A Lelloba itt lehet megvenni a jegyeket. A 9 3/4 vágányos fotó miatt mindenképp érdemes bejönni. A harry potter, star wars tárgyak viszonylag drágák :(

The cashier was extremely rude. She kept saying “okay?” as if we were 3 years old and she knew everything and what we say or did didn’t matter. She kept raising her eyebrows and smacking her mouth in a derogatory manner and we just wanted to run out of there to get away from her! She’s representing Portuguese people to tourists and customers.. management really needs to take her customer service seriously.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. They sell tickets to the Livraria Lello and that’s the only reason you have to go there. The person at the payment counter has a very rude tone and management should consider replacing her if they want their business to do better.

The person at the front desk was extremely rude when we asked her about the bookstore next door. Her tone was very derogatory and she should not be in customer service. I hope management takes this seriously for a business that relies on serving tourists

Lugar increíble de esos que no puedes perderte en Porto. Tienen productos preciosos y muy originales para llevarte un recuerdo y de paso coger la entrada para la librería lello. Muy recomendable,!!!

Loja na famosa Rua das Carmelitas, no Porto. É aqui que a maioria dos turista vem buscar o seu bilhete para poder entrar na histórica e muito requisitadaa Livraria Lello imediamente adajacente. Por outro lado, para os amantes de figuras POP, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones entre outras séries actuais, este é o local ideal para comprar alguns artigos decorativos e colecionáveis alusivos a esses temas. Há estacionamento pago nas proximidades. Recomendo vivamente!
