지나가다 기대없이 들렸는데 저렴하면서 휴양지에서 입기 좋은 옷+가방들이 있었어요! 심지어 3for2 행사 중으로 마침 필요했던 가벼운 가방 저렴하게 득템! 개인적으론 parfois보다 더 나은 것 같아요

Beau magasin à l'esprit zen et nature. Vêtements, bijoux, accessoires, sacs, parfums et bougies d'intérieur, objets de décoration et décontraction sont tout ce que vous pouvez y trouver ! Vendeuses agréables tout comme la décoration du magasin. Prix abordables :)

Tienen que pasar 24 horas para poder cambiar algo con ticket. Muy descontenta No recomiendo

일단, 어제 오늘 두 번 들렀습니다 어제는 옷도 예쁘고 해서 좋았는데 집에 가서 확인해보니 텍스리펀 종이에 국가를 China라고 해놓았더라고요 여권을 보고 작성을 했음에도 일처리 제대로 안했나 싶었지만 이 정고는 실수 할 수 있다 싶어서 오늘 와서 말을 했더니 매니저인지 누가 어제거니까 처리해 줄 수 없다고 해서 정말 문제되지 않겠냐고 했습니다. 제가 계속 걱정하니까 전화해서 체크해보겠다 하더니 전화 5초? 하곤 안받는다고 문제 없을거라 하길래 만약 안되면 15000원정도 못받는거 어쩔 수 없겠다 하고 일단 알겠다고 한 후 부모님께서 오늘도 마저 쇼핑 하셨습니다 60유로 넘어야 텍스리펀 된다고 해서 61.8유로치 구매하였는데 100유로를 줬더니 잔돈이 없냐고 해서 그럼 1.8을 주겠다고 했는데 자기들 잔돈은 많다고 필요없다면서 직원한테 100유로 지폐로 바꿔오라고 시키면서 8.2유로를 50센트와 10센트짜리 동전으로 한 가득 주더군요 여태는 그냥 웃으면서 말하다가 아니, 1.8유로 더 주면 40유로짜리 지폐만 주면 되지 않냐 하니까 그제서야 짜증나는 표정으로 그럼 1.8유로 동전으로 달라고 하네요 그 뒤에는 여권도 툭 던지고 영수증도 안찝어주고^^ 계속 노려보고 ㅋㅋㅋ 절대 가지 마세요 어제 오늘 20만원 가까이 쓴 고객한테 할 행동은 아닌 것 같네요

Ojo con el cambio... Menuda experiencia estas vacaciones en Oporto que en varios sitios nos han intentado timar con las vueltas, en el caso de esta tienda me devolvían 20€ de menos....

I was looking at a jacket for 100€ when I was told by the manager, that that there was a discount in place if I bought 2 articles with a specific tag. I was still hesitating and asked till when the discount was in place. The manager informed me that it would end on that day at 10 pm, therefore putting me under time pressure to buy it. I ended up buying it. A few days later I went to a different Natura store and found out, that that discount was valid till the end of december. The shop manager clearly lied to me, to make the sale. Very disappointing.

Lindas roupas e ótimo conceito. Porém as atendentes deixaram de me dar desconto em minha compra que descobri no dia seguinte que estava em vigor. Ao perguntar sobre o desconto, a atendente despistou e não me devolveu o valor correspondente. Fiquem atentas.

I love the shop, the clothes are beautiful but the customer service is bad and the fabric is very fragile (the label say we can iron it but it maked an hole when I just touched it with the iron). The customer service answer me that I can change in the shop, but I don't live in Portugal. When I heard than a friend will go and wrote back to the customer service, nobody answer me anymore...

A loja além de bem situada tem bastante oferta,as funcionárias são super simpáticas bem como a gerente o que nao acontece em todas as lojas.

A Natura é uma loja linda com atendimento muito simpático. Várias opções de roupas, bolsas lindas, sapatos, muitos acessórios e presentes além de velas e aromatizadores. A loja é bastante espaçosa, bem decorada é confortável para experimentar! Bons preços e ótima trilha sonora.
