Positif: Contact chaleureux du début à la fin, emplacement dans Porto idéal, appartement très propre, fonctionnel, bien pensé, moderne et décoré avec goût. Clim et double vitrage, wifi performant et même Netflix. tout y est! Merci pour la bouteille de vin du Douro à l'accueil :-). Négatif: Rien, tout était parfait :-).

Positif: appartements très mignons et très bien placés accueil parfait hôtes très disponibles et adorables . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Négatif: Prévenir les hôtes que l appartement du 4 e étage n est pas fait pour 2 couples le canapé dans le salon avec matelas pas au même niveau dommage.

Positiva: Luana nos atendió perfectamente, puntual, nos dió las explicaciones de todo y consejos para nuestra estancia. Estuvo pendiente durante el alojamiento de que todo estuviera correcto. Nos gustó, la luminosidad, la limpieza del apartamento y servicios que hay en el, ideal para parejas, muy centrico a 5 minutos andando a la ribera y a 5 minutos de la estación de tren y zona de restaurantes del centro. Aunque la fachada del edificio, aún no está restaurada el apartamento es tal qual se ve en las fotos, aparcamiento de pago en la calle y parking privado a una calle, o al lado del puente a 5 minutos andando( la mitad de barato)y hay un pequeño supermercado justo al lado, volveriamos sin dudarlo.. Negativa: No podernos quedar más dias..

Positief: Apartement ligt op een goede locatie, supermarkt ernaast, je loopt zo de straat uit en bent bij de rivier en het toeristisch gedeelte. Om de hoek zit een scooter verhuur bedrijf, en dat is een aanrader... Apartement is prima voor een weekje, goede keuken, alles erop en eraan. vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven,. Negatief: Er was alleen bestek aanwezig, geen snijmessen, geen broodmes, geen kaasschaaf, deze zaken hebben we zelf maar gekocht..

Positive: This apartment is well stocked with everything you need. Fabulous location & facilities on your doorstep.. Negative: There was a nasty smell from the kitchen sink drain..

Positive: Great location. Very central and convenient for exploring the city. The house looks rather worn from the outside, but the apartment itself is modern and looks as in the pictures.. Negative: Parking is a challenge, the nearest P-houses are fairly expensive..

Positive: The apartment was really nice. And fantastic service from Eva. We had dome delay and she met us much later than what we were supposed to do...with a big smile. She event talked to the train station officers for us, as we didn't speak Portuguese. Thanks Eva !! Apartment in the perfect location.. Negative: The front of the building was not as pretty as we thought ! Actually, it was terrible !.

Positivo: Localização perfeita, perto do maravilhoso Largo de São Domingos, do Palácio da Bolsa, Ribeira... Um dos meus locais preferidos para ficar no Porto. A Luana, que nos recebeu e tratou da nossa estadia, foi fantástica....

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und extrem gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Die Lage ist prima, man ist in wenigen Minuten zum Duoro gelaufen - und dort ist Porto sowieso am Schönsten! Die Übergabe hat perfekt funktioniert, Tipps gab es noch obendrauf. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Nur ein Hinweis: das Bad ist zweigeteilt, WC und Dusche haben eine Schiebetür, der Bereich des Waschbeckens ist nur durch eine Schwingtür vom Flur abgetrennt. Der Sichtschutz ist allerdings nicht durchgehend, sondern nur von ca. Kniehöhe bis ca. Kopfhöhe. Man kann also drüber schauen. Sollte man wissen, falls man sich daran stört.. Negativ: Für unsere Rücken waren die Betten nicht soooo toll, aber das kann auch daran liegen, dass wir zu dem Zeitpunkt schon vier andere Hotels/Apartements hinter uns hatten. Für uns passte die Matratze nicht so recht. Mehr ist aber wirklich nicht..

Super clean, spacious, modern design, good location, most attractions within walking distance. Love the grocery store downstairs which sells nice port wines too. Well received by the host. Love to stay there again.

The apartment was far nicer and bigger than we expected. Even though we liked the photos, it was even nicer in real life. There were 4 of us sharing, and we did not feel we were living on top of each other. It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and was close to all the sites we wanted to explore.Communication was excellent, and we had a nice warm welcome from Dani. All the service we had in Porto was friendly and welcoming. We booked an early transfer back to the airport via the team. The taxi was again, immaculate and the driver fab & friendly.Couldnt not fault a thing. Thank you everyone. Highly recommended.

This apartment is in an excellent location for seeing historical Porto. It is quite comfortable apartment, nicely renovated. Bed is comfortable, shower has good supply of hot water. Kitchen is nice.Check in was easy, Leo met us and explained everything to us. Person in charge, Eva, answered all my questions, checked on us during our stay. We stayed a week so she arranged for clean towels to be sent over half way through. Elevator works, apartment is on sixth floor. Though in popular area, the place is quiet. Four people can stay there comfortably.

Positive: This apartment had everything; loads of room, superb kitchen, bathroom, laundry and comfortable bed. Great location for exploring or relaxing..

We were greeted by Daniela. Before we arrived and during our stay, Eva provided all information needed for a great trip. They even arranged for the airport transportation. This is the best spot you can get in Porto. We are fully satisfied with the place and service provided.Excellent customer service ! Porto is a very nice place to visit in Portugal.

Положительный: Расположение отличное, не далеко от реки, т.е в конце дня вы после прогулки идете уставшие вниз, город расположен на сильно холмистой местности. Приветственная бутылка сухого вина. Отдыхали в начале марта, было тихо, м.б не сезон и окна закрыты, кондиционер включали на обогрев. Квартира очень просторная, со свежим ремонтом и хорошим дизайном. Постель удобная, все необходимое для комфортного проживания включая посудомойку, стиральную машину, кофеварку, и пр. кухонные принадлежности, соль, перец, растительное масло, моющие ср-ва. Wi-fi отличный. Очень неудобная дверь, как в салуне, в санузел, но это мелочи. Claudio встретил в аэропорту по предварительной договоренности и с дополнительной оплатой. Менеджер Vania была очень любезна, общались с ней в Whatsap, всю информацию получали оперативно и даже помогла нам с информацией о специальных покупках, но лично не общались. При выборе апартов ничего не сказано про дополнительную оплату уборки 25€, эта информация была только в подтверждении бронирования. Деньги эти с нас взяли при вселении вместе с оплатой, пояснив, что это за уборку после нашего выезда, впервые такое встречаю, , однако, через три дня предложили убраться, т.к уборка оплачена. Мы отказались, мы аккуратные и было чисто, но деньги нам вернуть не предложили . Мелочь, но неприятно, аппартамены далеко не дешевые. При выезде, просто оставили ключи, и захлопнули дверь, удобно.

Positif: L'accueil de Vania et ses bonnes adresses sur Porto. Situation géographique idéale en plein centre touristique de Porto. Les sites sont accessibles à pied. Appartement confortable, propre, moderne, bien décoré et spacieux. Super quoi !. Négatif: Infiltrations d'eau par le balcon dans la salle à manger à cause de pluies diluviennes que nous avons malheureusement eu pendant deux jours d'affilés. Cet evenement restera exceptionnel et je pense que le necessaire a ete fait pour que cela ne se reproduise pas.

负面: 我们住了三晚，房东早餐预留不太够，但是留的东西很好吃。设施非常全，地理位置很方便，楼下就有Porto酒的专卖店，还有很多开到很晚但是很安全的杂货店，去哪里都是步行即可，房东的解说非常热情，给了很多本地人的建议，去这里住完全不需要做Porto的攻略，老板那就给你足足的攻略，都是性价比超高不糊弄外地人的那种餐厅和景点。. 正面: 没有雨伞，但是楼下就有的卖而且不贵

Positif: L'appartement, très bien décoré et équipé, le confort des lits et l'ascenseur dans l'immeuble. Les hôtes ont été toujours très aimables et attentionnés. Localisation idéale, proche des transports, du fleuve Douro et des tous les commerces.

Positivo: O apartamento é maravilho, espaçoso, tem tudo q vcs precisa quando está viajando com crianças. Perto de tudo, ribeira, estação São Bento, Sé.... pode se fazer tudo a pé, e olha q estávamos com criança. Antes de chegarmos no Porto, recebi msg da sra. Vânia, e antes mesmo da hora para chekin ela estava nos esperando com as chaves. Super recomendo. Queremos voltar.

Positive: Great welcome by the host. Superb location. Tasteful decor. Thoughtful extras left at no charge such as cooling oil, tea, coffee, cleaning detergents.. Negative: Booked twin beds but was a double. Anyway couch bed available. No window in the bedroom, so wonder if that's a true description? Hard to breathe in the 'befroom' as too much arrosol cleaners used around the bed.

Positivo: O alojamento é excelente, desde a localização à decoração. Tudo ótimo. Perfeito para casais.

Positive: L'appartamento si trova in una vecchia palazzina ma è completamente ristrutturato al suo interno. Si trova in una posizione fantasticamente strategica in quanto è vicina al centro e vicinissima alla zona della Ribeira (la zona vecchia più caratteristica sul lungofiume ) quindi in 5 minuti a piedi si è dappertutto e si può visitare Porto senza l'utilizzo di mezzi semplicemente facendosi delle belle camminate (noi avevamo nostra figlia di 6 anni al seguito e siamo riusciti comunque a vedere tutte le cose principali) Un particolare ringraziamento va a Vania che non solo ci ha consegnato le chiavi ma è stata gentilissima dandoci ottimi consigli ( su cosa vedere e su cosa e dove mangiare) facendoci praticamente da "tutor" via Whatsapp per tutti e tre i giorni! Consigliato.

Positiv: Super tolle und wunderschöne Unterkunft in Porto! Die Lage ist optimal, in nicht mal 2 Gehminuten ist man direkt am Duoro mit all den Cafés und Tapas-Bars und auch schnell über die Brücke nach Gaia für ein Portwein-Tasting gelaufen. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Anreise war problemlos mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Flughafen. Die Haltestelle lag ca. 200m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und aufmerksam und richten sich nach jeder Ankunftszeit. Dafür erfolgte vorher schon eine Kontaktaufnahme per Email. Als kleines Willkommensgeschenk gab es sogar einen kleinen Snack und eine Flasche Rotwein. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Rainshowerdusche, Balkon zum Frühstücken und Klima-/Heizungsanlage und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!
