Do not use this company. Purchased a £400 tank and cabinet had problems with poorly constructed cabinet . Exposed chip board and swelling .when i contacted them about issues they tried every which way to blame me. After several stern emails they agreed to replace the shody parts. I received them nearly 2 months later and the replacement parts were faulty . The exact same poor quality as with the original cabinet. Chipboard showing around edges. I've no issues with the 200 liter tank itself. It's a tank Wat can go wrong. It's cianos poor downright awful customer service. OK they sent replacement parts but ud think they would quality check before sending. My local fish shop is equally disgusted as now I've had to get them involved. The dispute is ongoing. 3 months ov stress. Oh also the filter box that came with it has malfunctioned. Basically the heater has melted the casing. Told ciano and as u can guess they blamed me. My son also purchased from this company and had same issue with melted filter casing. If they give full fefund or full replacement cabinet and filter box I will update my poor review.
