Great sport room. The staff is nice. The changing room is not as clean as my usual sport room.

Not a bad little gym, however dumbbells only go up to 25kg and there aren’t enough plates for multiple people to be doing exercises which require plates, deadlifts, leg press, hack squat etc.
There’s a bald PT which goes around and seems to enjoy telling you you need a towel or not to put the weights down too hard, then spends the rest of his time talking to girls.
Basic gym which does the job for holiday. Free parking too

Extremely hot, very small. Looks good but needs more gym equipment. Lots of space for classes. Overpriced

Been there on Saturday morning and Monday morning good atmosphere in the gym. Spinning classes are great instructors are friendly and great fun would highly recommend this gym. And nice coffee only one euro.

This is the 2nd year that I have used UNIK. The staff there are absolutely brilliant, they are always there to help or explain how to use the machines correctly. They are all so friendly it makes the hard work more enjoyable..I can honestly say that i have many friends here and would like to thank them for all the encouragement and support . .I didnt think that I would say this about a gym but...time does fly when you are having fun!!! Cheers see you all soon

A nice and friedly gym, full of unique equipment. This gym insist on gym etiquette, ie unloading weights after use and wiping down after use. Staff are not afraid to remind gymmers of the basics, which is good to see. Well attended range of classes to suit all. I enjoyed my 2weeks experince at Unik fitness club , it comes highly recommended.

The gym facilities were great. Good range of equipment and the staff were lovely. Dropped a star as there's a policy that you can't take your shoes of during a set... Never encountered that in a gym before and my leg workout requires your feet to be flat so it ruined my workout and I kind of don't understand the policy. Nice gym though and not the staffs fault.

Decent gym, it does its job. The machines are up to date, the treadmills could be a tad better. The gym is spacious, the locker room is clean, but there is no sauna. An air conditioning is also missing over summer. Overall, a quite good gym if you are spending one more two weeks. You can pay 25 euros for one week without contract, quite a good deal!

Um dos melhores gym de albufeira . Lufada de ar fresco. Grande variedade de máquinas, boas opções de aulas, pessoal atencioso e simpático.

Excellente salle pour les vacances avec tout l'equipement necessaire pour un combiné poids libres / cardio.
Pour ceux qui aurait du mal à trouver l'emplacement de la salle je vous conseille vivement de vous garez vous au -4 du centre commercial Continent d'Albufeira, vous aurez la salle en face de vos yeux dès la sortie de l'ascenseur. (pratique si Madame ou le reste de la famille souhaite faire du shopping ou des courses)

Prijstechnisch wel goed. Losse dumbels gaan tot 25kg maar ze hebben genoeg gewichten om aan te tillen.

Could have some more machines. But I guess it's enough for holidays. Also, be prepared to be stared at like you are an alien.

Little gym but well-equipped.
The weight/machines corner is quickly full.
Nice for doing sport during vacations.
