Box de Crossfit em Vilamoura

Been looking for a crossfit gym in Vilamoura for a while. And I finally found this gym. Renegade is excellent! I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about CrossFit. Cristian is an excellent coach and a solid guy.

Normally train in champions fitness as I didn't know about this place.1 squat rack and 1 bar in champions and there's usually some poser doing dumbbell curls in it .renegade-huge rig with at least 10 bar racks and about 20 bars! Massive Bluetooth speaker you can put your own tunes on. It was only open 2 weeks so not fully set up but the owner said he had more kit coming soon.if you're serious about training this is the place to be and if you're a poser who likes waiting around for all the insta and fb w$$kers to finish taking pictures then you should go to champions. I know I'll be training in renegade. Also,he is open on a Sunday morning which is the only reason I found him.great gym for real trainers

Very good place for training. Full body functional training similar to crossfit style. Big space full equiped: racks, ropes, rings, bars, weights, rowers, etc. Every saturday and even some sundays Christian sets up the training to be done at the beach. Is really cool to train on a paradise beach.
