Great wine tasting session, very intimate and personal. Much appreciated to have organic wine as well. Beautiful surroundings and aesthetically arranged. Nice and quiet environment.

A really good and knowledable guide showed us the wine making process from soil to corking of the bottles. We were a group of 5 and the interaction with the guide was really entertaining and interesting.
During the tasting of the wines the really fun began. Every single wine had its special traits, and the discussions continued.
The guide, breathtaking views of the surroundings, really good wines together with plates of cold cuts and cheese made this an amazing experience!!!
To top it all, the price was really reasonable. Five stars for sure!!!

So enjoyed a wine tasting one beautiful sunny Oct. day with my wife and daughter. The hostess was friendly and we had a lovely time.

Encomendei recentemente um frigorífico, e a Gretta foi incrível. Ela me ligou após o meu pedido para confirmar o que eu pedi e garantir que eu estava ciente dos danos. No dia anterior à entrega, ela me ligou porque estava limpando meu refrigerador e identificou um problema. Ela me ligou imediatamente para me informar e perguntar sobre uma alternativa e me enviou fotos claras. Acabei por mudar para o outro item e a Gretta tomou conta de mim até ao fim. Seu serviço e gentileza foram além e acima! Eu não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre ela!
Eu estava na fila à espera que um dos empregados acabasse de falar com outro cliente. Um casal formou-se atrás de mim e depois saiu para procurar o que queria. O empregado virou-se e sem sequer olhar para a fila, saiu para os ajudar. Bons 5-10 minutos de espera e ele decide ir embora e ajudá-los primeiro. Não é um bom serviço ao cliente. Escusado será dizer que eu estava à procura de um upgrade, mas não neste local. A última viagem que já fiz a qualquer Best Buy para fazer compras de electrónica.
