one of the newest additions to the specialty coffee scene that is showing a lot of promise is setting themselves apart from the competition. Once you enter this historic building you will find yourself in a cozy coffeeshop that is highly focused on the quality and details of everything they serve. Your normal fare will be found on the menu, V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and your standard espresso + milk varieties. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgable.

커피를 잘 추천받아서 마셔야 할 것 같구요. 드립을 마실거라면 진하게 내려달라고 꼭 언급해야 할 것 같습니다. 아 에그트르트가 너무 맛없었어요. 밀가루 맛이 났어요 ㅜㅠ 케바케겠지만 하여튼 그랬고 공간은 마음에 들었습니다.

Stumbled across this gem as we were wondering around. If you love coffee you MUST stop in. Barista was super helpful with her recommendations and our espressos were tasty! Inside is super cute and trendy and had a pretty relaxing atmosphere.

Travellers... this is the coffee shop which worth to visit during your Porto's holiday. The service is excellent and you can choose from different type of coffees, furthermore, you can also choose the method how your coffee should be prepared.
The place is also quiet peaceful. The interior is nice too. At the end of your visit, you should visit the toilet because this coffee shop is in a private club which fly back to the 1970's years of richness.

Lugar imprescindible de Porto. Está dentro de un edificio, por lo que la entrada no da a la calle directamente, aunque las ventanas sí. Muy buen café y el trato al cliente espléndido. Una cafetería en la que te podrías quedar horas.

Just streets ahead of Combi, which is streets ahead of everyone else here. Proper, independent London style espresso. Full punch. I'll just add third wave coffee and specialty coffee and great espresso in case it helps others find it.

O espaço é digno de fotos para o instagram !
Uma coisa que adorei é que tem tomadas elétricas em todas as mesas, podemos trabalhar a tarde toda num espaço com bom café, bom ambiente e sem ficar sem bateria.
A carta tem 3 chás e o chá de príncipe é fabuloso. Acompanhado por uns biscoitos e umas compotas.
No final a funcionária ainda me ofereceu a provar um café de filtro. Nunca tinha provado e fiquei fã. Vou voltar e recomendo.

Amazing coffee in a cool building . Very friendly barristas and great coffee. My wife got a oat milk cappuccino and it was amazing. Glad we came.

Such a lovely place in the heart of Porto. C'alma is a place where you can find coffee from all over the world, with different methods to filter those magic beans. The place is clean, with a remarkable architecture design and soothing music. You can reach this place while you taking a walk through Santa Catarina or from Aliados, downton. You can't miss this place if you want to have a good time.

Lugar muy acogedor. Atención rápida y amable. Para los amantes del café, decirles que tienen una amplia variedad. La limonada de café muy rica, el chocolate es con leche y la tarta de chocolate estaba un poco seca. Por cada cosa: 3.5e. Me pareció elevada la relación calidad precio, sobre todo en el chocolate, que no deja de ser chocolate con leche y el trocito de tarta.

A beatiful place for a unique coffee tasting experience. Staff is wondrously friendly and welcoming. Coffee is available in many different high quality varieties and can be tasted using 4 different brew methods. Probably the best specialized coffee shop in Porto. A must go for coffee lovers.

What a wonderful spot! You can’t help but be relaxed here. I don’t know a whole lot about coffee, so I ordered a coffee flight to learn a little bit. The woman serving is super knowledgeable and (thankfully) chose some coffees for me. The brewing process is fascinating to watch too! I never knew how different coffees could be, and how fruity! I definitely recommend trying one of the flights (they do brewed, espresso, and other variations, plus single origins and such).

When you need a bit of tranquility in the center of Porto, follow the smell of fresh coffee spreading from the windows of this beautiful place. Super friendly and professional staff that will make sure you enjoy your coffee experience to the max. Great variety of blends and pressing techniques. I had a great and relaxing afternoon at C'alma. I decided to try their coffee flight. So three different coffees prepared one way. I tried an Ethiopian, a Kenyan, and a Colombian coffee. All three were excellent. The flight was 9€ and I added a Pastel de Nata for good measure. I would highly recommend C'alma if you're looking for a quite place to sit and enjoy a coffee on a rainy day.

I loved this cafeteria. It is located in what appears to have been a social club.
The cafeteria itself is not very big, but it is very cozy. One of the things that made me more funny is that to go to the bathroom they give you a map, and the truth is that the building is so huge that it is very easy to get lost.
Staff is very helpful and kind. They have a great variety of coffees, and of course, the coffee is very good, besides the presentation is very careful.
You can feel the coffee culture of Portugal.

Feels like a Porto stylish home where you just want to drink coffee, eat muffins and forget responsibilities forever and ever. The coffee is smooth just like the interior wooden aesthetic which is comforting and reassuring. Get caffeinated here, you will like it.

Rozhodně nejlepší kafe ve městě. Ani v Lisabonu jsem něco podobného nenašel. Velice příjemné uvnitř, skvělá a profesionální obsluha, zásuvky všude. Jen žádné snídaně, tedy je to na super kafe, ne na jídlo. Doporučuju!

We visited C'alma on a food tour as our first stop for espresso and a pastry. Everything about it from its ambiance, to the custom wooden boards they serve with, and the incredibly warm and welcoming team was just incredible. We planned to go back at the end of our trip and so we did and purchased their espresso blend and one of their wooden serving boards. The barista was kind enough to grind the beans for me. And every night when we were back home my husband and I enjoyed shots of espresso. We soon ran out and hoped that we would be able to order more. We are from the USA so we reached out via instagram and asked if this would be possible. They were very responsive and bent over backwards to send us two bags of our new favorite blend - one of the baristas was visiting the US and brought them in their suitcase with them and shipped it in the US to make it as easy as possible for us! To say the service is amazing is an understatement. I wish I could visit C'alma everyday and we hope we will be back in person one day. A must visit!!

Really nice any cozy place. Ask from the staff, and they will help you to choose the right coffee. :) There AC and USB connectors in the window. The muffins are incredible. Bit salty and sweet at the same time. Not as sweet as the the other pastries around.

A brilliant small cafe with high quality coffee and tea. Suitable for freelancers to sit with a laptop, artists to watch the life go by and create some art as well as everyone else looking for a relaxing place with a great ambiance, friendly staff and amazing coffee! If I ever moved to Porto, this would be my go to place for coffee-working. Highly recommend!

Quiet space in a quirky building with great coffee. Nice touches include a map to get to the toilet (take a wrong turn and you are likely to end up interrupting a game of cards being played by the locals in a darkened room). Also enjoyed the guest books and pens which invite you to leave some art for those who follow. The coffee related cocktails were great.

Great coffee done many ways with a few varieties, fresh milk and alternative milk, cute presentation on little wooden trays. (Serve some teas as well). Relaxing atmosphere, stools with opening windows for people/street watching or comfy seats inside. Good, tasty not overly sweet muffins and a few other tasty treats including prerequisite natas :) Free wifi.

Amplia carta de diferentes orígenes y amplia variedad de métodos de infusión. Desde el clásico espresso a varios de filtro: Aeropress, V60, Chemmex, Clever...
Aparte, tienen carta de cafés fríos, como Cold Brew, CafeTonic, Cafe Lemonade...
Pedimos un Cold Brew y yo en especial una degustacion de 1 origen y 3 maneras de infusionarlos. Ojo, la degustacion son 3 buenos vasos, no son espresso, es una gran cantidad de café.
La verdad que estaban todos muy buenos, da gusto que haya una cafetería así en pleno centro de Oporto con esa calidad de café.

El café está muy bueno, el sitio es precioso. Me ha parecido muy gracioso el que te den un mapa para llegar al baño, ya que el edificio como tal es un antiguo club y quizás te pierdes un poco. Si vuelvo a Oporto volveré sin duda.

I went here based on its high scores and C'alma lives up to the hype. I had a double shot coffee which was beautiful, but then also had a 'Monks Head' - a cold cocktail with coffee and liqueur, and it was to die for. The staff are lovely and the space is beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Speciality coffee came to Portugal!
In this lovely coffee room inside a historical building is where the old world meets the new wave of great quality coffee. The barista knows what she's talking about, the drinks are well executed. It was my 3rd coffee stop of that day (including Starbucks which is especially disappointing in Porto), this was the only place with drinkable coffee.
A must for all of us coffee lovers who are searching for a quick fix

Coffee Mecca for coffee enthusiasts. We shared an espresso flight tasting and the helpful and passionate staff took the time to speak to us about their product. They even gave us tips on home brew machines, grinders... the works. Awesome experience, quality product, and a great way to fuel our sightseeing for the day!

The cold brew lemonade was amazing, I was really surprised ! The slightly sour lemonade with a hint of lime went perfectly with the somewhat chocolatey cold brew.
I love the old architecture with high ceilings and dark brown on the beams and huge windows, as well as the 19th century-style tiles. The staff are helpful, friendly and speak great English.
I am looking forward to come here again with my partner and friends and trying some of the brews they seem to be more famous for.

Very cute coffee spot with ample space to relax or work on your computer. Their specialty appears to be espresso and offer espresso flight tasting. They have some tea options as well. I have tried both their cold matcha green tea and cold brow. Both were good. Very friendly staff and all speaks perfect English.
