Accommodation was great. Lovely spacious bathroom with a great shower. Kitchen had all you needed from a microwave to a kettle and toaster. The balcony had view of the pool and we also hadSun loungers on the balcony. 10/10

Very good value for money, clean,friendly staff. Many humorous moments with attentive feral cats.We warned on arrival not to feed these cats by the manageress. She didn't know they were being fed daily by the room cleaners!Out of the way resort and you need a car to get around. Would return

Nous avons séjourné dans cette résidence d'appart-hôtel et nous en revenons ravis . Les appartements sont propres , correctement agencés et on y trouve le minimum nécessaire, à l'exception d'une cafetière , à notre grand regret.
La terrasse et agréable et située côté jardin. Des jardins bien entretenus et deux belles piscines agréablement situées et propres bien que nous sayons été en fin de saison.
Tout le personnel: accueil, entretien et bar sont exceptionnels et agréables. Un personnel très sympathique et au service des résidents .
Seul bémol , comme pour beaucoup de personnes y ayant résidé : la mauvaise isolation.
Un bar est ouvert toute la journée et vous propose de vous restaurer du petit-déjeuner au dîner .
Nous y retournerons volontiers d'autant qu'il est bien situé avec la magnifique plage Da Falesia accessible à pied , ainsi que des restaurants et magasins.
Merci à tout le personnel pour son amabilité et ce beau séjour.

Rustige plaats met winkeltjes en restaurants op loopafstand maar wagen aangeraden voor verdere stadjes
Zeer netjes onderhouden en mooi geschilderd. Leuke zwembaden,niet verwarmd. Zeer toffe bar met lekker eten voor 8€ ,veel keuze drankjes, biljart, flipperkast,tv groot scherm, goeie muziek.
Minpunten gebrek aan privacy op je terras, harde bedden en een hoofdkussen dat in bulten zit. Heel slecht internet indien je kamer ver van de receptie ligt. Ook ligt er een hond aan de ketting vlak voor het hotel,wat een zielig zicht is voor dierenliefhebbers

The apartment was spacious,clean and with a large balcony. The shower was fab. Very nice pool and bar with good food reasonably priced. Easy walk to supermarket,restaurants,bars and beach thoroughly enjoyed our stay for short family break. A quiet place but Albufeira town only short taxi ride away.

We absolutely love staying at Vale Carros, such amazing value for money its hard to see how anyone can complain. Beds and pillows not the most comfortable but everything else makes up for that. All the staff are lovely, from reception and bar to the cleaning team, they all work very hard. And a special mention for the man who looks after the beautiful gardens. We will be back for sure!

Tough to find on Google Maps. Friendly staff. Apartments need some renovating, wifi was a separate charge but overall for the price great value. Paid $60 for 3 people.

The apartments was ok, however it was a bad smell in the apartment most likely from mold, we stayed only 2 nights and stayed out of the apartment from morning to evening, hence the smell was less by the second day. Internet one had to pay extra for, tv was a tiny 21 tv screen. Beds not comfortable, extremely hard mattresses and bad pillows. Towels were not changed on second day when we let them on the floor, cleaning staff only hung back the dirty towels. When we checked out the staff didnt bother to ask about our stay so and was not too friendly. Apartment far walk from beaches, you need to drive. Not much to do in area, a few restaurants and bars. Only positive to say is the price and the overall cleanliness of the apartment. But will not return to this place. If you are not on a tight budget we would avoid this place.

Zona calma, estúdios novos/remodelados, tem o indispensável para uns dias de passagem. Nesta estadia desapontou-nos alguns pontos de limpeza de chão e duch, bem como colchas (com manchas de uso e cabelos) e as almofadas sao pouco confortáveis. tem optima piscina com o sossego necessário a descanso, é muito estacionamento. Para praia é indispensável o carro.

É um bocado mau, as camas são duras de mais, casa de banho minúscula, a porta do armário estragada. Para além disso são uns forretas porque nem dá para mexer no ar condicionado, no quarto nem há comando do ar condicionado, também a televisão tem um sinal horrível que não se pode pode ver televisão. Também não se pode ir à piscina porque tem cloro a mais e deixa os fatos de banhos ou biquínis todos amarelos. E para terminar eu fiquei entusiasmada quando achei que era uma casa para cada pessoa e quando percebi que era uma espécie de apartamentos quis ir embora logo mas não pude porque levaram quase mil euros por esta espelunca!!!!!

THE GOODFriendly and helpful staff.The kids really enjoyed many hours in the pool and it was a great relaxing time me and my wife also.THE NOT SO GOODThere is sense in which a the hotel/apartments atmoaphere is divided in two. There is a deliberate attempt to cater foreign holiday makers and I think that this is good. On the other hand though there is sense of national heritage through the architecture and landscape, a lot of the National treats (the coffes/ the cakes/ the athmosphere) are not present. This is bit of a shame as to experience these one must go outside

Tirando a piscina sempre suja e o facto de ter tomado banho de água fria imensas vezes porque é com caldeira e tinha de se esperar 30min para aquecer novamente.. Mas tirando isso têm um bom espaço, sossegado, ótimo para quem têm filhos.

Vale de Carros apts are a perfect holiday rental for families and adults wanting a relaxing holiday.
Located away from the typical Brits abroad party area but if you do enjoy that vibe then it is a short and cheap taxi ride about 10min/10euros.
Nearest beach is Falesia beach which is absolutely beautiful. It stretches for miles and it's set right by the cliffs.
You can rent umbrellas and an iron for 1 Euro a day from the reception.
The complex has 2 small swimming pools, they are quite deep, good for just chilling about rather than swimming.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
One massive negative was that the rooms were not cleaned daily, but on the days that they were the cleaning was very thorough - I've noticed some negative comments about poor cleaning and that definitely was not the case with us.
Another negative- No dishwasher. It is a full apartment with a kitchen- there should be a dishwasher! I don't want to waste time doing dishes on my holiday.
Tip- Choose an apartment with a higher number(further away from reception) There is a pool table and its open till 2am. The walls aren't insulated well so we had difficulty falling asleep because of this.
Also there were people in the 2nd apartment upstairs constantly smoking cigarettes so I'm guessing that there aren't any smoke alarms? Not very pleasant for a non smoker.
Overall there are more positives than negatives. Hopefully the management will make a few small changes here and there in the near future:)

Hôtel composé de plusieurs appartements séparées. Des places de parkings devant chaque appartement. Deux piscines assez grande, pelouse très bien entretenue. Logement spacieux avec coin salon et grande terrasse. Mais il y a un mais ! Les moustiques !! Des dizaines voir plus ! Et les dizaines de moustiques écrasées par les clients précédents. Lhôtel facture 8€ une bombe !! Alors quil est fortement déconseillée dutiliser ces produits dans une pièce fermée. Donc je part acheter une prise anti moustique dans une boutique pour bien moins cher. Donc en résumé : hôtel bien pour ses prestations et son visuel, mais manque de sérieux sur les moustiques, et le manque de propreté avec tous les moustiques écrasées !

Das gebuchte Apparment Nr 34 befand sich im EG mit Terrasse. Leider haben die Gebäude wohl ein Feuchteproblem, es roch imme modrig, muffig in allen Räumen, besonders im Bereich der Küchenschränke und im Bad (Abfluss). Zu empfehlen sind wohl eher die Studios mit Balkon im OG, besonders für Ruhesuchende mit etwas mehr Privatsfähre. Die Apparmentanlage hat allgemein eine gute Lage, der zweite Pool und Garten abseits der Rezeption sind gepflegt und schön. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Die Gebäude sind schon älteren Datums wurden aber erst renoviert ( ausgenommen die Küche). Deutsche Gäste sind eher die Ausnahme. Alles ist hauptsächlich auf Engländer und Portugiesen ausgerichtet auch das TV (es gibt nur einen Deutschen Sender :Deutsche Welle). WLAN und Safe sind kostenpflichtig und zu teuer. Ob man sich in der Unterkunft wohl fühlt hängt wesentlich von der Lage des Appartements ab und von der direkten Nachbarschaft bzw. dem Benehmen der anderen Gäste (Engländer). Alles ist sehr hellhörig und es kann auch mal tagelang, nächtelang ein Nachbarhund bellen und jaulen. Prinzipiell ist die Anlage für den günstigen Preis aber zu empfehlen, wenn man keine besonderen Ansprüche hat.

Such a shame have stayed here in the past and it was great but this time was very disappointing several different groups from the same family had “apparently” booked all separately to get around the no group bookings rule they all turned up together and obviously knew each other this in itself was I understand not the owners fault (although could have refuse them at this point) but unfortunately what is there fault is supplying them all day with alcohol then shutting the office/bar and leaving the place with no staff to become overrun with them in the unlit pool at 2am and openly doing drugs and shouting until 3/4am. Every morning there was people complaining at reception and generally feeling awkward around the pool area. Will not be returning because of this.

Property wasnt high rise only two storey, nicely laid out gardens and pool areas,our balcony got the sun most of the day which was great as we are not swimmers.only downside was the stairs to the apartment could be tricky

A very friendly place to stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful and most importantly very obliging. The apartment itself has almost complete with facilities like a very spacious room and balcony. For guest who likes cooking, look no further, you can cook to your heart contents because there's a cooker with all the cooking utensils. There are 2 swimming pools, a big and a small pool. Not far from the apartment there several restaurants but the food from the apartment's restaurant isn't too bad at all and the price is still quite reasonable. They have different entertainment each night which is good. Above all, one will definitely have a blast staying at this apartment.

Studio très propre, calme, basique mais assez moderne, bien ensoleillé, personnel agréable.
Manque un peu de rangement, mais on s y accommode. Bonne literie bien ferme mais pas de mal de dos le matin.
Commerces alimentaire et restaurants proches de la résidence.
La bonne surprise c est que le wifi est gratuit et non payant comme sur leur site.
On s y sent bien.
Le seul souci c est la douche, le rubson est plutôt triste et noir par endroit, et les porte de celle ci ferment mal, il manque des roulettes. C est le seul point noir.

Bien dans l'ensemble, logement agréable , accueil correcte mais pouvant mieux faire. On vous donne les clés à l'accueil, mais pas de conduite jusqu'à l'appartement pas de visite des lieux ni de comment fonctionne les appareils (d'ailleurs les plaques chauffantes laisse à désirer), pareil pour le check out.
Une petite odeur d'égout qui remonte dans la journée dans la salle de bain, ce n'est pas du tout agréable.
Le moins : INVASION DE FOURMIS déjà présentes à notre arrivé. Nous avons du acheter de l'insecticides.
Piscine propre et nettoyée chaque soir/matin.

Stayed at these apartments with my 12 year old daughter for 5 nights from the 24th August.. I stayed in a studio , clean tidy and everything you would expect with a huge balcony with two sun loungers.. ..if your after lively this isn’t the place for you idea for couples and family’s , yes it might seem a little remote but within a 5-10 minute walk there are enough restaurants and a few bars, I woukd recommend Hugo tapas !!It’s 5 euros in a taxi to the centre of town with a lot more restaurants and bars .. about 15-20 minute walk to the beach .. complex is nice and clean , two pools.. bar which also serves food.. woukd recommend their full English reasonably priced and they have a happy hour from 4-6.. all the staff are friendly and welcoming..

L'appartamento è comodo e l'ho scelto per diverse volte ma le due ultime volte mi sono mancate delle cose. Fate attenzione con il personale delle pulizie, la prima volta mi sono mancate due camicie e quest'anno sono sicura che mi hanno preso più della metà di una crema molto costosa che avevo appena acquistato prima di andare. Non ho voluto dire niente perché è la mia parola contro la sua ed era inutile farlo... Tenete le cose costose fuori dalle mani del personale di pulizia. Mi sono trovata sempre bene ma dopo questa ultima cosa ci ripenserò prima di tornare.

Good value, basic apartments that are clean and looked after daily. The pillows are awful very lumpy and the beds not super comfy but again it is basic. When you arrive you can get water and milk from the front desk but there isn’t a shop. That is down the road and not very far. Beach around 3 euros in a taxi. Very hard working guy looks after the grounds daily. The bottom pool (quiet pool) could perhaps do with cleaning a little better there was lots of grease and bits floating in it. The top pool loungers are much comfier and the pool a lot cleaner. Strange that all the loungers are all screwed down so you can’t move them, however it kind of works once you are used to it and we never struggled to get one. a bar with basic menu of pizza,burgers, breakfast and a veggie burger option. Average price €2 for a Sagre (local beer)bottle of beer. This is a basic group of apartments with fridge , microwave, toaster and 2 ring stove, good for what we paid. Also you get soap and shampoo in the bathroom and toilet paper and fresh towels.

I spent some time researching properties in the Algarve as I did not want to end up staying in a high rised block! I am glad that I chose Vale de Carros- the studio flat for a family of 4 suited us perfectly- it was clean and modern with a lovely private balcony overlooking the tennis court. We found it peaceful in the lovely well kept gardens by the pool the opposite end of the site from the bar. The location was great being only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bank and small supermarket. We drove to the beach at Olhos Dagua most days which was a few minutes away. The kitchen was small so we just prepared sandwiches and cooked pasta etc then ate out the rest of the time. Many residents that we spoke to had stayed at Vale de Carros more than twice and we will also return in the future.

Excelente local. Muito calmo, sem barulho, relaxante e sem confusão. Perto de Olhos de Água, Açoteias, Albufeira e Roja Pé (a poucas centenas de metros, onde está todo o comércio e restauração).
Apartamentos com várias disposições de habitações com limpeza quase diária, piscinas, corte de ténis e bar com refeições ligeiras e karaokê.
A certa de 1km de distância tem as praias da falésia e Barranco das Belharucos. Um pouco mais distante pode-se ir a praia de Olhos de Água.
Staff simpático.

We had a studio apartment which was big enough. It had clearly been recently refurbished and the beds, sofa etc seemed new. There was a large private balcony with loungers, table & chairs. We had a minor issue with an aromatic drain which the management tried very promptly (with limited success) to sort out. For what we paid the unit was great value.The unit is an easy 30 min amble (5 min by car) to the beautiful Falesia beach. A 10 min drive to Albufeira.

Una gran estancia, se puede decir, los apartamentos estan recien reformados. Todos cuetan con cocina con utensilios, baño, salita de estar con tv, terraza con sillas amacas y mesa, sofa cama, etc.
El aspecto desde fuera es de unas casa adosadas muy bonitas, pero en el interior hay cuatro apartamentos. Dos en planta baja y otros dos en planta alta.
Estan en unas zonas ajardinadas muy bonitas y cuidadas. Tambien hay dos piscinas donde relajarte y tomar algo.
Por el aparcamiento no te preocupes porque hay de suficientes para todos los apartamentos.
En los alrededores hay bares, restaurantes, supermercados, cajeros automaticos, peluquerias, etc.
Lo mejor es que es un lugar muy tranquilo y esta a cinco minutos en coche de las maravillosas playas.
Recomendable para ir en grupos y en familia.

Great apartments for the price. Very spacious, with all the facilities you could want in an Apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food at the bar was quite good and cheap.
Rooms are cleaned daily but our bed weren't changed once during our week stay which was bad and they removed all of our spare towels. Apartments can be quite noisy, could hear everything from hallways and at times other apartments. They also had a strange smell. Pillows on bed were very uncomfortable. Location is a bit out of the way but at least they were quiet.
If your looking for somewhere on a budget id definitely recommend. You'll get a lot more for your money than places more central in the resorts.

Realy enjoyed our stay there we only stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon short break. Am already looking at booking for next year this time kids in tow and the place is suited for kids of all ages. The staff for the resort were helpfull and friendly. The bar staff were great so was the food drinks and service cant wait to go back.

hotel sympa un peu a lecart du centre animé dalbufeira. proche de bons restaurants dont le ti tosca. 2 magasins pour faire les courses a proximité et praia de falesia a a peine 20 mn de marche :) je recommande aux familles + couples - taxi albufeira 8 euros

Wonderful place, very clean, modern and peaceful. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I didn't give 5 stars because there was no oven in the apartment, just a hob and microwave.

Vi tanta critica negativa aqui, que fui a medo...mas ao contrário do que seria previsto, tudo correu lindamente!
O meu apartamento estava em excelente estado, a limpeza sem qq tipo de reparo. Na recepção foram simpátiquíssimos, o bar, tanto a empregada de dia, como o empregado à noite, atendimento 5 estrelas, com preços acessíveis aos portugueses.
Volto a repetir, para o ano lá estarei.

very comfortable fully-equiped apartment, which an open-air terrace close to the swimmingpool area. The most of guests were foreign people with little children, for that reason it was really quiet at night and we could rest quite well. It is located to 6 Km of de village of Albufeira and the first time was a bit difficult to find it, but with the help or our GPS we finally got it. The nearest beach is a quite famous one, called Fallesia beach, but it is a bit far to go walking. It was a beautiful experience.

Great,friendly service. Lovely food and cheap enough drinks. We attended the Amazon Jungle Show on Friday evening - free to attend, even for non residents, and got hands on with a tarantula, iguana, python, tortoise... And a rabbit. Great for kids! Also a parrot show on Sunday, looking forward to that!

Vale de Carros is a second home for me and my family. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, chemist wand numerous shops. The staff is great and always willing to help and acomodate your needs. They have bar that is open all day they serve delicious meals for relatively good price. At night the entertainment is ok from karaoke, magic show to reptile show is a great way to spend the evening with your family and friends. Thank you all and specially Joao, Jolanta, Sr Domingos and Paulo.

Résidences de vacances idéale pour les familles. Très bien décoré et bien entretenue . Situé à seulement 2km de la plage de la falaise et à 6 km d'Albufeira. Nous avons passé un séjour paisible et très agréable. Le logement et simple mais agréable.

Large bathroom, but not clean (hairs from former guests). The room was full of mosquitos. WiFi is not free.
The service is good, we tried the suggested restaurant and it was very good.
The apartments are a little bit far away from the beach, a own car is helpful.

We hadden kamer 136 gehad. Alles was schoon. Elke dag schoonmaakmedewerkers. Prijs-kwaliteit in verhouding. Een kleine fornuis, waterkoker en een magnetron aanwezig. 2 zwembaden.
Het is rustig in de buurt, net buiten de hotels/appartementen omgeving. Supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Als je houdt van wandelen of lopen is het strand ook op afstand.
Als je wil hardlopen is er ook de ruimte voor. In de tuin of op je balkon aardig wat oefeningen doen. Er is een tennisbaan. Je kan spullen hiervoor huren.
Medewerkers vriendelijk. Als je wilt weten waar je goedkoop en lekker kan eten, kan je bij de receptie terecht voor tips.

Reservámos 2 quartos: um estava em excelentes condições mas o outro cheirava a mofo e condições pouco apresentáveis. Solicitámos a correcção na recepção mas nada fizeram. A atenção para o cliente foi inexistente e perante os factos apresentados nada fizeram para corrigir. Mais do que o erro é pior a falta de atenção com os clientes, que assim não voltaremos a repetir!

Transfers were easy n simple.
Our apartment was basic but clean. Lacked a couple of basics, like toaster (had to hire one!) and cushions for chairs outside and inside.
Enjoyed the complex/area, bit basic but good value for money.
Be aware noise travels within the block of 4 so you will hear all!.
Very nice area with 2 good beaches in easy 20 minute walking distance. Loads of places to eat but do look first. One local restaurant took to long, after 2 hours we left still waiting to be fed!

Very basic rooms but very friendly staff. Love the place it has an ace swimming pool and the food is awesome. One of the members of staff not naming any names is very creepy but still the rest of them are very nice and friendly when it comes to ordering things. It has a mini arcade which is great for the kids to play on. It has a pool table which is also alot of fun to go on and is very cheap. Entertainment was interesting to say the least but still very entertaining. We will be coming back again next 2017 no doubt about it!

On our second night here. The rooms are really basic but considering what we paid it is fine.. The balconies are really big with sun loungers chairs and table... The rooms get really hot so you might want to rent a fan.. There are 2 pools 1 is by the bar which is where we spent our time.. The bar is really good they have everything you would want spirits beer cocktails food etc

Desastroso!!!
Limpeza não me apercebi que existisse, apesar de, supostamente, os quartos terem limpeza diária. No dia da chegada, depois de termos esperado uma hora porque o quarto ia ser limpo, chegámos ao quarto e estava o chão com areia e cabelos e a sanita, apesar de ter o invólucro a dizer desinfetado, tinha o tampo onde nos sentamos sujo. Tivemos de ser nós a fazer limpeza ao quarto.
Baratas.
Quartos quentes e sem ar condicionado, sendo que ventoinhas têm de ser alugadas. Único electrodoméstico que não é alugado é um mini fogão em que só funcionava um bico. De resto, microondas ou qualquer outro acessório de cozinha tem de ser alugado.
As varandas são separadas por um pequeno muro. Assim sendo, quase que se partilha o espaço com os vizinhos dos outros quartos.
As poucas mobílias existentes são antiquíssimas.
O nosso desagrado foi reportado na receção.
Experiência a não repetir.

Excelente ambiente, com liberdade como se estivéssemos em casa, duas piscinas 5 estrelas, boas varandas. Podia haver ar condicionado e melhorias nos wc's. a decoração dos quartos também precisa de actualização. Ambiente animado à noite sem perturbar as habitações

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques à Vale de Carros. Tout le monde est très gentil, serviable. L'environnement est très agréable. L'appartement était très propre, ménage fait tous les jours! l'équipe est au top et je recommande vivement cet endroit pour des vacances reposantes. On y retournera dès que possible! Me and my boyfriend went in October last year, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first holiday together! The rooms were very clean, staff were always willing to help in any way possible. Everything you needed was only a short distance away from us. We will definitely be going back this year!!

Calidad precio no esta mal, yo solo diré las incidencias que vi,
Yo ya había leído que olían a humedad bastante y es completamente cierto, lo que no se si es ciertamente humedad porque se veía que estaba recién pintado todo, lo que si es cierto que el olor es desagradable,
Otra cosa son los baños están un poco precario, además solo te ponen dos patillas de jabón,
De la televisión mejor ni hablar solo una cadena en español y solo una el salón,
Para hacer uso del internet hay que pagar 5€ dias o irte al bar
Por lo demás todo precioso

just came home from vale de carros and had lovley time but nothing to do at vale de carros only a few resturants an bars very quiet and out of the way. you need to hire a car or use taxis every time you want to go out. we stayed in a apartment which was very spacious but basic you have to pay 7euros to hire toaster an kettle which i thought was awful. faleshia beach was nice but older or disable people will struggle as there are loads of steps to the beach. olhos D' agua is a nice little town with more life shops bars an resturants also a beautiful small beach which has ramps for wheelchair users an pushchairs. the pools at vale de carros are very nice but freezing cold an there are limited sunloungers so you have to be quick, also you cant move them as they screwed down.all in all if you want a chilled hol this is the place for you.

Lovely little complex. Good size apartments with parking adjacent. Nice pool. Great onsite bar. Very friend staff.
