Our waitress was unmotivated and not friendly at all, food came with mold bread, they forgot half of our orders...

We had a late lunch, maybe 3pm here. The view was awesome and the staff were friendly and accommodating at first but they were very slow after we initially sat down. The server spilled wine on my wife. The food was good once it arrived. The real attraction of this place is the location and view, which was worth it.

Super belle vue sur la Ribeira! Mais aussi sur la vivacité de cette place, on peut voir des tables extérieures, les chanteurs et bien d'autres. belle petite terasse !!

뷰가 너무 좋아요. 어제 오고 너무 좋아서 또 왔어요. 테라스 자리인데 분위기도 좋고 여기 앉아있으면 뭔가 편안한 기분이 들어서 자꾸 찾게 되는 것 같아요!
다들 근처에서 비싼밥 드시지 마시고 여기서 드세요!

Riverview is very beautiful, and the employee is kind. French fries are delicious. I visited twice during my short trip.

Une grosse arnaque. On a attendu 20mn avant d'avoir une table. Personne ne nous a accueilli. Les serveurs s'en foutent. On a fini par commander. La table des précédents clients n'a pas été débarrassée...
Au bout de 30mn sans rien avoir on a demandé au moins les boissons. Et le serveur dit 'Ah vous avez commandé ? A moi ?'... pour finir par apprendre qu'il n'y en avait plus en stock...
Au final ils n'avaient même pas de quoi composer la salade. On a donc eu de la salade verte en sachet avec 3 sardines...
Et sinon c'est 6.50 euros le verre de sangria !
Bref.
Je ne recommande pas. A part la vue (et encore...) c'est vraiment mauvais !

Eigentlich super, tolle Aussicht und guter Wein. Das Personal hat leider gestört. Ein Kellner war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, dem anderen hat man seine Langeweile leider zu sehr angemerkt. Schlenderte ziellos herum, aß mit den Händen aus dem Olivenbehälter und schließlich hat er uns beim bezahlen völlig vergessen. Wir mussten erst rein gehen und ihn wieder auf uns aufmerksam machen.

Trato agradable (pedimos una copa de vino y nos dejaron probar dos para elegir). Platos para picar interesantes y abundantes. Vistas inmejorables al río. En verano hay terraza.

Came across this place whilst walking around the Ribeira looking for somewhere for lunch and this was perfect as they had a Tapas menu.
Friendly welcome and chose a table inside although there are tables outside by the wall overlooking the Douro and quay side.
Chose a couple of dishes, padron peppers and cod fish cakes both of which were cooked fresh in the small kitchen area inside the restaurant, plus some fresh olives and a beer. Food quality was very good as was the presentation. Excellent customer service too. Overall a perfect choice for lunch.

Hemos salido super contentos de este sitio, sin duda para repetir y recomendar. El trato super amable y rápido, la comida de calidad, el sitio espectacular pero sin estar con el agobio a pie de calle. Los precios bien para la zona.

Inteligentes restaurações adaptadas para hotéis. Atendimento excelente, boa música e comida. Carros não entram na Ribeira. 30 euros a diária de estacionamento fora da Ribeira. Sugiro ir de trem.

Good place to rest while enjoying the beautiful views. It has good views to the river and the bridge. The coffee and wine is overpriced but the views make the place worth to visit.

Se paga la localización y el estar en la Ribeira. El café con leche 2'5€, la tabla de quesos 15€.
El local es bonito y está reformado. Tiene algunas mesas en la terraza (está en la muralla) por lo que se está genial viendo el atardecer por ejemplo.
La atención algo escasa, tienes que andar detrás de los camareros para que te hagan caso.

Très bonne expérience, les serveurs ne parlant pas français les échanges furent court. Les Tapas étaient vraiment top, juste on sait fait prendre par le camenbert qui était décrit comme tapas et qui est arrivé entier . Rien à redire sur le reste. On n'a malheureusement pas pu profiter de la vue la météo n'étant pas de notre côté. Restaurant très soigné et très agréable.

Nice views of the river.
We got some port wine and juice. Didn’t expect them to have excellent fresh juices, but they made a kiwi smoothie from what felt like 90% kiwi.
Service was a bit slow, but pleasant. Can’t beat the location.

Great view, shame the table service was awful.
We ordered mains and deserts together to save time. Amazingly they brought deserts out first. We couldn't be bothered arguing and just ate what we were given.
Shortly after one of our party of three was served.
We then waited over 30 minutes (periodically prompting the staff) before giving up on getting any of our food. Asked for the bill and left to catch our river cruise.

Service was a bit slow. The view was incredible and the drinks were good, a bit pricier than other places but you pay for the view. The food was very mediocre. The shrimp was overcooked, hard and chewy. The mushrooms were ok but overpriced and uninteresting. The fritters were undercooked. The outside was not crispy enough so it had the same texture as the inside. The taste was OK but perhaps needed to be served with a more interesting sauce. The walnut cake made with port was TERRIBLE. It was dry and tasteless. Perhaps it was a bit old. The dessert was very overpriced and poor value, especially since you can pick up a decent piece of cake anywhere. Perhaps stop by for a drink but eat elsewhere.

Terrible service. Waited 15 mins to be served even though there was only a few other people there. I went inside and asked was there table service or do we order inside, they said table service. Waited another 15 mins at the table and the waiter ignored me. I guess he didn't like me asking that question. I ended up walking out without ordering. Pity cause the view is lovely.

Super bar / restaurant avec une terrasse en hauteur avec vue sur le fleuve. Ce n'est pas un restaurant mais ce bar propose plein de petits tapas à grignoter comme les beignets de morue, du fromage rotie, des poivrons, des olives et planches de charcuterie.
Les boissons sont genereuses (il faut tester les sangrias!).
Le personnel est très accueillant et parle bien anglais
Les prix restent raisonnable pour l'emplacement qui lui est vraiment parfait!

Came here for a drink and a bit of food around 9pm one evening. Took us 25mins to be served, ordered wine & 2 tapas. One of the tapas was out so had to change. Took another 20mins to get one of the dishes but no wine? Service was appalling from the moment we sat down. Even had to take the bill in to get it sorted to which the waitress tutted, shook her head and literally threw the money back at me.
Not worth the wait, don’t waste your time.

Très belle vue sur le Douro et le pont Dom Luiz I. Au dessus des quais ce qui permet d'être en retrait de l'activité et de bénéficier de la vue. Endroit idéal pour un dîner apero tapas. Service tres sympathique et attentionné. Large carte de tapas. Qualité et fraîcheur Prix corrects compte tenu du lieu. Salle intérieure elegante et calme.

値段が若干高い感はありますが、見た目が綺麗な料理なので納得できます。
テラス席は風が気持ちいいのですが、鳥がたまに来るのが難点です。

Uniquement pour la vue qui est superbe, très bien pour boire un verre .
Par contre ne pas y manger ,c'est très cher pour ce que l'on a dans l'assiette et de plus l'attente est très longue (40mn) alors qu''il y a peu de clients.

Después de dar un paseo por la ribera del Duero, nos tomamos 2 vinos blancos acompañados por un trocito de quiche vegetal. Muy rico todo aunque nos pareció un poco caro el vino (de 4 a 9 eu la copa). Nos atendieron muy bien fueron amables. Lo mejor la vista del Duero.

Lovely waitress, great food with a fantastic view of the river and the lights of the city. Nice to be a level above the busy market place.
