Empresa constituida por hipocritas e incompetentes. Tal como o tipico callcenter tentam imitar e transmitir a boa onde de Dublin com team leadrs e supervisores que so sao competentes em recrutar gente que lhe provisione prazer.... Assim é a situaçao.

Do not recommend this company to anyone Airbnb project: Awful management, teamleaders are completely useless, incompentence at its best , lack of education towards agents, They simply refuse to help agents and they will use all kind of excuses to not call users (superior call) because they simply don't know how, they don't know how to speak with customers, but they actually consider themselves skilled to evaluate agents perfomance (ironic!) Slogan of this company should be 'friends first' as operation managers are a group of friends whom found Airbnb project a good way of amusing themselves in front of agents who actually worked to be there Lack of equality regarding agents performance, some agents do whatever they want, others are forced to provide service, even in salaries and schedules (some people do their own schedules, the ones who always have an excuse to not work) Results are manipulated by Teamleaders according to In-group favoritism Lack of transparency in promotions system - They do whatever they want Hypocritical environment - everything is Ok Some agents leave earlier to watch the football game with theamleader authorization while others are forbidden to change schedule to go to a doctor appointment - Some of those are the ones who leave good reviews regarding this project! Nice! Shedules are constantly changing

O melhor da empresa são os trabalhadores .

Une super compagnie qui met bcp l'accent sur la formation de son personnel. C'est très appréciable. La force de cette compagnie à Porto, ce sont les personnes. On y a une très bonne ambiance de travail et une belle ambiance entre personnes aussi. Une compagnie qui vous donne envie de lui être loyale, même si les salaires ne sont pas mirobolants. Et ça, à titre personnel, ça compte beaucoup.

Garantam que assinam contrato antes de mudar de emprego pois podem acabar desempregados por lapsos do RH sem qualquer compensação!

Même si les salaires sont un peu plus bas pas rapport à d'autres call center comme Sitel Lisbonne par exemple, ça reste une super entreprise humaine, compréhensive avec un super ambiance de travail.
