Apartamento aconchegante, muito limpo e organizado!!

Super situation au cœur de Porto pas besoin de prendre les transports en commun tout ce fait à pied. Le studio est propre mais la salle de bain vieillotte. La rue est très calme nous avons vu et entendu peut de voisin monté ou descendre de immeuble mais attention l'appartement est insonorisés. L'appartement ce situe aux 3eme étages mais quand on a arpentés les ruelles de Porto on n'est plus à 3 étages prêt Cette appartement reste idéal pour passer 3 jours à Porto

Esta bien, super céntrico. Tres pisos sin escalera, cerca de todo.

Super war die Lage.Die Ausstattung ist bis auf einige Defekte ganz ok.Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Bad...die Dusche ist selbst für schlanke Personen viieel zu klein . Das Waschbecken hat die Größe eines Handwaschbeckens und ist schon zum Zähneputzen oder Gesichtwaschen sehr knapp bemessen. Insgesamt ist das Bad etwa so gross wie eine Gästetoilette.

Ubicación del apartamento perfecta. En pleno centro histórico y a 5 min. de la Ribeira.Cama super cómoda y el sofá cama también es bastante cómodo.Lo único es la ducha, que es un pelín estrecha...

Am Anfang war es sehr schwer überhaupt mit dem Besitzer in Kontakt zu kommen. Als wir am Appartement waren, war der Typ mit dem Schlüssel noch gar nicht da, mussten 20 min.warten. Die Lage ist super, Service aber sehr schlecht!

We were burgled on our first night at this property by someone who had a key to the apartment and had everything stolen including passport/house keys/car key/driving license/credit card, belongings etc. The apartment customer services and Expedia customer services were unapologetic and did not help us. The Portugal police in Porto and the British embassy in Lisbon were brilliant throughout. We were too scared to stay at this property for the remaining 2 nights so we left to find another hotel which we had to find and pay for ourselves as Expedia was not interested in helping us after spending an hour on the phone to them whilst we were at the British Embassy in Lisbon. We felt abandoned and let down especially by Expedia when they should have stepped up to help their customers who were put into a dangerous situation.

No nos ha gustado nada. Poca limpieza y todo muy comprimido. El baño deja mucho, mucho que desear por no decir que es impresentable. Servicio de recepción no hay.

Der Gastgeber hat uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen und uns alles sehr genau erklärt.Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man erreicht zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und werden diese Wohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen.

On arrival we were surprised at the hobbit size doorway to the apartment this should have managed our expectations as to the size of the property , there is no bathroom as such its a wet room at best, but all of the time as its constantly damp and very small, both my partner and niece were eaten during the stay which we worked out was the sofa ! But the worse part if the stay was waking up to an intruder in our bedroom, at 4.30am, who managed to rob an iPhone, thankfully that was all he got away with, as my partner chased him out of the apartment, it was a terrifying ordeal. The owners are very nice, but this apartment is not as the photos suggest. The location is central but there is a lot of construction work going on just across the street and down the street , which makes it an early alarm clock of jack hammers and drilling. Its also a busy street as a route to the city and train station. Loved Porto and would visit again, but definately not this property in this location

We only stayed one night because we were on our way to the Algarve. The location was very conveniently located near the Sao Bento train station. This apartment was very tiny with steep steps leading up to it. The shower was so small it was difficult to shower without having the curtain stuck to your body. The noise from the trains and people down on the street carried on all night and there is no sound proofing at all even with the windows and shutters closed. The toiletries included were only a package of liquid soap. There was no hair dryer.

Очень удобно расположены, есть все необходимое, благодаря кондиционеры и обогревателю было в январе не холодно. Даже круглосуточные трёхдневные дожди не мешали любоваться замечательным городом. Все мокрое высыхало, единственный минус - это не совсем новая посуда, почти вся с щербинками. Горячая вода круглосуточно, душевая и туалет исправны, фен - мощный. А вот интернет никакой, ни почту, ни погоду не посмотреть

Staf muito simpático e bastante prestavel. As condições do apartamento com alguns aspetos a melhorar, nomeadamente wc. Zona calma e muito Central.

Great location in the same city center! Accommodation confortable. Good prices! Absolutely recommended!

Pratique plein centre pour une famille de 4 personnes . Salle de bain un peu petite . Matériel frigo cassé et toilettes également .

Nos alojamos x dos noches. Al llegar no podíamos contactar con el administrador y resultó que estaban en una oficina a 10m del apartamento, nunca nos avisaron a donde teníamos que dirigirnos, dos horas dando vueltas hasta que una vecina nos informó. El departamento estaba sucio, el baño demasiado chico sobre todo la ducha, la cortina llena de hongos, no funcionaba el desagüe y se inundaba el baño cuando nos bañamos. La heladera funcionaba mal y se llenó de hielo, tubimos que sacarle el hielo por que se inundó la cocina. Todo el departamento muy chico y en mal estado, con hongos por donde mirabas, y poco equipado. No lo recomiendo.

Excellent emplacement central. Très propre. Étroitesse de la douche et rideau collant. Absence de télécommande de téléviseur.

Positif: Lit confortable, excellent rapport qualité prix. Négatif: Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre du premier étage. Et du bruit des habitants du second étage en pleine nuit.

Positif: Hôte très sympathique et de bons conseils. Négatif: Appartement exigu, convient pour 2 personnes mais pas pour 4. Voisins bruyants.

Positif: La proximité du centre ville, l'accueil, la disponibilité. Très bonne qualité de la literie. Négatif: Le logement est difficile à trouver dans la rue. La salle de bain qui est très petite, la douche séparée des WC par un rideau

Positiva: La ubicación sin duda lo mejor, muy centrico, puedes ir andando a todas partes. Negativa: El baño es muy pequeño, aunque bien distribuido, pero la ducha muy incomoda, desague no funcionaba bien, sería mejor una mampara en lugar de la cortina de ducha.

Positive: Location is super. The host helped with our luggage.. Negative: It was impossible to get answers from the host before arrival. The shower is bronen - the pipe is damaged. No additional trash plastic bags are available. The guaranteed 6Euro/day parking is a fairy tale - just park on the street (If you find a place) or under Parking prohibited road sign ( the host guaranteed than in this location it is not considered as a violation) or go to the railway station parking (10 € per day). If you switch on several electronic devices with a high power consumption ( 2 heaters or a kettle+oven or smth + hair drier) then the electricity in the whole apartment is automatically switch down. You need to automatically power on it again manually. 3d floor without elevator.

Positive: The localization was great, the host was super nice and helpful. The kitchen was equipped properly. The apartment is small but funcional.

Positiva: La ubicación sin duda. El piso era moderno y aún que era pequeño (solo una habitación) estaba perfectamente distribuido.. Negativa: El baño era bastante pequeño y no había ducha como tal, solo una cortina que separaba la minúscula alcachofa de la ducha del resto del minibaño.

Positivo: Super aconhedor e confortável. O staff foi super simpático e prestavel. Situado numa zona muito central da cidade do Porto onde é possível visitar todos os pontos de interesse.

Das Hotel bzw. Apartment war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Expedia hatte extra Preise zugeschlagen. Was nicht schön war.

Positief: De ligging was perfect. En alles was aanwezig!. Negatief: De douche was erg klein. Het douchegordijn plakte elke keer tegen de billen.

Positivo: Localização excelente, boa recepção. Negativo: Banheiro, precisa ser melhorado, construção de um box para evitar molhar o banheiro quando do banho de chuveiro.

Muy bien ubicados pata ir a pie a todos los sitios. La relación calidad/precio es buena.

Positiv: Lage war sehr gut, man konnte alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen.. Negativ: Es war kalt die Heizung hat nicht ausgereicht um die Wohnung zu heizten. Türen hatten keine Griffe und konnten daher nur schwer geöffnet werden.

Positivo: Gostei de tudo. Fomos bem recebidos. Sempre que vou ao Porto, fico lá. Continuarei a usar os serviços.. Negativo: Nada a reclamar, embora prefiro o 3º piso, era mais sossegado. Mas não é motivo para deixar de ficar neste alojamento.

Positive: la posizione è ottima (a due passi dalla stazione) e facilmente raggiungibile. a due passi trattoria "o rapido" ottima . proprietario gentile e disponibile.. Negazione: il bagno è piccolo, con tenda per doccia ... anche se nuovo. qualche rampa di scala per raggiungere la struttura.

Positive: Posizione centralissima vicino Metro, stazione, Bus e taxi station, monolocale ristrutturato, lunimoso e piacevole con il necessario anchr per cucinare. Accoglienza da parte dello staff perfetta.. Negazione: Bagno piccolo ma comunque funzionale, bassa reattivitá dello staff alle richieste in corso del aggiorno.

חיובי: נהננו מאוד מהשהות שלנו בדירה, אמנם קטנה אבל מקסימה, במיוחד למי שמעוניין להישאר שם לזמן קצר! המארחים היו מקסימים, זמינים, שמחו לעזור ועשו הכל כדי שהשהות שלנו תהיה נוחה. המיקום מעולה, קרוב מאוד לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית.. שלילי: אין מעלית, קומה 3, אבל המארחים הציעו עזרה עם המזוודות.

Positiu: Molt cèntric. Pots fer gairebé totes les visites a peu.. Negatiu: Havies de vigilar a la dutxa perquè no tenia banyera i tampoc plat de dutxa, tan sols un petit desnivell que si no et donaves compte podies mullar massa el bany.
