Es gibt Restaurants und Restaurants in Portugal. Jene sehen es auf Touristen ab, bieten durchschnittliches Essen zu relativ hohen Preisen, andere, wie dieses hier, bietet eine großartige und authentische Küche für relativ wenig Geld.
Dieses Lob wird diesem Restaurant aber noch lange nicht gerecht; Was sucht man, wenn man im Ausland essen gehen will? Eine Küche mit Liebe, ehrlich, frisch mit gutem Service. Ich werde den Geschmack nie vergessen und hätte gerne jedes Gericht probiert. Nebenbei gab es Musik von den Rolling Stones und Jimmy Hendrix. Es war großartig!!

Perfect setting , cozy small restaurant with genuine food from Porto. All the dishes we tried were exceptional. The best dinner we had in the city so far. The staff is also very friendly, and the wine selection couldn’t be better.

Great experience! Informal, fast and cared service always in a good although peculiar mood ;-)! Start with the fish soup and then go on exploring... Willing to come back sooner than later. The soundtrack may be for the ones understanding the Clash era ;-)

Amazing food with friendly service. The seafood soup, and clams cooked with Madeira wine were both great but the portobello with goat’s cheese and honey was the true stand out with an unexpected spiciness balancing out the meatiness of the mushroom, the tang of the cheese, and the complex sweetness of the honey. They’ve also got a concise but very good selection of Portuguese wine, including some great light choices from the Douro region. Would highly recommend.

Eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, dieses Nabos da Pucara! Kreative kleine Speisen, die sehr lecker waren, aus frischen Produkten frisch mit Herz zubereitet und für jeden Geschmack etwas bieten. Service und Ambiente waren Klasse und sehr freundlich, und der Preis stimmt auch! Ach wenn es doch mehr von diesen Lokalen geben würde! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder!

Nice place, friendly staff. You can have some bites here. There is a pretty extensive list of wines. Prices are relatively low and there are even some staples to buy such as cans of beans or fish, cheese, flower, oils etc

O restaurante serve "tapas" com bons ingredientes, mas preparadas sem muitas técnicas.
O que mais incomoda, no entanto, são os pequenos truques do local:
- Os preços do menu NÃO INCLUEM TAXAS (o que acaba gerando uma conta gigante e complexa)
- Eles não perguntam se você aceita o couvert ou não, apenas colocam na mesa (mesmo sendo um item pago)
- Eles não aceitam cartões (e não deixam avisos em locais visíveis).
Resumindo: existem melhores opções na mesma rua.

We went back two nights in a row because it was so delicious. Friendly folks, great tapas made right there at the tiny kitchen in the back. We paid something like 35 euros for 4 glasses of wine and 4 hearty tapas. Get the codfish in hummus!

Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere over here. The bread served with the dishes was the best I had in Porto. Recommended if you enjoy tapas and wine.

Best place in Porto. Hands down. We did ourselves a favour by visiting for dinner. Amazing and really attentive service, the paella and fish soup are mind blowing. They are must-try’s!!!

Este estabelecimento é o resultado de ter grandes chefs que não estão a trabalhar para conseguir uma estrela Michelin mas pelo simples prazer de criar comida extremamente saborosa e agradar aos seus clientes. Comida de topo confeccionada com produtos frescos e de qualidade, com uma boa seleção de vinhos para acompanhar e preços bastante acessíveis. Embora seja um espaço pequeno, é bastante acolhedor e os trabalhadores são extremamente amigáveis. Para complementar tem ainda o espaço da mercearia. Sem dúvida um sítio para voltar sempre que possível.

Some of the BEST food in Porto! I had done some research before our trip and this place came up again and again. By chance, we went here on our first night! The Black Pork and Duck dishes are out of this world! The staff is fantastic! I can't wait to come back again.

Very nice restaurant with amazing food. Looks a bit like a small supermarket integrated in a bistro but is charming. The waiter was very helpful and has given a good wine recommendation. Food was great, especially the portobello and the lentil curry. Starters were worth it. Great prices and definitely no tourist trap!

While we have thoroughly enjoyed both of our visits (so far!), I want to let all of you know that the black pork is absolutely transcendent. The duck dish is also beyond my ability to adequately describe. Some of the best dishes of our lives, no exaggeration.

Came here for lunch last week. We were the only people there. Wasn’t sure if it was open as it was dark inside, but they said they were. It’s rustic and cosy here, with tables made of recycled crates and glass on top. There’s a few things to buy for locals I pressume. Food was tasty. Portions a bit small. But it’s ok for lunch. My favourite was the prawn curry! Fish soup was nice too.

Easily one of the best meals we've had so far on our trip. We had a variety of meat and seafood dishes and loved each one. I highly recommend the Pork and Pear. Our waitress was super friendly and spoke perfect English.

So good!!!
This was one of my favorite restaurant in Portugal during my 2 week trip there. The atmosphere was so amazing a mix of a market/restaurant/home made the experience so special. All the staff was so friendly and helped with navigate the menu that had so much to offer. (The black pig was next level)! Then we even had all the deserts as it was so hard to pick and they were all AMAZING! Next time we will be in Porto Nabos will be our first stop for sure!! Don’t miss this gem when you are in Porto!

Beau moment de cuisine et d'accueil, à découvrir absolument. Plats goûteux et sobrement mis en valeur façon Japon en petites portions à partager ou pas avec des vins sympa et limonade maison pour les petits. Prix en adéquation sans mal de tête. Félicitations à l'equipe

Un posticino davvero delizioso - a forte connotazione politica a sinistra! - dove gustare assaggi, neppure troppo piccoli, di cibo tipico portoghese ma con un twist interessante verso lo speziato. Magnifica la alheira, salsiccia tradizionale fabbricata in passato in modo da non adoperare carne suina.

The most amazing place with amazing food and wine. The staff were so lovely and really made you feel at home. The mussels were the best I have ever had! We ordered another plate of them before we had even finished the first! The price is nothing compared to the standard of the food. Everyone needs to eat here! Book to avoid disappointment!

Unbelievably good, a myriad of the purest flavours combined to perfection. It will be a challenge to find a place that can match, leave alone exceed Nabos da Pucara. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The carpaccio, the clams with madeira (wow!), the duck a l'orange, and the chocolate cake with chili flakes and a good port, a hard act to follow.

An all day tapas/petiscos place. Great for a late afternoon bite or dinner. Tapas menu is not very big but enough for a meal with great wines to choose. Be warned, they are cash only!

This small place is just like heaven! It is open during the whole day serving tapas, snacks, wine and more. I came in the afternoon for a snack (best version of a ham and cheese sandwich ever) and had to come back for dinner. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and fine music. Staff is lovely and for dinner they recommended me the perfect wine pairing. Food is amazing. Just come!

So delicious, we will have to come back to Porto just for this extraordinary tapas. Try the signature carapao/mackerel! Portobello mushroom with goat cheese was also fantastic - would never have thought to combine with honey, sunflower seeds & peppercorns, a subtle and wonderful combination. Dish of the day an omelette-tortilla with sardines, red pepper, onions... mmmm. And the best fish soup!!!! Good wine too. Loved it. Going back for lunch tomorrow!

O conceito, a novidade, a surpresa, o atendimento, a simpatia, a diversidade, etc. :D
Tudo bom, excepto...frequentemente darmos com o nariz na porta que até está aberta e as mesas vazias. :(
Eu explico: Esta casa optou por "casar" com as reservas. Pelo menos à sexta e ao sábado, a partir do fim da tarde, só servem quem tiver feito a previamente uma reserva.
É pena que um estabelecimento desta qualidade fique tantas horas com a casa vazia...
Essa fidelidade que tentam manter com os clientes mais queridos leva-os a ter a casa vazia durante pelos menos duas horas, em que poderiam ter muitos clientes! É que nem deixam sentar para petiscar um pouco, só com reserva, ponto final.
Assim foi das ultimas 3 vezes que lá fui - a casa às moscas e as mesas todas com uma "plaquinha" a dizer reservado. Pode parecer chique, mas acho que não condiz com o resto da casa e das pessoas, tão acolhedoras. Por outro lado certamente estão a perder dinheiro e clientes...
Ficam com os fieis da reserva...
A casa ganhava outra vida se pelo menos reservassem uma parte para quem não faz reserva, passo a antítese...
