Great service and well located but had a few oddities that we found problematic: WiFi on top floor was not available; "king" mattress was two twins put together; and, low water pressure and low temperature in the shower

Excelente trato y muy buena ubicación. La habitación estaba muy bien preparada y limpia. Le pondría 5 estrellas pero, para mí, el precio no se adecúa a la oferta.

Sehr schönes Guesthouse. Netter Empfang. Toll eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Zimmer 3 und 5 dürften die besten sein. Die schwarzen Bäder sind leider etwas dunkel. Gutes Frühstück. Nah an der Altstadt. Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig. Am besten vorher Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus reservieren, sonst kann es teuer werden.

Wunderbar herziges, renoviertes Guesthouse, sehr freundlich und nur 6 Zimmer. Nahe am Zentrum aber dennoch ruhig (Gartenlage). Schöne grosszügige Zimmer mit Balkon und grossem Bad sowie 3(!) verschiedenen Kopfkissen zur Auswahl.
Ganz besonders toll ist das superfeine Frühstück mit frischen Eiern, Obst, Früchten, frischen Orangensaft und einem wunderschönen Wintergarten - zum verlieben.
Einziges Manko (wird aber bei den alten Häusern In Porto überall sein vermute ich): etwas hellhörig. Die Schritte etc. im Zimmer über uns waren sehr gut zu hören. Gerne jedoch wieder!

Hotel molto piccolo ma bellissimo. Camere curate, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Sia nelle camere che nelle parti comuni, sono esposti quadri e ceramiche
, queste ultime artigianali ed eventualmente acquistabili. La colazione è molto varia e curata, seguita direttamente dalla proprietaria. Ottima posizione nel centro di Porto. Consigliatissimo

Before we even arrived we were sent information and questions to help make our stay more special. There was a really nice welcome when we checked in and provided with lots of helpful info, all the staff were wonderful. New Years Eve we were sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to our room and the girls made special cakes each day for breakfast. The room was spacious and quiet would recommend this if you like good personal service and for a relatively small guest its very special. Well done for making our stay so pleasant - hope to see you again.

Hotel bonito muy bien ubicado. El personal agradable. Buena habitación. Como defectos se aparca mal, no tiene ascensor y descuidan mucho las reposiciones (tuve que pedir gel y champú el último día porque no lo habían repuesto ninguna vez en 3 noches). Aún así repetiría.

A very comfortable, cozy place located at the very heart of Porto and within minutes of most sight, two metro stations and a train station.
The staff was very friendly and helped us quite a lot, for example to get a reservation at an awesome local restaurant.
The rooms are spacious and decorate in a very good style. An air-condition with heating ensured very comfortable clumate. Everything was provided and especially the bath gel was amazing according to my wife.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a good select of cold cuts, cheese, breads and coffee variations. The staff prepares eggs freshly.
In summary, this hotel is very recommendable and was a perfect haven during our very rainy stay.

A nice warm and comfortable place at the center of everything. Relaxing bed and pillow, comfortable room, good breakfast, peaceful environment. The three girls(staff) was very sweet and helpful, always there to help. Sweet thing is they gave us a lovely breakfast pack for our early morning checkout too. Love everything here ♥️.

We arrived in Porto really early from Madrid and the personnel received us very kindly, kept our bags and recommended everything to do in Porto. When we arrived to check in, our room was amazing, so clean, beautifully decorated and with great details. Breakfast had gluten free options, and delicious treats. The property is amazing and very near to all Porto attractions. The staff recommended great places to dine and enjoy the city. If we come back we surely will stay in this beautiful place. Thanks for making our stay so amazing!

Tutto pulito e ordinato, il letto è comodissimo e ci sono 3 diversi cuscini, così puoi dormire con quello che preferisci, è stupendo si dorme benissimo! Colazione ottima.

Perfekte Lokation: nicht ganz im Trubel aber nur wenige Schritte davon entfernt. Walking distance um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden und um abends auszugehen. Sehr nettes Personal. Liebevolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück in schönem Wintergarten oder Garten. Wir würden sofort wieder hier absteigen!

Fantastic location with large and modern rooms for a reasonable price. The receptionist was friendly and gave us helpful hints for the area. Breakfast was good with eggs made to order and a nice dining area. Definitely would stay again.

Such a great little hotel. The location us just perfect. The staff is increadibly helpful and they can accomodate any wish you might have from recommendations on to what to visit to reservations. We arrived early and got offered breakfast even though it was our check in day.

Great location, very close to metro stations and city centre. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they greeted us after we confirmed the booking, asked if we needed additional assistance, and explained to us in detail the facilities in the hotel upon arrival. The room was very clean and stylish and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The continental breakfast was also great with loads of options and freshly made eggs as we ordered.

A very nice, small and cozy hotel/guest house. Situated in a good location, rooms are filled with art, breakfast was nice. The only problem was absence of proper hearing and it's quite cold during winter.
