des trois portos que nous avons eu était accompagnée de petits chocolats s'harmonisant à chacun. On termine bien sûr avec un espace pour la vente des produits. Encore là, le commis nous a servi spontanément en français avec là aussi des explications claires sur les produits.
En somme, une belle visite très chaleureuse. À recommander.

We loved the tour here, and had a very extravagant tasting afterward. Our group was a fairly large one that had booked all different tasting options. After the tour ended we were taken to different rooms depending on the tastings we booked. It was very well organised but still quite a personal experience. I loved seeing the area where the coopers all worked especially! Lots of different sensory elements here too; video, walking tour, touching the tools, smelling the bodega and tasting at the end. An excellent experience for Port lovers.

Walked up the hill to get here and so glad we did. Paid €15 for the classic port wine tour which lasted for an hour and was extremely informative from the Impassioned Angela and included three tastings of a 10 year old tawny, the special reserve and a late bottled vintage. Saw on the additional menu a port and tonic for €5 and was intrigued. We both had one and are now converts, move over gin and tonic for a summer drink. Sat in the lovely sunny courtyard and enjoyed them, made with white port, tonic, mint and a slice of lemon and ice. Great days trip

Tradicional bodega de Oporto, con la mayor capacidad de vino de la ciudad y la única con tonelería tradicional activa en la propia bodega. Una verdadera maravilla. Muy recomendable.

Great informative tour in a small group with the possibility to ask all the questions one might have. By far the biggest caves we've seen on out trip to Gaia, which made the tour a lot more interesting.
The tastings are fairly priced and you get options to try even their top ports which are worth the extra cost.

전화로 예약하고 방문했고 클래식 투어 (19€)와 프리미엄 투어 (23€) 를 신청했어요
(혼자보다는 두 분 이상이 방문하셔서 각자 다른 투어 신청해보시면 좋을것같아요)
두개의 차이점은 투어 끝나고 테이스팅 하는 와인의 종류와 초콜릿의 유무에요
투어는 한시간정도 와이너리을 둘러보며 진행되었고 가이드분이 재치있게 설명해주셔서 지루하지 않았어요
개인적으로 토니10년산을 마셨을 때 나무 향이 감돌아서 정말 신기했어요 꼭 마셔보세요!!
(클래식과 프리미엄에 공통으로 포함된 유일한 와인이에요)
시내에서 걸어가면 마을을 구경하면서 갈 수 있지만 우버 타는걸 추천해드려요
*현지분께 여쭤보니 그라함, 코번, 태일러 와이너리가 가장 유명하대요:)

Schöne Portweinkellerei mit modernem und neuwertigem Innenausbau. Sehr guter Portwein zu fairen Preisen. Leider kaum Möglichkeiten für eine Tour, da viele Besucher und hoher Andrang in der Osterwoche. Am besten wäre wahrscheinlich telefonisch eine Tou fix auszumachen..

Spettacolare cantina di vino Porto antichissima, locali molto caratteristici ed emozionanti, fanno dei tour dove ti spiegano in maniera dettagliata tutto il procedimento per fare il vino e alla fine c'è una degustazione di 3 tipologie di vino. Io ho partecipato grazie ad un evento aziendale e sono rimasta veramente impressionata. La consiglio, chiamate e prenotate la visita...sono sempre pieni!

Our tour guide 'Angela' was very knowledgeable and with the lack of a crowd we basically had a private tour. Everything was explained in details and even though we already visited some others. We learned something new. Overal would recommend this tour to anyone. And we can recommend to do the premium tasting (I loved the white and the vintage) as well as the tawny tasting (dang I think I have an expensive taste because the Graham's 40 is good). Good to know is that there are shipping options. Now we still need to choose what to buy before we leave....

Visite enrichissante, pleine de l'histoire de Cockburn's. Visite en petit comité, toutes les questions sont les bienvenus, le guide parle Français et Anglais, nous montre tout de la plus grande réserve de Porto. Détails du processus de création dans les foudres et découverte des bouteilles les plus anciennes des caves de Cockburn's.
Conclusion de la visite en salle de dégustation, les produits sont excellents. Différentes dégustation son proposé, mais gardé bien en tête qu'il n'y que des bons Portos ici, garder le palet alerte et vous serez ravi!

▪Definitely - the most welcome, the longest, the most interesting, the greatest and the most knowledgeable Portos' Lodge tour. Our guard was a realy full of passion, a natural, a very friendly and a polite. She answered every question with zero mistakes (during my visit in Sandeman I counted about 7 mistakes or lies about Porto wine). And the tasting was like a real Paradise in you mouth (you have to remember that Cockburn's has one of the sweetest style; the fortifications has taken place in the second day of fermentation not on the third day, like in the other houses). It is a very good value for monay.

Visited Vila Nova de Gaia to take one of the Port Wine house tours and decided to go to Cockburn's. Their house is located up a rather steep hill towards the end of quay on your right hand side if the cable car terminal and river is behind you.
Walked into reception and given an explanation of the tours and tasting options which are individually priced depending on what you want to try.
The tour lasted about an hour and was very interesting, including a short video. There is a warm Oaky wood smell as you walk around the rooms where the barrels and casks are stored.
At the end of the tour you enter a bar area with lots of tables where your Port wines are waiting for you on a paper place mat that gives you a description of the wines you have chosen. Your guide also adds additional information before you begin your sampling!
It’s fascinating and well worth the time to visit one of the many houses in Gaia.

I had a tour with only 2 other guests (winter time is not very busy I guess) but staff had been friendly and welcoming nevertheless. All ports very exceptional too.

Apparently you need a reservation for the tour, even though we arrived early in the day . On the up side it meant we chose our own port tasting and that was great... The girl there was so helpful and informative, and the port was incredible.

Alcools variés et de très bon goût. Le coût des dégustations est plus cher que Taylor's, mais la qualité ainsi que le prix des bouteilles en vaut la peine. Merci beaucoup à Daniel pour la superbe présentation!

Wouah ! C'est ce que vous direz quand vous verrez la quantité folle de fût et tonneaux présents ! Je recommande vivement la visite ! Comptez a partir de 15€ la visite et la dégustation. Nous y sommes allés en janvier, il y avait très peu de monde, nous étions les seuls à faire la visite en français !

È forse fra le cantine più fuori mano, e per arrivarci a piedi c'è una bella salita da fare. Però, la competenza della guida italiana e la percezione di essere al cospetto della più grande cantina di Porto sulla foce del Douro, ripagano la fatica.
Anche la degustazione finale è cultura pura.

Beautiful guided tour in this large and well kept porto wine old cellar/factory. The visit includes a walk around different areas and it starts with an historical explanation on a video: here you can learn about the main characteristics of the wine. Later you enjoy the view of hundreds of barrells, and you terminate with a wine tasting. The classic tasting has 3 glasses (white,red,aged Porto wine) which are really delicious. Recommended!

Best tour in Porto. Other tours are large groups and there is a strict time crunch... here we only had 8 people on the tour and we were out for 90 minutes! So many chances to ask questions--we learned so much! Our tour guide spoke perfect English and was fun to be around. The cellar itself is enormous and beautiful. Amazing port as well! Highly recommend.

Great tour, not a huge fan of port but when in Rome...
It was delicious really, we were advised how best to drink it and what to look for when deciding what you want in the future. We learnt about the history of port in general and then Cockburn's impact on port.

After booking an early morning tour my daughter and I found we were the only two there. Our guide was lovely, informative, friendly and enthusiastic. The tour ended with a tasting. Good value for money if you want to learn about the history and varieties of port.

My wife and I did this tour and tasting yesterday and it was absolutely excellent. Our guide Manuel was extremely knowledgeable and gave just a wealth of information about not only Cockburns, but the port making process and history as well.
We did the tawny tasting (which looking back was the wrong choice - should have done the vintage) but all ports we're outstanding. Surprisingly enjoyed the Cockburns 20 more than the Graham's 40 (although my wife disagreed).

Genial, visita guiada muy interesante y informativa, la bodega muy bonita y grande, la sala de los barriles muy especial por su tamaño y organización, al final de la visita... Cata de 3 Porto, calidad muy buena. Hay una tienda al salir donde puedes adquirir todos sus productos, a parte hay un bar donde piedes probar diferentes porto. Recomiendo a todos.

An unmissable experience. Easily the best port lodge tour we have found in Vila Nova de Gaia. Our guide, Ricardo Almeida, was hugely knowledgeable and approachable. The warehouse is the biggest in Gaia and includes a cooperage. Great port wines to taste. Simply the best port lodge to visit in Porto.

Just finished the Port tour and tasting winery and it was a history tour as much as a wine tour. Absolutely excellent and our guide Manuel brilliant. Of all the wineries, totally recommend this one. Great to see how they preserve the classic traditions of Port making, right down to making the barrels on site (one of the few to still do them by hand, the traditional way)

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here. We did the guided tour, and the gentleman was very friendly and knowledgable. We're new to port, so we can't comment on the quality, other than we really enjoyed it. They definitely went above and beyond to make the experience great.

(This is not about the experience in Cockburn's Lodge, but their overall reservation system.)
We reserved the experience at noon (the reservation was not under my name), because that was one of times available. However, we got an email 10 hours later saying that they moved us to four p.m. My boyfriend called the place and said we could not make it at that time, due to travel time. They offered to move it to an earlier time, but by then, we already were annoyed and decided to cancel it and find somewhere else to listen to port history and tasting. They agreed to cancel the reservation for us. However, when we got back to the States, the money went out of the account. If they were going to charge us, they should have specified upfront about their policies, or not use such deception. It's also laughable that they ask you to pay in advance in the first place. Go to Graham's Port Lodge - they take reservations by email, no security deposits, and basically the port is the same anyways (they are derived from the same company). Terrible overall customer experience. I'm sure the port experience and whatnot would have been the same as Graham's.

Muito legal a visita, bem completa. Custa 15 euros a degustação clássica com 3 tipos de vinho e é necessário agendar online. A cave é muito bonita e a guia foi muito simpática e nos passou muitas informações.Ralmente valeu a pena!

Espectacular bodega. La más grande de Gaia. Se nota el interés en la imagen de la marca. Elegimos la cata clásica por 15€. Hora y cuarto de visita con Isabel. Encantadora y enseñandonos muchísimas cosas de la bodega y el vino de Oporto. Después una pequeña cata de 3 vinos en tranquilidad. No hemos visitado ninguna bodega más pero dudo que haya mejores visitas que en esta.

I went to Cockburn's knowing little to nothing about port wine and assumed from times as a student (always reliable, hah) that I disliked it. Seems times have changed me.
I took a tour in an English speaking group. The guide had very good English and was easy to understand and exceptional knowledge of the facility (as I suppose you'd expect). The tour took in the heritage and background of the place, the different storage types and methods of aging, and the huge store warehouse amongst other things. My favourite was a video documenting the construction and reusing of the barrels by the expert coopers; it would have been amazing to see them working first hand.
The tour was all incredibly interesting (more so than I expected) and a very enjoyable couple of hours.
At the end we enjoyed a sample of 3 different port wines, one of which was a very palatable tawny. I'd definitely recommend going!

Excellent guide français qui vous transmet sa passion du Porto. Étoiles dans les yeux, musique dans les oreilles tellement poétique dans ses mots..les cellules qui pétillent. ..les papilles gustatives qui n attendent qu'une chose...déguster tous ces nectars aux parfums enivrants.

A really great place to do a tour. One of the biggest in the region, if not the biggest, their production is massive. Great ports to try and drink and the tour guide was so lovely and welcoming. Multiple tours in multiple languages and drinks for all. Worth the trip I’d say, even if it’s just for the bar.

We did an english tour. Our guide was very hard to understand due to bad pronunciation. Also, there was no interaction with the group at all. Both the tour and the tasting were interrupted by other tour groups (in different languages). Based on my experience, I'd recommend to go to a different lodge.

We went to three Port houses while in Porto and this was our favourite. Not only was it the best value but the tour (with a person, not audio guide) was really interesting. Biggest wine cellar. Lovely ports. We opted for the port with chocolate tasting.

El personal es mi amable y cualquier duda es resuelta a la menos brevedad.
El problema, que no puedes comprar un producto allí y llevarlo en la maleta de mano en el avión. Imagino que si lo facturas no habrá problema alguno, pero el riesgo es que llegue sano y salvo a su destino. Visited Cockburn's on a Wednesday, late morning, with two children. The staff could not have been more friendly. We skipped the tour (5 year old and 1 year old...) and went straight to the tastings, which were fantastic. We left with several bottles. If you're lucky, you'll be assisted by Isabel, who was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about Port. She made our experience an absolute delight. It was a great experience, especially after a poor one at Quinta dos Corvos, where they had no flight tastings and seemed preoccupied with stocking shelves over customer service.

Lovely quiet lodge with outdoor garden and expert staff who have the time to explain things personally. We didnt do the tour but opted for a port and cheese tasting instead.
My only feedback to the business is to improve their signage for customers - I noticed many people were confused about where the tour started and walked right passed 'reception' (the room right the by the street entrance), some even so confused they just left.

En arrivant à Porto devant l'appareil à ticket de métro,un jeune couple nous accoste et nous expliqua comment qu'il faut faire,très sympa. Sur le quai on retombe sur eux et de fils en aiguille s'avère que lui travaillait chez Cockburn's et on lui a promis d'y aller,ce qu'on a fait quelques jours après. Allez -y ça vaut vraiment le coup,Si vous êtes français vous allez avoir un guide qui répond au prénom de Paulo vous allez être epoustouflé. C'est un gars qui vous parle de la cave avec un profond amour et un français plus que correct. Allez y vous ne serez que ravis. Certes c'est quinze euros la visite ( 1er prix) mais ca vaut le coup.

Een van de befaamde port producenten en kelders van Porto. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en bijzonder gastvrij. Toen ze hoorden dat er geen Portugees spraken erf gelijk excuses gemaakt en werd voorgesteld om eerst even gezellig een proeverij van de diverse Port soorten te houden, voorafgaan aan een Engelstalige rondleiding. Aangezien er nog ruim een uur moesten wachten hebben we dat voorstel maar gelik aangenomen en gelijk ook nog wat kleine hapjes besteld. Aansluitend aan de proeverij hebben we ons ook nog op een proeverij van chocolade met Port getracteerd. Toen de rondleiding hadden we de smaak dan ook al goed te pakken. Tijdens de rondleiding werd uitgebreid op de Port productie en lagering in gegaan en werden er door de eindeloze gangen met kleine, grote en mega grote vaten gelopen. Al met al een prima rondleiding met goed en uitgebreide informatie en een prima gids. Na afloop moesten we uiteraard nog een keer aan de proeverij deelnemen. (Dit was zoals eerder ervaren absoluut geen straf). Dat er ook nog wat glazen voor enkele kinderen, die ook aan de rondleiding deelgenomen hadden, tussen stonden, mocht de pret ook zeker niet drukken. Na nog een 2e proeverij na afloop konden we als echte Port kenners de kelders van Cockburn verlaten. Dat de weg omlaag een beetje dubbel gelopen werd zal geen verbazing wekken. Maar we hebben een zeer aangename middag gehad hebben zal niemand verbazen. Een bezoek is een echte aanrader!

Intéressante visite des caves et historique complet du porto Cockburn à travers les siècles. On apprend des détails quant à la diversité de métiers qui concourrent à la production des meilleurs portos. Le guide indique également quel type accommoder de tel ou tel met. Originale dégustation de trois variétés de portos (dont un blanc) accompagnés de délicieux chocolats aux parfums raffinés (yuzu, framboise...). Le lieu est aussi très beau, hors du temps. Prévoir un petit foulard pour se protéger la gorge car il peut faire un peu frais.

Definitely our favourite tour. Friendly and competent staff and tour was very interesting with a well-dosed amount of information. Thorough yet very accessible and nicely paced at around 45-60 minutes. Nice selection of ports and good presentation by our guide. Well done!

Very good port tour. We only did one tour while we were in Porto but this one was very informative and interesting. There are various levels of tour, but the only difference is the ports you get to taste at the end. I would recommend getting the classic tour and then supplementing with additional glasses from the bar at the end (the extra glasses cost between €3 and €18 depending on the age/quality of the port).

Fantastic guide that will take you on a tour of Cockburn's history and production. Very luxurious and elegant interiors.
The wines themselves are amazing and I recommend them to everyone who likes sweet wine. The chocolates we got at the tasting were top quality as well, coming from the Equadorian Chocolatery.

We enjoyed our only port wine tour in Porto with Cockburn. The explanation were clear and the tour length was a good amount of time. The wine we tasted was also delicious. We were able to join the tour walk-in without reservation on a rainy day around 5pm. I think it would be wise to book ahead if you are after specific time.

The Cockburn's cellar is the most extensive in the historic quarter. Visitors begin their tour in a museum which charts Cockburn's fascinating history, family history and their planting of vineyards. You will pass through the longest ageing gallery of any Port cellar, filled with impressive sights of thousands of barrels stack high. Cockburn's is the last Port producer to maintain a fully equipped and operational cooperage. The highlight of the visit is the possibility to view the coopers at work, welding mallets for maintenance and reassembling again, presenting a scene which has changed little over centuries.

Not necessarily the best Port wine in Porto.. but arguably one of the best tours. I'd highly recommend spending a bit more money and upgrade to the vintage tasting. Well worth it! I'll be back, that's for sure, and most likely will leave with several bottles for home :)

Unforgettable Wine tour and wine tasting. Vintage surely lives up to its name but Tawny is my favorite, as it goes with just about anything.
The selection of cheese is wonderful and greatly recommended to be ordered alongside to be shared among 3 (or 4) person.
The guides are considerate enough to leave you to your own after introducing the wines as the wine tasting starts, since one may be easily drunk and blushed in crimson after three glasses.

Visitei essas caves em Outubro 2013 e para mim, até à data, 2018, foram as melhores e mais agradáveis a visitar. Apesar de afastadas da ribeira de Gaia e após subir um pouco (+/-300m) encontramos uma sala agradável com um pessoal atencioso até começar a visita.
E que visita! As caves são enormes, balseiros incontáveis e inúmeras pipas. A guia explicou-nos muito bem o processo de produção do Vinho do Porto, transporte até Gaia, a sua preservação em balseiros e/ou pipas até encher as garrafas. Podiamos tirar fotos à vontade e respondeu a todas as nossas perguntas.
No fim fomos provar 3 tipos de Vinho do Porto Cockburn's, o Branco, o Ruby e o Tawny. Adorei o Tawny reserva, tanto que fiquei fã do Vinho do Porto Cockburn's. Comprei um LBV e um Tawny Reserva. Não é propriamente um Vinho do Porto barato mas paga-se a qualidade e um sabor que fica na memória. Recomendado!
Tenciono lá voltar noutra altura, sobretudo depois de saber que fizeram obras e que melhoraram a zona clientes.

Интересное, приятное место. Заглянули в Cocburn мимоходом накануне и заказали экскурсию с дегустацией на следующий день на английском языке (на русском вариантов нет). Думали, будет большая толпа народу, но нет: мы были вдвоем. Наверное, из-за того, что рано - в 10.30. Когда мы уходили, подтянулась большая итальянская группа. Так что получился индивидуальный тур. С гидом очень повезло: Филиппе - СПАСИБО.
Все очень красиво и аккуратно - все после реконструкции, но исторический дух не утерян. Погреба - хранилища, цех по производству бочек, музейчик, дегустационный зал, внутренний дворик, магазин.
Данная марка портвейна не такая крупная и раскрученная, как Sandman или Taylor, но качество отменное: свои виноградники, аутентичная технология (без лишней индустриализации).
Всем рекомендую: место очень приятное, персонал - выше всяких похвал, портвейн отличный - особенно Tawny.

we visited the recently refurbished winery on a city tour, our guide was excellent and well informed.
the winery itself is impressive and the largest collection of single barrels I've seen so far (6000+) not including the big barrels.
the tasting was great and we bought a few bottles afterwards.
the only negative was that we were rushed through the initial part of the winery tour, they where very busy and there was a radio crew doing interviews etc so I'll assume it's not normally like that.

Our last day in Porto (Tuesday 11.07.2017), decided to see where our favorite Port wine is made. Their place was refurbished 2 days ago. Our guide Gabriel was excellent (explained everything in detail). The wine tasting was brilliant. Would I recommend it??? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!!
Couldn't buy wine (no checked luggage) but all the wines are cheaper than in Duty Free and there is variety too. if you have checked luggage buy it from here. (will order my wines online)

Te explican la elaboración del vino mientras ves la bodega la cual sorprende la cantidad de barricas que tiene. Lo recomiendo.

We went here because of the name (which should tell you a great deal about the kind of reviewers you're dealing with, here).
They have a nice outdoor area covered in vines where you can surreptitiously take your shoes off and feel especially posh while sipping your port tastings. The 20-year tawny is a lovely thing.

Uma das poucas caves abertas até as 19h, estava com algumas duvidas por não conhecer este vinho do porto, e de facto não se encontra nos shoppings em Portugal, mas é o vinho do porto Mais vendido no Reino unido e a cave com mais litros de reserva de vinho do porto na cidade. Excelente visita apesar de termos ido com uma guia a falar em espanhol, tudo foi perceptível e no final podemos provar vários vinhos do Porto muito bons. Preços de 4 a 20 eur em função dos vinhos que pretendemos provar. Optei pela opção de 4 eur e depois pedi para provar um que não era oferecido tendo me sido disponibilizado um copo de um Vintage muito bom que acabei por comprar uma garrafa. Excelente, recomendo!

Très bonne visite. Nous avons eu un guide parlant parfaitement le français. Il était très intéressant. De plus, nous visitons les véritables lieux de stockage de porto (ce qui n'est pas le cas de burmester que j'ai faite aussi par exemple!) . La dégustation était super, les deux portos proposés étaient bons! Je le recommande nous avons passé un super moment!

Está un poco escondida y quizá por eso tiene menos gente, pero merece mucho la pena su visita.
Al comprar los tickets para el autobús turístico de Oporto nos venían incluidas entradas para una de tres bodegas y elegimos esta por ser la única BODEGA REAL. El resto eran simplemente exposiciones que no merecen la pena.
Como digo nos gustó mucho, tanto la explicación de la bodega y el vino como la cata final. Nosotros hicimos la visita guiada en inglés por no esperar, pero cada hora hacen nuevas visitas en diferentes idiomas.
El guía fue muy simpático y, a pesar de que la visita era en inglés, en la cata se dirigió a todos los españoles para hablar un rato con nosotros y preguntarnos si nos habían quedado dudas.
La cata muy agradable, nos dieron a probar dos vinos diferentes muy ricos.
Totalmente recomendada.

Increíble tour, aunque el chico que da los tours en Español podría mejorar su español. Compré la entrada asociada con barco y autobús turístico pero si se compra aparte por 4€ vale la pena y te dejan probar un par de sus vinos, además si aciertas una pregunta al final del tour te dan una tercera copa de vino blanco. Su vino es de muy buena calidad, casi imposible dejar el sitio sin comprar algún vino.

Cava impresionante con visita guiada, con horario cerrado de cada idioma. Al final puedes probar dos vinos muy buenos. También tiene tienda y puedes catar otros vinos a copas, incluido un reserva de 2007

Visita obligada a una bodega en Oporto. Guía en castellano (ojo!! Hay que preguntar los horarios), al terminar la visita hacen una cata de dos vinos.

Visite marketing sur les 60 minutes de visite seul 5 à 7 minutes vous explique vraiment le vin de porto le reste etant la mise en avant de la marque d ailleur qui n'est pas portugaise mais ecossaise

Para mi Cockburns tiene de los mejores vinos de Oporto. Como en casi todas las bodegas, tienes la opción de hacer el tour guiado que incluye la cata de varios vinos al finalizar. Muy recomendable.

Atención esmerada, vinos estupendos. Hicimos la visita y cata en Cockburns como parte de un tour de bus, bote y catas que incluye dos vinos y adicionalmente tomamos otra cata que incluye tres más. Nos mostraron las bodegas y nos explicaron el proceso de fabricación de los tres principales tipos de vino de Oporto: Ruby, Tamwy y Vintage. La atención es de primera. Probamos los vinos Ruby, Ruby Reserve, Tamwy 10 años y 20 años y un Vintage 2007 y todos son espectaculares.
