Une très bonne expérience avec notre interlocuteur ! Nous avons pu louer une petite 125cm (bien que j'aurai préféré une moto qu'un scooter), pour un prix raisonnable, et sans avoir peur de la caution. Celui-ci fut bien pratique dans les rues de Porto, et s'adapta à son terrain de pentes et pavés. La langue française très bien manipulée par notre vendeur fut un plus!

Joao is awesome! He helped us plan our whole Porto trip and had great recommendations. He was very accommodating with our scooter rental. The office is also in a great location so it was easy to pick up and drop off our scooter. Great spot!

Joao was the most amazing business owner. He went over the top to help us and make sure we were comfortable and knew where we were going. His knowledge of Porto is extremely helpful. I found myself in Porto unexpectedly with a day to spend and no plans. Well, if I need to waste time anyway, why not waste it on 2 wheels? I would have preferred a Royal Enfield but unfortunately they were all out (a testimonial to their popularity, so book in advance if poss.) so I settled for the 125cc Sport Star which in the circumstances was also not at all bad choice - a beginners' bike which handles very easily and nimbly in the confusing street plan, elevation differences and road surfaces of Porto, but still has just enough oomph and mass to handle the steep inclines, keep up with the flow of traffic & also feel comfortable to ride. John got me a very good deal on the short term rent and I have to say that I was yet again totally blown away by the sincerity and friendliness of Portuguese hospitality and customer service. I can heartily recommend AlegriaRide to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation or otherwise wants a scooter or moto for their stay, which in terms of individual freedom of transport and access really is the best way to explore Porto and surroundings.

An amazing trip. The price is absolutely okay, you can see so much. The trip in the near of Douro was incredible, we were so happy. The guy was fine, gave us the best bread of Porto. If you want to see all the lovely places and little streets, rent a scooter there. The 100ccm was fast, but not so expensive. We like!!!

Super journée avec des amis sur leurs scooters, qui sont en tres bon état et fonctionne plutot bien pour des 125. Les patrons parlent couramment le français, ca facilite amplement et ne cherchent absolument pas a vous coller des dégâts sur le dos comme le font les agences de loc' voiture. A bientôt!

Great experience, if you enjoy local recommendations and personal attention you will like these guys:). They come across as a family business. Our hopes were to get some touring advice since we spend hours and still failed to find a proper scooter route. They came with a great suggestion (we went down the Douro river).

We rent a scooter for a longer day trip to the waterfalls and I can really recommend this. The owner was super friendly and helping to find the best roads for us.

Guys were very helpful, easy to talk to, willing to go great lengths to explain everything. Scooter was in excellent condition, they showed me everything in great detail to make the rent as seamless as possible. I'd definitely rent again and only from them.

It was a pleasure to rent from this company. Joao was so helpful..he went above and beyond in order to make sure I was ready for my little 5 day motorcycle adventure. Highly recommended !!

It is a small scooter rental service owned by two brothers who are really amazing and helpful. Prices are fair too. I would recommend it to everybody who wants to see lot of Porto and surrounding area. Definitely go with 125 cc since the streets there are really steep here.

El chico era muy amable y simpático. Sin embargo nos dijo que entregaban las motos con el depósito lleno y no fue así, nos vimos tirados en la calle sin gasolina...ni se nos pasó por la cabeza revisar el indicador. No nos ofrecieron nada a cambio de ese fallo garrafal..

Friendly and professional service, good technical state of the scooters, clean helmets and you get extensive sightseing stop recommendations for free. Just get some glasses to protect your eyes from the city dust as the scooters have no windscreen.
