O cliente na frente foi dado em dinheiro para devolução sem recibo. Monsenhor Ramon disse-me que não estava no seu coração para me dar crédito na loja. Disse-me que levaria duas semanas depois de mais investigações e que me enviaria um cartão. E rudemente nos disse que se tivéssemos um problema podíamos simplesmente sair com presentes. Fomos para a loja em Park Lane mais profissional não conseguiu o terceiro grau e deu cartão de presente sem problema.Karma Ramon
