Read about this spot and came to check personally on it. Well.. the flavours were okish and some are made in a 'natural & homemade' way.. the temp of the ice cream was not good tho, because once we left the shop it started to melt kinda immediately - which should not happen (if there is no sun & hot outdoor temps). Overall: okish :)

I was truly moved by the hospitality at Gelatopia. The owner welcomed me immediately and was proud to tell me about and let me taste the different flavors he and his team had been working on. They were all delicious and I really couldn't decide! He made me feel like a valued customer that he cared about. This incredibly positive experience really made my day and I would highly recommend going to this local artisan shop instead of an international chain.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. The most amazing quality and spectacular flavor of ice cream I've experienced. Super nice and cool seating area. The recommendation of a glass of port to accompany my cheese Walnut honey ice cream was perfect.

Awesome ice cream! The owner and staff were really nice and made us try half a dozen flavors. My girlfriend and I ended up having tiramisu, dulce de leche, hazelnuts, chocolate and matcha. Everything tasted real, fresh & flavorful.

직원언니들이 넘 친절하고 젤라또 맛보기 권해서 네가지 정도 맛을 보았는데, 정말 티스푼에 한참 넘치게 주셔서 한국 31가지맛 아이스크림집과는 비교도 안되는 혜자스러움이었습니다. 특별하게 맛있는것은 아니지만 천연재료로 만들어서 자극적이지 않고 좋았습니다. 다만 비오고 날이 추워서 많이 먹지는 못했구요 지나가다 지친 다리를 쉬어가기에 안성맞춤이었습니다.

Очень вкусное мороженое Карамель. Любезный персонал, есть англоговорящие. Приятно было посидеть на солнышке с мороженым - есть лавочка снаружи. К сожалению, нет мороженого для диабетиков, без сахара. Муж просто пил кофе. Было бы больше времени - непременно бы вернулись сюда

Most amazing flavours in Porto for me so far. Love the zesty tangerine sorbet which is wonderfully refreshing on a warm December afternoon. The Porto sorbet is also nice. There are various vegan options including dark chocolate, so intense it did not feel like typical vegan options. If I have not had too much cheese today already I would go for the Serra da Estrela cheese with walnuts.

Great service, amazingly nice staff, only surpassed by the quality of the home made ice cream. A large selection of original flavours, ranging from all time classics to new creations like spicy orange which you can all try before choosing. Try them all!

Belle découverte, glaces 100% maison PS trop sucrées, celle où café de Colombie est excellente tout comme cette au chocolat noir. Pour les vegan il y a même des glace a l'avocat chocolat noir sans lait. L'accueil est très chaleureux, endroit très propre, idéal pour faire une pause pendant la visite de porto.

Eine wundervolle(s) Eisdiele/Eiscafé im Herzen von Porto nahe des Palacio de bolsa. Haben uns spätabends ein paar Kugeln eis gegönnt und waren absolut geflasht! Wir durften JEDE (!!!11!!drölf!!) Eissorte probieren, wurden umfassend auf Englisch über jede Eissorte aufgeklärt (manche sind echt krass, jede lecker, aber so etwas wie G-tella oder spicy orange muss man echt erst mal erklärt bekommen ) Haben uns dann zum Preis von 3,90 und 4,90 2 und 3 Kugeln Eis in der Waffel gegönnt und sind der Meinung: jeden Cent wert! Jeden einzelnen. Der Service ist einfach super, total liebe Leute die ihren Job mögen und sich Eis als Berufung auf die Fahnen geschrieben haben. Sind direkt nächsten Tag noch mal rein um dort einen Kaffee zu genießen, und haben für weniger als 5 Euro einen Cappuccino und einen Irish coffee erstanden, die mit einem frischen Mandelgebäckstückchen kredenzt wurden. Lecker. Super lecker! Der Laden : sauber, gepflegt ebenso die Toiletten. Personal : freundlich, aufgeschlossen, fast liebevoll, echte Eis-enthusiasten. Die Produkte : durch die Bank war alles was wir probiert und gekauft haben super lecker und lobenswert. Mein Fazit ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ sieben von fünf möglichen Sternen! Ein echtes Gelatopia eben! Wenn wir wieder nach Porto kommen wird das definitiv einer der ersten Anlauforte sein!

Great ice-cream, real gelato. They taste amazing. We look for the good ice-cream everywhere we go and gelatopia is among the top we tried. Owners are super nice as well. The place is cosy with an atmosphere and in a convenient location.

What an amazing discovery. They have just opened and caught our eyes as we walked down, upon closer inspection they gave us some samples and once we tried some we had to get more. The texture and the flavours are out of this world. They only use fresh ingredients so everything tastes like it should. Having tried gelato in Italy, I can't get over how good this is. Secondly, the service is impeccable, you can tell they're passionate. Definitely have to give it a try. The tiramisu is divine!

Brand new place but the gelato was delicious. We ordered the Tiramisu, spicy orange and pear and all three were delicious. The service was also impeccable and you can tell they are passionate about the product.
