The staff are so friendly! Very helpful! Especially there is a staff called Sofie had very good recommendations for the local seafood restaurant! Love the whole atmosphere! Even the guest are all friendly!!

Nous revenons de 4 nuits passées à l'hôtel Armazém, tout y était parfait, l'accueil, la chambre, le lieu et la décoration avec ce mélange de bois, métal et béton, aucune fausse note. Un buffet de petit déjeuner varié et exellent. Le calme de ce petit hôtel familial et la gentillesse de toute l'équipe. Merci.

Location is great for this unique and charming hotel. Based on past reviews, I agree that this hotel is located in a centralized location where you are close to all the restaurants, shopping, port wine cellars (across the river) and walking distances to many landmarks.The staff at Armazem were excellent. Very helpful and supportive. They helped arrange several requests during our stay (car rental, walking tours, laundry service, taxi arrangements) without hesitation as well as make some great recommendations on what to visit. The whole staff was great, especially Sofia, who made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Excellent place essentially across the street from Misericordia Church, easy walk to most of the standard tourist sites. Great entertainment on the square every afternoon and evening, but silence inside. Immaculate rooms, interesting design, terrific staff. Wed return in a heartbeat.

The Armizem provided us with an excellent stay. Sophia and the entire staff were extremely helpful and friendly, including helping us plan an itinerary and make restaurant/activity reservations for our limited time in beautiful Porto. The location couldn’t have been better, in the middle of town within walking distance of everywhere you’d want to visit. The breakfast was delicious, carefully curated, and beautifully presented. I definitely need to return to Porto again soon and will be staying here again!

Apesar da designação , efetivamente o luxo está na decoração, atendimento péssimo para o local em questão. . Pessoas extremamente novas sem grande experiência para um local daqueles que me parece vir de uma má gestão... Mas o espaço é maravilhoso e os quartos lindos , não sendo acessível a grande parte dos portugueses... Espaço indicado para estrangeiros.

Every little detail at Armazem, from the architecture, to the scents, to the decor, to breakfast was perfection. I literally cant speak more highly of a hotel. The owner and her daughter were the sweetest and so helpful with info, reservations etc. PLUS the location is ideal for walking around and having everything at your fingertips. Do yourself a favor and stay here if in Porto. Youll thank me later : )

This hotel is located in a perfect location in Porto. You walk out into a pedestrian plaza full of stores and cafes and just a 5 minute walk to the river and main tourist attractions. What makes this hotel really stand out is their attention to detail and great customer service. They are at the level of any 5 star luxury hotel in this regard. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The building is soundproof, with a relaxing cozy decor, so its the perfect escape after a full day of sightseeing in the very busy Porto tourist areas.

It was the first night the hotel was open. The architecture is very cool, a mixture of the old iron warehouse it used to be and the brand new super modern. The staff was super attentive. The breakfast was fantastic. Two issues: hot water wasnt hot and the computer wouldnt take credit cards at checkout. We would go back in a minute because of everything and the location.
