One star is for it, that they charge you way too much! I had a dermatology doctor inspection and a curing away a small thing on my head. It was only 5-7 minutes, costed me eur 360.- That was ok, as the doctor was professional. But.... one star comes for the following; On the next day indent there and asked for 2 waterproof stripes for the operated place. They did not give me for free, but they wanted to charge for it. For two Pflaster/Stripes. Which cost possibly Eur 0.20 or 0.40. They are all after money. In the Country where average earnings are Eur 910.- a month...

J’ai du y aller pour mon fils de 5 ans qui est tombé sur la tête et a saigné. J’ai été reçu très vite et le personnel était très gentil ainsi que le docteur qui a du nettoyer la plaie, mettre un produit antibiotique et m’a expliqué en anglais le détail de ses actions donc tout était parfait sauf au moment de payer : la douche froide ! 260€ pour moins de 30mn de consultation ! Je trouve le tarif vraiment excessif... et je ne sais pas si mon assurance va pouvoir me rembourser ce montant aussi cher d’où mes 3 étoiles au lieu des 5 car le service était excellent ( ils m’ont même dépanné avec un médicament doliprane)

Luzdoc was the only place around Lagos and Luz that didn’t turn me away for being a tourist and not understanding Portuguese, even though my Spanish is fine. I came in with an infection and was out in less than an hour with all that I needed. Staff are helpful, friendly and attentive. Their English is perfect. The cost wasn’t more than 70 euro, which is a steal for a private clinic! Really happy with their professional service and feeling better already, obrigada!

Eerste vraag als je toekomt wil je 95 € betalen voor dat er gevraagd wordt aan de patient welk medisch probleem er zich voordoet. Geen dokter gezien. Met taxi naar ander hospitaal moeten rijden met een koortsige zieke. Desondanks alle verzekeringsdocumenten en Europese blauwe kaart werd geen hulp verstrekt zonder betaling van 95€. Er werd tevens gemeld dat je dit bedrag.niet kan terug vorderen via ziekte of andere verzekeringen.
