My stay was great, the place is lovely, very bright , cosy and clean. Marcia is ever so nice and helpful that she made our stay even better. Definitely want to go back and spend more time in Porto, very interesting town with a lot to offer and great people to know.

Adorei a minha estadia, o quarto era impecável, o serviço e limpeza foram excelentes! A Márcia é super simpática,sempre disponível para informar,deu boas dicas de onde comer e o que podíamos visitar.A repetir!

As soon as we opened the door to the room, we knew we were in a special place. Definitely recommend staying here. The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was fantastic, and walkable to whatever we needed, and it’s located in the Arts district. I would not hesitate in recommending to stay here.

Está nuevo confortable y muy limpio Es una ventaja tener parking para poder guardar el coche y no moverlo estando en Oporto Pero queda un poco alejado de la zona monumental y del puerto sobre todo para regresar andando

Apartment was in great location for us only 10 mins from historic centre. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen but we didnt eat in as there were lots of decent restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were very helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and places to eat

Everything just great: the room is clean and nice, the cooking facilities and equipment well equip and excellent, the security of the place, the strong wifi signal, the excellent receptionist (Marcia), everything travellers look forward to, just like home away from home.

Les chambres sont super, l’immeuble est bien localisé et un grand stationnement de disponible. Mais c’est surtout la qualité du personnel sur place qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable!

Ubicación perfecta. Ideal para familias. Todo limpísimo y la habitación es mucho más bonita en directo. Decorada con mucho gusto. Muy acogedor. Cuando vuelva a Oporto repetiré alojamiento. Marsia muy amable.

Ficamos 4 noites. A Márcia foi fantástica. O quarto óptimo! Os miúdos adoraram! Ainda tem um espaço exterior! E parque de estacionamento! Adoramos o Porto e a nossa casa!

Apartamento céntrico en zona tranquila, en la calle hay muchas galerías de arte, tiene aparcamiento, cosa que se agradece en Porto si vas en coche. El apartamento esta bien decorado, limpio y prácticamente nuevo, el único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor, un tercer piso sin ascensor cuando no eres joven, es muy pesado, sobre todo cuando subes las maletas.

Nice place, very clean and well appointed. Convenient and secure self parking area. Check in process did not go quite as smoothly as anticipated. No one was there at the property to check us in and we didn’t get any email/ text with instructions. We had to make several attempts to call the number before someone finally answered. Sad...

All was great. Good location etc. Just note that there is no elevator so luggage should be manageable by the guests. we helped a family that had kids and too much luggage up stairsMy wife was put off initially, as the street appearance isnt great. However, the inside and rooms were wonderful and quiet.

Super établissement... Propreté irréprochable... Logement clair et magnifique.... Pour nous vraiment le top à Porto.... A quelques pas du centre... Place de parc gratuite et surtout tranquillité absolue... Impressionnant.. Comme si on été à la campagne !!! Gentillesse du personnel et des responsables... Bref on recommande !!

We booked late without knowing much about the hotel or the neighborhood. Both were very pleasant surprises. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with spare decor, comfortable beds, and kitchenette amenities. Couldnt figure out the microwave, but thats on me!

Nice location lovely people to check you in and accommodate was perfectly stocked with all the things you need......We travelled with a 16 month old and apart from the stairs things were great.

Impresionante, buena ubicación, aparcamiento interior y el apartamento simplemente espectacular. Nos ha encantado todo. Si vuelvo a Oporto este será el sitio donde nos alojaremos seguro. Cerca del centro , no necesitas mover el coche. Me hubiera gustado ponerle un pero. Pero es que no puedo. Un precio razonable .

Excellent clean, comfortable accommodation. Marcia was extremely helpful and communicative. The free parking on site was very useful. Located in a quiet part of the city but most tourist sights were walkable. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated, fantastic location to walk to downtown. Checked in on a Sunday, all codes given straightforward for check in. Secure car park behind the building although may have trouble finding a spot, we reserved a spot ahead of time. Kitchen has everything you need including a kettle. Only thing this building didn’t have was a washing machine but there is a laundromat just a few doors down. I would highly recommend staying here.

La habitación es tal cual a las fotos. Cocina equipada con lo necesario, no tiene lavadora, pero cerca hay un autolavado. La wifi funcionaba genial. A 15 min andando hasta el centro. Parking en el establecimiento gratuito.

Very difficult to find. No sign on the outside of the building or on the street and google maps takes you to a different address. We drove around for almost a half hour circling the block trying to find it! The room was clean and modern. Limited service hours and no amenities but room was easily accessible except for lack of elevator for luggage. Nice affordable option just to sleep for days touring Porto.

The property was gorgeous and clean but it was difficult to access as there was such limited hours with a staff member present. It created a lot of stress about getting in and accessing the apartment. I arrived very late at night and was nervous that I would not know how to get in and remembering passwords and printing out complicated instructions was not what I wanted on a long trip abroad for one hotel. In the end, I made it in ok and they had a very kind 24 hour helpline but I would not do this again. I need a hotel that I can drive up to at any time of the night or day and just be served properly by a normal front desk service.

Great place, friendly receptionist who made us a map and helped us get around town. Would stay here again without hesitation.
