Positiva: La ubicacion genial todo muy cerquita. Gimaraes muy bonito. lo unico que nos llovio todos los dias, pero aun asi aprovechamos a ver todo lo previsto.

Positif: Ponctualité et serviabilité de la gérante pour le check-in. La proximité du centre historique. Ville historique très agréable.. Négatif: Le studio situé au 1e étage à rue est fort bruyant si on ouvre la fenêtre la nuit. La climatisation était en panne. Cela ne nous a toutefois pas gêné vu la fraicheur la nuit. Il n'existe pas de parking gratuit à proximité.

Positivo: - A recepção foi feita com muita simpatia e muito gosto em informar tudo sobre a cidade - Localizado dentro da zona histórica a apenas 100 metros das 2 principais praças do centro histórico e a +/- 1 km do Palácio e do Castelo - O Apartamento tinha uma vista linda para o Palácio de Guimarães - O prédio é remodelado, tendo uma decoração clássica e artística no interior na escada e o uma decoração moderna no apartamento equipado com tudo necessário para a estadia - Estacionamento mesmo em frente muito fácil de arranjar e bastante acessível o pagamento. Negativo: - Sinceramente... NADA que me incomodasse... - O apartamento tem algumas partes mais baixas nos lados por ser umas águas furtadas tendo eu batido com a cabeça uma vez por ser alto - Apartamento no ultimo andar fazendo muito calor à chegada, mas nada que o AC não tenha resolvido forma muito simples não voltando sentir mais nenhum calor até à partida

Positif: Parties communes cosy Accessibilité Accueil sympathique Quartier agréable. Négatif: L'appartement 102 bénéficie de toute la nuisance sonore des deux rues sauf entre 2 heures et 6 heures du matin. Les rues pavées et l'absence de double vitrage en sont la cause. Les oreillers sont vraiment très légers, coussins plumes vraiment plumes. Les équipements salle de bain sont à refaire et l'éclairage y est insuffisant. Les matelas un peu durs Ces détails nuisent au bien être general

Positivo: Localização central; dá para ir a pé para todos os pontos de interesse da cidade. Negativo: Falta de equipamentos na cozinha (para fazer pequeno almoço); falta de móvel na casa de banho para colocar produtos de higiene; falta de black out no quarto

Positive: What a fantastic find this place was. It was really clean and a very reasonable price. Perfect location right in the centre of the town too. The entrance and staircase are also really smart and very clean, the flat itself was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed with a little baby. Natalia was so helpful, if you have any questions she will definitely be there to help you out. If you're driving as we were, there is parking outside which I believe costs a few euros but we were quick dropping our luggage off so didn't pay so not sure what the exact parking costs are, and we left our car by the football stadium which, when we visited, was free the whole 3 days we were there.. Negative: I think I read a reviewer who said the flat was noisy. Well, we didn't find this was the case at all. We never heard a single noise from any other flat, (I tested the walls and they are very solid) and there was hardly any noise from traffic outside either. Although located in a very good central position, the roads in front and behind are both pretty quiet, and we were certainly never disturbed or woken up.

Positive: The space is really neat and comfy, clean and well decorated. The apartment is spacious and equipped with pretty much everything you need. Negative: The apartment is a restoration of an old building where thermal insulation was not really a concern. As a result the space is very cold. The air conditioner is quite powerfull and solves the problem but is not really an ideal solution

Positive: Location Modern room. Negative: The heating was off....when we asked about it they should turn on but they didn't....so it was very cold. Also the shower was very quick cold and the second person had to take a cold shower.

Muy buen servicio, definitivamente volvería a quedarme.
