Excelente relación calidad precio. Frente a estación de Bus. En el centro de la ciudad. Bares, restaurantes, tiendas... todo a mano. Es un edificio antiguo, pero muy bien distribuido, muy limpio, baño muy amplio, habitaciones luminosas. Muy tranquilo. Muy agradables. Nos dejaron guardar la bicicleta (un tándem) sin poner ninguna objeción. Muy recomendable.

Lo mejor de esta residencia es el servicio que ofrecen tanto en prestaciones como su personal. La mar de simpáticos y agradables. Si hay que ponerle alguna pega es que no hay un baño privado pero está muy limpio.

Good clean accommodation right next to the bus and train station, the harbour and only a short walk from all the shops. Very helpful staff, lovely friendly cafe opposite in the bus station, excellent value and relaxing. The only downsides are it's quite basic for a long stay and the reception is on the first floor with quite a narrow staircase and no lift. Otherwise a great place to stay if you've just landed or the night before you travel back. Very easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Some parking near the harbour just up the road. Fantastic value considering how clean and convenient it is plus the air con and heating worked perfectly unlike a lot of other places we went to. Would definitely use again.

It is very comfortable place. Next to the bus station and marine which is great if you need to travel by bus. Very close to the old Town and most important city objects. The only thing is that bathroom could by renovated but it is not so bad. Recommend!

I found this Residential House after a recommendation. It is a room only establishment but the standard is very good . My room is a double with en suite and very good indeed. Everything is spotlessly clean with a full bathroom.I would recommend it.

Gostei muito da Residencial. Amplos quartos, limpos e confortáveis. A Residencial tem um magnífico terraço com vista sobre a Ria Formosa e está muito bem localizada, perto da rede de transportes públicos.

Bom atendimento os funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar fiquei em um quarto duplo com duas camas separadas tudo muito bem limpo e organizado quarto de banho razoável com higiene dispõe de um terraço bastante giro e grande com uns sofás de verga muito giros tinha cinzeiros espalhados para fumadores fiquei satisfeito com espaço, o atendimento e o preço acessível 54€ fiquei bastante satisfeito recomendo

mauvais rapport qualité prix. points forts : établissement propre, double vitrage, à proximité du port. points negatifs : les wc sont dans la salle de bain qui est commune à tous les residents de l'hotel, mobilier et matériel vétuste, pas de climatisation juste deux ventilateurs. concludion : la chambre vaut 50 euros et non 85 euros. Nous avons tout de meme bien dormi.

Buonissimo b&b a Faro. Posizione perfetta per andare sia nel centro città, pochi minuti a piedi, sia altrove con i mezzi, essendo di fronte la fermata dei bus. Capolinea linea aeroporto spiaggia faro. Pulito, Staff gentilissimo , da tenere presente per ogni soggiorno!

Very good position near bus and train station. However comfort is proportional to the price. We had a room in the rear, but I do not believe there are rooms with a sea view: the buliding is one store high and you have the bus terminal right infornt.

We stayed here our fist night and just loved it, room 101 is really nice and super quiet. We stayed on our departure date as well as we had a 7 am train and it's across from the train and bus station, and very easy walk to historic district with bars and eateries. Room 108 on the opposite end was equally nice but there was noisy people below (not part of the hotel)until a little after midnight, but other than that, it was prefect.

Great value local hotel; clean large rooms and bathroom with a fantastic location in the centre of town near the marina.

Clean and close to everything. Also has great WiFi and the cleaning ladies really kept our room neat and gave us extra pillows which was great. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

Very good central location. The room was clean, we took the one with a sea-view - was totally worth the 5eur on top - it even had a terrace just in front of it. Other than that quite decent quality.

Horrible! Everything was very old and dirty. We found a rancid apple under the bed, the bath was full of hair,no hot water, the sink was leaking and a pannel in the ceiling almost fall in our heads. I would never suggest it.

We had the 3 bed room at the top. Sea view is not too special, but the room is clean, big and everyone at the hotel is very kind and helpful. Rooms facing the street might be noisy from the bus station but ours was quite. We had a great time, would be happy to go back again.

Pros: Bang in the Centre. Accessible to all sights, bars and restaurants. Cons: really small rooms with very little privacy.

Esta en una localización espectacular, desde la ventana puedes observar el puerto y es precioso, el unico problema que le vi, es que el mobiliario es un tanto antiguo pero por lo demás todo genial
