We were really excited to stay at Casa Toscano because the wonderful woman who checked us in was so friendly and the property was very clean. However, the accommodations are way below standard. First of all, you are completely on your own: don’t ask for another towel or use the phone! There’s no way to get ahold of the owners. When we left a note requesting a clean towel, we were shunned for the rest of our vacation. The husband is a jerk and the property is not set up for guest— stay away!

Spotlessly clean, the room is in a house that’s away from the touristy bustle of Lagos but close enough that you can walk to center. It’s super close to the main beaches as well. The owner is lovely, brought delicious warm breads and croissants in the morning and took us to a great local coffee shop. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, about 15-20 min walk to the beach, and 3 mins to super market. Breakfast was wonderful!

This was the exact way I wanted to spend my night in Lagos. It was inviting and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet as I could hear the birds chirping while sitting on the balcony. The owner had breakfast in our fridge and dropped off warm bread in the morning. I recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful and quaint getaway!!
