Es para picotear no para comer..hay cosas muy ricas.eñ día que estuvimos haya de recomendación bacalao a bras y estaba delicioso..lo mejor q comimos..pulpo también muy rico..lo q menos nos gustó un revuelto con embutido.poca cantidad y un poco pijo.negativo también q entrada vientecillo por la puerta q estaba abierta.fuimis con una niña y no lo recomiendo para ir con niños

Agradable, muy agradable. El servicio, que habla español, es muy amable. Los productos buenos. Quesos, embutidos y bacalao a bras ( dorado) ricos. Precios lógicos. Comer cuatro personas= 45 €. El pan un poco escaso.

Endroit très sympa avec des serveurs a l'écoute. On y a dégusté plusieurs planches accompagné de bières et de vins. Le tout était bon et de bonne qualité

Bellissimo e raffinato ristorantino
con vista sulla piazzetta. Menu ricercato, ma piatti semplici e non pasticciati, in cui la qualità degli ingredienti si riconosce (in particolare il pesce è ottimo).
Personale molto gentile e premuroso e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Service was good but the menu was a little limited. Order 3 dishes and some bread. The mushrooms were too oily. The food was ok, but not great. Left the place with a full stomach but not fully satisfied.

Ce restaurant nous a clairement remballé car nous avions un bébé de 10 mois, avec je précise une miniscule pousette YOYO,
On a déjà attendu pour l'accueil et nous faire envoyer balader , alors qu'un couple a été pris juste après nous!
Je déconseille vraiment !!!
A quelque mètres une petite chocolaterie qui propose des bons menus, et de beaux toast!

Service lady was lovely and very accommodating to our terrible efforts at saying Portuguese. We ordered a small mixed meat & cheese platter which was very generous and delicious. Additionally, we had exceptional blood sausage with a pineapple chutney. Also partook in the touristy recommendation of tinned fish. Everything was delicious and all for an amazing price. Obrigado!

Если вы хотите поесть, то вам точно не сюда. Здесь только вино, пиво и закуски. Нет сангрии. Еды нет вообще. Есть колбаски (без гарнира). Вкусные оливки. Салат из осьминога вкусный, но это больше просто холодная закуска, нежели полноценный салат, так как кроме осьминога, масла и уксуса там нет ничего. В итоге, остались совершенно голодные за 25 евро. Если зашли просто выпить, цены бюджетные. Но мы зашли для других целей и немного разочаровались.

Un sitio agradable para tomar tapas, bocadillos, buen queso y buen vino. Me sorprendió que tuvieran carta en portugués, obviamente, francés, inglés e italiano, pero no en el 2° idioma más hablado en el mundo. Se disculparon y fueron muy amables, pero creo deben corregirlo.

I stumbled into this place and was so glad I did.
The small cheese board could easily feed 2 or 3 but I managed to finish it off. The quality of the cheese was the best I had in Portugal or Spain. The porto branco (white Port wine) was excellent, well priced and there were many varieties and brands.
The raw cod or bachalau was surprisingly good as well.
Thanks to the staff and other people I met and chatted with, the great food and central location, I would happily return.

È davvero una taverna, vini meravigliosi al calice, così puoi assaggiare diversi.
I formaggi sono spettacolari, a livello dei francesi.
Però è tutto portoghese al 100%, quindi un locale che attira turisti ma anche portoghesi nella stessa maniera.
Davvero bravi, bel posto, nell'atmosfera e davvero gentile il personale.
Hanno anche il meraviglioso pane al mais, che assomiglia dannatamente al pane alla Guinness irlandese.

Nice place with local snacks (petiscos).
We had a great cheese selection, canned fish and the single best alheira we've had so far!
Staff was super friendly, fairly attentive, just slightly confused when asked for more info about pretty much anything on their menu, especially the ports they offer for tasting.. :D So we still hope to learn our Porto basics like e.g. how LBV differs from ruby at another restaurant or the caves.. :))

Restaurante para tapear y beber vino. El tapeo se basa en embutidos típicos. El restaurante es bastante pequeño pero acogedor y el ambiente y la atención muy buena. Ojo que los platos son bastante grandes! Nosotros pedimos demasiado! Recomendable para comer comida típica con buena calidad precio!

Loved this place, great selection of cheese, meats and conservas as well as seafood, and a lovely selection of beer and wine to wash it all down. Staff here are accommodating and genuinely like serving guests - unlike the pretentious hipster tourist trap across the way that wants you to beg for a table. By contrast this is a far better choice if you're looking for genuine Portuguese ambiance and hospitality.

We were trying to find a not too touristy place to grab a bite and we just walked in. There was a nice atmosphere, mix of local and tourists. We had a charcuterie board, a tomato salad and a bottle of wine. The board was very good (particularly the cheeses), the wine (Quinta do Popa vinhas velhas) was outstanding; the tomato salad was just ridiculous. It's so hard to find a good, fresh tomato sometimes! The staff was also very friendly. Great place.

We stumbled upon this place and were so happy with the service, the lovely selection of tapas and the quality of food. In the back room tables are close together, encouraging conversation among guests. We were shocked to find the people at the 2 tables nearest to us were also from Canada, both on their second visit to the Taberna—a great sign!

Absolutely loved this place, we wanted to go somewhere local and found this restaurant. Nice and quant, food was delicious and very well priced. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone going to Porto. Some of the highlights we had ... Jumbo Prawns, Octopus Salad, Fried Chorizo and the Portuguese classic Lupin Beans.

Very cool place with friendly staff that know there stuff. Let them advise you or try tasting perhaps. Sitting outside can be really nice to feel the Porto atmosphere, but from the looks of it you can get this inside as well. If you visite during happy hour (5-7 PM) you get nice free snacks that pair with your drink.

Definitely one of the best places to spend an entire evening in Porto. Very warm and friendly service, kindly responding to requests even though they're always busy with the never-ending flow of guests, who seemed to be not only tourists. We actually met a local and had conversation while enjoying our wine and cheese. The cheese board was very tasty, it had cow, sheep, goat and mixed cured types of cheese, all of which were regional products as we were told. Prices were reasonable as well.

Lovely, chilled out place with young, relaxed staff who know their stuff about wine and port. They take their time to work out what you'll enjoy and are happy to bring different wines of their first suggestion isn't right. Really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and high quality food and drink. Highly recommend the Porto tónico and the caganita cheese (runny and delicious!). I had a good meal here, the food is delicious and innovative, the wine list is extensive and they serve the standard craft beer selection. The staff are friendly and offer good advice. Dinner for one with three courses and a couple of craft beers came to 35 Euros so it’s a little expensive but well worth the money, I’ll be back.

Wow. This place rocks. We were looking for an early dinner before leaving porto, with some nice tasting, and we totally had it all. Porto wine selection is awesome and the waiter was really prepared and helpful with the choices. Food was unbelievable good: had octopus salad, smoked bloody sausage with pumpkin sauce and cod toast. With two glasses of amazing porto, was a little bit more that 20 euros. And the quality is visible. We went early but there are not too many tables, so it's probably better to come here with a reservation

Magnífico sitio para probar vino porto y picotear: tabla de quesos, sandes presunto y queijo (Qué pan,por cierto!!).... Inmejorable atención en plena rua das Flores. Para cenar o descasar mientras se descubre la ciudad. Todo un acierto! !

Fuimos un viernes por la noche y muy animada la terraza. Los vinos de la zona riquísimos, la ensalada de pulpo, champiñones y tabla de quesos muy bien también y siempre bien atendidos.

Amazing late lunch. Best customer service I have ever experienced (worldwide). Super attentive staff, genuinely nice and interactive during the meal without being crowding. So happy to share their love of the food and wine on offer. So refreshing. And the food, well you just have to see for yourself. Highly recommend!!

Accueil décontracté, charmant et très pro (si si, les 3 à la fois !). Des prix très raisonnables et des conseils (multi langues) avisés, produits locaux et préparés avec finesse. 5 étoiles pour ce petit resto au coeur du vieux porto (dans une rue très agréable !!). Un excellent moment sans se ruiner !!

El servicio deja mucho que desear, son algo lentos (algo que parece ser normal en Portugal) pero además lo acompañan con su seriedad y apenas empatía con los clientes. En cuanto a la comida está bastante buena y los platos son grandes, el precio entre 20-30€ por persona mínimo.

Very disappointed
First the positives:
Service was good
Octopus salad, wine choice and ambiance good.
Negatives:
Anemic, small prawns
All cheeses were dreadful. Some teasted of chlorine, all were bad for a place with cheeses in the front.
Some ham was ok but most trays of kissing a smoker. Very bad.
The dessert was so dry.
Such a disappointment. Gave had great meals in Porto...this is not one.

Such a delightful place to eat. Laid back, the food is simple but so fresh, the shrimps were to die for and served as small plates. Offer of Porto wine degustation which doesn't quite complement but is a good idea and is presented well. Great for single travelers, service is fantastic. It misses off a 5 star just from the extra mile on the food (a quince pasted, olive oil with the bread, an extra flavour to get your palette spinning) but I'm being harsh and can not complain given the price. There is seating outside. Worth coming to!

This place took us by surprise. We were looking for late night snack and took our chances since there wasnt many choices at 11:30pm. The service was good, genuine quality tapas, local flavor, honest price. Def. recommendable.

We walked in without a reservation at 7:30p and were immediately accommodated. We had a great meal – the octopus was perfectly cooked, the homemade sausage was a great surprise. Terrific wine suggestions. Because we came just before the dinner rush, we got the added bonus of attention from Joanna, the owner. It gets crowded after 8p, so be prepared. Fantastic overall!

Delicious food and amazing service! We went here twice for dinner and tried almost everything on the menu - food was incredible and waiters were friendly and knowledgeable. Also a great port/wine list. Don't this miss place in Porto!

Excellent cheese and meat boards. The Porto Tonic cocktail is also presented nicely in a goblet glass with fresh mint or basil and lemon. Staff are welcoming and attentive - we visited twice in two days.

Awesome place to have a casual dinner in. The cheeses and cured meats platter was absolutely delicious, and not too expensive. They have delicious craft beers and Port wines to round the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Amazing tavern with wide selection of Port wine and delicious platters of cheese & antipasti. Prices are decent, staff are super friendly and they have good playlists while enjoying wine as well :) one of the best places to be visited in Porto for sure!

Such a lovely place and such lovely staff as well.
I ate (and drank) here a dozen times at least during my time in Porto and it was always a great experience. These girls really got it figured out and it shows in their execution. The pricing is the best I have seen in Porto, especially for the level of quality of the product and service. Go check it out, you'll be glad you did!
