Positivo: Localização super central, cozinha bem equipada. Negativo: Hóspedes de longo-prazo tornam o ambiente um pouco estranho; portas fazem muitoo barulho a fechar, não me parece difícil de arranjar.

Positief: In tegenstelling tot de ervaring van ca 12 dagen geleden over het geheel slecht!. Negatief: Ondanks het juiste tijdstip ca half iur moeten wachten bij incheque terwijl er 3 personen, personeel, bij de balie waren. Maakten geen deskundige indruk, hadden het druk met elkaar. Later steeds niemand bij de receptie..

It’s a cheap stay and staff is helpful but it’s not too clean, there’s no WiFi everywhere and they don’t take cards but it doesn’t say it when you book the hostel.

Pomimo iż na stronie była możliwość płatności kartą, to nie można było nią płacić... strasznie głośno w nocy, z ulicy było bardzo głośno praktycznie do rama (noc z wtorku na sobotę w połowie maja). Dodatkowo płatne kłódki do szafek, ha akurat trafiłem na zepsuta i nie mogłem wyciągnąć swoich rzeczy.
Plusem jest przechowalnia bagażu i śniadanie (skromne, ale w lokalnej kawiarni), miła obsługa i duży living room z kuchnią. Dobra lokalizacja.

It's great hostel for this price. Very good located. Clean is just right but not very clean. During my stay breakfast was changed for outside - in the nearest bakery and it was only a coffee with bun and butter or croissant. Modestly but tasty. If you have late check-in, remember you should get the code. The staff is nice and helpful. You can leave baggage after check-out.

I’ve only checked in 3 hrs ago and wish I didn’t pay up front for two nights, showers are on 15 second intervals, so unless your showering with someone, makes it difficult to lather up and wash at the same time. Bathrooms smell like mildew/mold
My bedding is dirty, stains on the duvet, glad I have a sleeping bag. Bed rack has terrible sag in it, hope my back is ok in morning. Also furniture in common areas have stains throughout, just an overall dirty feel to the place.
I only complain because I have been on the Camino since Lisbon for the last two weeks and have been hosteling and in alberques which is the absolute bare minimum and they have been better.
Don’t let the website photos fool you. Can’t wait to see what breakfast is all about

I stay for 2days
This hostel is cheap and great!
appearance is old but inside and equipment are good!
we have bed, towel, light and chest.
bathroom and kitchen are shared.
in the kitchen, there is refrigerator, microwave, IH and oven
Bad point is weak shower and WiFi
my room was top floor so WiFi didn't come good enough.
I really enjoyed training with this hostel !!
外見が古そうだったので心配でしたが、内装は綺麗でキッチン、トイレ、水圧の弱いシャワー笑など十分でした。また朝食も少しですが用意されていて、コンロやオーブンもあるので調理も可能です。2泊しましたがとても過ごしやすいホステルでした！

Cheap calt place, the lockers in the room didn't work.
The breakfast was bellow average, bad bread and milk quality and the orange juice felt lile colored water.

Very very nice and also really close to the center, praça libertade, rua santa Catarina and just 5-10 minutes to the river and Gaia. Girls at the reception are very nice. Breakfast is really good. An excellent quality-price!!!

Positiu: L'esmorzar era molt correcte i l'ambient molt bo. Negatiu: Feia fred a les nits, els llits no són còmodes i la primera nit al arribar tard em vaig trobar una porta tancada de la qual no tenia clau, finalment vaig poder entrar al cap de 20 minuts.

The hostel position is extremely ok. The main problem is the loud noise that enter in the rooms during the night (because the isolation is inexistent). People with light sleep will find hard to sleep. The receptionist is kind. The breakfast it's neither bad or too good, just ok. There are a lot of "cooking tools" which is nice. Rooms are descretely clean (at sight). At the end I'll just say that it's worth for the money but watch out for the noise.

Le doy dos estrellas por la situación céntrica que tiene. Peros, detrás hay muchos pubs y discotecas, ruidos hasta bien tarde, de.mañana temprano más ruido al parece de recogida de basura. La habitación tiene poco espacio, un montón de camas y mi taquilla no funcionaba no te dan toallas (en Portugal!) ni opción a alquilarla. Desayuno pobre y de baja calidad. Me ha servido para replantearme el quedarme o no en hostales para próximos viajes.

Rooms aren't soundproof, they're affected by humidity, they don't take any card payments and it isn't made clear beforehand, included breakfast can't be called a full meal. Something in between "almost acceptable" and "better than nothing". I'd say "you get what you pay for", but I stayed in better places for the same amount in the very same trip and city.

Olumlu: Hostel'in ulaşım haricinde hiçbir artısı yok. Şehir merkezine ve şehrin en büyük meydanına yakın. Diğer insanlarla kaynaşabileceğiniz bir ortam sunuyor.. Olumsuz: Şehir merkezinde olması sebebiyle bar ve gece kulübünün sesleri insanı uyutmuyor ve adeta tatilinizi mahvediyor. Üstelik oda o kadar soğuktu ki uzun kollu tişört ile kolumu dışarı çıkardığımda uyuştuğunu hissediyordum. Hostel'de hasta oldum ve gezimin geri kalanını etkiledi..

Estive 2 noites e o hostel é muito bom e com ambiente muito amigável. Incluindo os funcionários foram super receptivos e divertidos. O hostel está super bem localizado, fácil chegar nos pontos turísticos. A organização dos quartos estava muito boa. Não tive problema nenhum com os colegas de quarto. Super recomendo

Lo peor son las habitaciones y los WC, las habitaciones muy pequeñas y los colchones muy incómodos, y el WC con duchas compartido con más gente nunca está limpio, está lleno de agua, pelos, etc. Lo mejor es que está muy bien ubicado y que en la sala de estar hay una guitarra. El desayuno es un poco justito para lo bien y barato que se desayuna en cualquier sitio de la ciudad.

I have a lot of experiences with hostels around the world and I fully do understand that it is hard to keep it clean. But this one was very, very dirty (hair and dirt all around the bathrooms day and night), the lockers you get for your stuff are broken (mine was and my friend's too) and it was freezing in there. You can not use a card to pay, only cash. The breakie was very poor. However, the location is fantastic if you do not mind the street noise.

There no heater and it's so so cold. On the other hand, because of bars and night clubs, there is so much noise that's why I couldn't sleep. Also there is no slippers in the bathroom. You can't use your credit card in here, they work only cash, Iwasn't know that before I go. Never choose this hostel. I regretted.

负面: 前台姐姐英语超流利，人超热情！因为没有电梯，我爸的箱子是她帮忙提上楼的。地理位置超好，就在哈利波特书店过去拐个弯，方便我一大清早去排队。. 正面: 房间太窄，布局不太合理，不过也算符合它的价格.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, nice and clean sanitary facilities, extraordinarily friendly staff and a great location! On the flipside: the breakfast was a bit too simple, almost unimaginative, and the Wi-Fi was pretty terrible, except in the lobby. Overall great experience though.

Bien voir trop bien situé si vous êtes à Porto pour faire la noce. Ayant la chambre sur la rue passant c'était comme de ne pas avoir quitté le bar 5 étages en dessous. La chambre était propore. Toilette et douche moins.

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos em Agosto/2017, o lugar era incrível, com turistas, os funcionários eram prestativos, havia pequeno almoço e foi incrível. Voltamos ao hostel em Fevereiro/2018, tudo mudou, uma tragédia, ninguém nos atendia nos telemovies, quando finalmente fomos recepcionados, não havia simpatia nenhuma, o lugar ja não tinha mais a mesma atmosfera, hospedes estranhos, visivelmente alterados, durante a madrugada eram gritos e cantorias, batiam a portas o barulho dos bares na parte de baixo nao nos deixava dormir. Ja não havia pequeno almoço, compramos nossa comida e os hospedes que la estavam nos deixavam desconfortáveis cm sua bagunça e conversa suja, casas de banho sujas, nem duche tomamos. O preço realmente é bom, a localização melhor ainda, mas o restante um horror

Positiva: La ubicación. Negativa: Hay que tener cuidado, nos tocó la habitación del sótano sin ventanas, al entrar, el olor a humedad era molesto, el apartamento bien, pero la habitación era húmeda y fría, aunque tenía aire, no podías abrir ventanas, muy zulo para mí gusto, la ubicación bien, el barrio no demasiado atractivo, por ser amable, pero en 10 minutos andando estás en el centro.

Negazione: Abbiamo aspettato dalle 9:00 fino alle 15:30 per fare il check-in, nonostante ci fossero dei numeri a cui chiamare per lasciare i bagagli, prima del check-in. Ma invano, poiché non rispondevano a nessun numero! Entrati dunque alle 15:30 in struttura per il check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’altra ora fino alle 16:30 per poter andare in stanza perché non era ancora pronta ! Brutto soggiorno. Gestione pessima per la mancanza di chiarezza di professionalità!!.

One of the WORST hostels- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We only stayed 2 nights at the hostel but wanted to leave after one hour of being there. The rooms were incredibly dirty, full of mold, and our beds were uncomfortable.
The bathrooms were moldy at every corner (look at the pictures) and we only had cold water.
The worst thing were the BEDBUCKS!! So be aware. We were even bitten and overall, had a horrible stay.
We do not recommend going there at all! Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Positive: Very close to all the sights etc but there are much better hostels in the centre. Negative: We had to wait one hour for check-in and Check-out each. There were bed bugs and mold everywhere. No warm water. Pretty loud at night..

Negative: Bedbugs and the reception was awful - even during hours that staff was supposed to be there, there was no one I could talk to about the issue. Stayed in Yes! Hostel instead and it was the best hostel I’ve ever been to!.

Positiv: Die Lage ist wirklich super. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal ist nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnküche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Zimmer wie ich oben geschrieben habe, aber ich fand es eigentlich ok für 2-3 Nächte. Draußen im Flur waren verschließbare Schränke. Bad und Toilette war sauber. Und der Preis ist auch günstig.. Negativ: Die Zimmer. Es waren einfach nur 3 Betten da und nackte Wände. Es hat ausgesehen wie während der Renovierung. Kein Tisch und Stühle. Keine Gardinen auf dem Fenster. Und es war ein bisschen kalt..

The staff was rarely there, I had to call to someone to checkout.The room had a black spot on the ceiling and the doors were hard to open!There were no essentials in the joint kitchen like salt...The guitars that appear on the pictures are without strings and the WiFi was terrible

Terrible hostel for the price. Even though €10 per night sounds cheap, there are much MUCH better hostels available for even less. The only thing this hostel has going for it is the location, otherwise the hostel is dirty with mold, ice cold in winter, cold showers, toilets without seats, slow internet, loud noise from nightclubs around the centre and the list goes on. There exist cheaper hostels without any of these complaints.

Positiva: La ubicación. Negativa: El agua de la ducha no estaba lo suficientemente caliente, y había que pulsar un botón para que saliese el agua, que duraba pocos segundos y con presión insuficiente. Los inodoros no tenían taza. La habitación tenía una gran cristalera que no se podía tapar, por lo que cuando se hace de día había mucha luz y dificulta continuar con el sueño.

Negativa: La pieza tenia solo las 2 camas y dos veladores. Estaba muy fria y no tenia muebles, etc para colgar ropa o toallas. Aparte las paredes eran muy delgadas y se escuchaba co facilidad a los vecinos :).

The location was great, but the loud music from the nearby night clubs was very dominant, the rooms were not very clean, the shower stalls and toilet area was not clean and I didn’t see anyone come in and tidy up. it was extremely cold and I asked one of the staff for a heater, she informed me that they didn’t provide heaters .I also asked for a towel and I was informed that i had to pay 2 euros for a very worn towel

Positif: Pratique et pas cher, chambre à 2 lits propre, mais un café le matin aurait ete bien, il fallait l'amener mais fallait le savoir.. Négatif: Pas de petit déjeuner comme indiqué sur internet! et les n. et nom de l'hotel ne sont pas visibles, on a mis 1/2h sous la pluie à le trouver alors qu'on était à côté (il faut rentrer dans la boutique voisine très illuminée et ensuite ouvrir une porte qui mène au 1er étage de l'hotel. C'était à la nuit tombée. Il n'était même pas illuminé, vraiment invisible..

Positief: De locatie. Hoekje om, alsmaar rechtdoor en je staat bij de metro en de binnenstad ligt daar achter.. Negatief: Geen enkele dag heb ik iemand gezien van het personeel. Geen receptionist(e), geen schoonmakers. Niemand. Ook heb ik dus zelf een handdoek moeten regelen ter plekke, wat wel gelukt is, omdat er niemand was. En van de drie dagen dat ik er was was er ook geen toiletpapier en waren de sanitaire voorzieningen niet heel proper..

Positif: L’emplacement. C’était en plein centre ville très appréciable pour bouger. Le personnel très sympathique et souriant. Le haul l’accueil très mignon.. Négatif: très bizarre à l’entrée de la chambre c’était glacial ! ils avaient laissé les fenêtres ouvertes et puis, j’ai demandé à la fille de l’accueil si elle avait un chauffage elle a réussi à m’en procurer un. Le problème c’est que le lendemain deux mecs sont rentré dans la chambre à 9:00 ils ont commencé à faire des travaux au calme. ils ont changés les fenêtres, y’avait de la poussière partout y compris sur mes affaires personnelles. Donc en gros les deux nous regardaient dormir. super ... le sol était rempli de poussière et honnêtement je n’ai pas du tout apprécié ca ! Aucune prise près du lit. une seule à l’autre bout sinon deux petits rechargement usb. Propreté pas dingue non plus !.

Bon hôtel pour rester quelques jours l'emplacement est super à 5 min du centre ville, à côté de tout, surtout restaurants et cafés/boîtes de nuit pour sortir le soir c'est pratique cependant pour dormir avec le bruit c'est moins cool... Dommage également que dans la salle de bain la porte ne se fermait pas et il y a avait seulement des rideaux pour les douches c'était pas très agréable. Il ne faut pas non plus oublier sa carte pour aller aux toilettes car si la porte se ferme vous êtes bloqués et ne pouvez plus rentrez.

Positiv: Nur die Lage war gut.. Negativ: Wir hatten Bettwanzen, BEDBUGS, im Zimmer!! Das Zimmer war schmutzig, die Matratzen schmutzig und siffig, ohne Matratzenschutz, nur ein dünnes Leintuch. Keine Heizung im Zimmer, nachts wurde es sehr kalt. Es war laut. Im Badezimmer war es sehr schmutzig, es hatte Blutspuren in der Dusche und am Duschvorhang. Einfach nur eklig! Die Besitzerin sagte auf den Hinweis, dass sie Bedbugs im Hostel habe „oh I will fix it“. Aber ein Bettwanzen- Problem kann man nicht nebenbei beheben!! Nie wieder in dieses Hostel!.

Positive: Bellissima location nel centro storico. Negazione: Lostello è al centro storico, quindi le attività notturne sono state rumorose, nel periodo del mio soggiorno. Consiglierei di cambiare le finestre con quelli a doppio vetro, che affievoliscono i rumori esterni..

Positiv: Hilfsbereites Personal Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum. Negativ: Zunächst muss man sagen dass man bei dem Preis nicht viel erwarten kann. Schmutzigste und ungepflegteste Unterkunft meines Lebens, kaum gereinigt, Haare auf dem Laken, Badezimmer schimmelig und defekte Armaturen, Hautausschlag durch Ungeziefer vorprogrammiert. - Nachtruhe bis in die Morgenstunden auch unter der Woche unmöglich, weil die Fenster uralt sind und in direkter Nähe eine Hauptstraße und eine Partymeile verläuft. Außerdem nutzen Einheimische die Gruppenzimmer (auch zu mehreren in einem Bett) gerne als Nachtquartier nach einer Partynacht - Personal nur tagsüber verfügbar.

Положительный: Расположение центральнее некуда. До главной какой-то там колокольни которую видно из всех точек города всего минута ходьбы. Рядом метро, автобусные и трамвайные остановки. Но! центральное расположение влечет толпы туристов всю ночь шляющихся под окнами и распевающих песни. Если со сном нет проблем и вы не просыпаетесь от каждого шороха, то вариан для переночевать прямо в центре города очень хорош, рекомендую..

Habe per Email mit den Mitarbeitern geschrieben und mir ein Bett für eine Nacht reserviert. Ich habe häufig nach der Bezahlung und dem Check In gefragt, worauf nur kam, dass ich die Information für den Late Check In am gleichen Tag der Reservierung erhalten sollte. An dem Tag kamen jedoch keine Informationen und auf meine Emails keine Antwort mehr, sodass ich mir mitten in der Nacht des Ankunftes noch einen anderen Schlafplatz organisieren musste. Es kam auch nie wieder eine Antwort. Sehr unprofessionell und frech!!!!! Geht gar nicht!!!

Bathroom is disgusting and dirty, no cleaning service seen.
Rooms are really old fashioned, beds are uncomfortably, mattresses are a disaster!!!
They don't rent bikes as they show on their homepage.
It's such a shame, just avoid it !!

Zero actually! Great location, so why exploit tourist? Wifi not working, yet they give you the password knowing that you cannot connect. Dirty everywhere. Nail clippings on floor next to bed. Disgusting bathrooms with shower trays used as dustbins. Needs a serious springclean!! Never again!!

Это ужасно! Меня в этом хостеле покусали клопы! Все путешествие было испорчено! Я две недели лечилась! Уколами, мазями, таблетками! Я в шоке! У меня 230 укуса! В 4 часа ночи я проснулась от того что ужасно чешутся руки! Пошла в душ, там даже мыла руки помыть не было! Фен сгорел ещё пару лет назад, там как артефакт стоит! Никому не посоветую! обходите стороной!

Positief: Het hostel ligt erg centraal, dat kan een voordeel zijn:) Schoon beddengoed. Bakje bij het bed (hoofdeinde) om spulletjes in te leggen zoals telefoon, en een stopcontact ernaast. Dat was beide wel handig.. Negatief: Er was de hele nacht erg veel lawaai buiten. Uitgaansgebied. Als je wil slapen niet zo fijn... Verder was alles van binnen nogal oud en een beetje pauper. Totaal niet wat ik had verwacht toen ik de website bekeek, om eerlijk te zijn (!). Geen deur naar de douches (wel gordijnen) bij de vrouwenkamer. En (mannelijk) personeel liep daar zo langs. Verder slechte nacht door kamergenoten die vrij luidruchtig waren en het licht nog aandeden etc. Niet echt rekening houden met elkaar. Maar goed, dat verschilt natuurlijk per nacht en per kamer:).

Kladný: Příjemný personál, snídaně v ceně, snadno dostupná lokalita jak z letiště tak do centra, vedle hostelu minimarket, pekařství a mnoho restaurací, kde se dalo najíst za dobrou cenu. Záporný: Na toaletach nebylo prkynko a jedna toaleta ucpaná, noční klub, který je z druhé ulice nás rušil při spani.

Et veldig bra hostel, fint plassert i Porto. Blant annet nært lello bookstore, og like under hostellet er det et lite minimarked. Hostellet har mange gode fasiliteter og en stor spisesal/stue med diverse spill og gitarer. Alle rommene er utstyrt med kort til dørene og skap med lås, som gir trygghet. Frokost er inkludert til en billig penge. God service. Er alt i alt veldig fornøyd.

They don't care about your privacy and safety. We reported that we'll arrive late, but noone was at the reception. When called - they turned off their phone. We had to look for another hostel in the middle of the night. What is more - lockers in the rooms can be opened without key (!). And they don't lock the screen at the reception when they go somewhere, but they're scanning your ID during check in. If you want to be left on your own in the middle of the night, get your personal stuff stolen from the locker or just be a part of another personal data leak - choose this hostel!

Imposible dormir con tanto ruido. La puerta que daba al balcón no aislaba ni el frio ni el ruido. Justo abajo hay muchísimas discotecas/pubs por lo que no conseguimos dormir nada. Ademas de eso, el desayuno pésimo (muy poca variedad y calidad muy baja). Ojo que no aceptan pagos con tarjeta, solo en efectivo!! No volvería a quedarme ahí.

꼭대기층 2인실에 묵었는데 밤에 조오오오오올라 추웠다. 엄청 껴입고 담요 2개 더 덮고 잤는데도 추웠음. 아예 난방시설 자체가 없고, 춥다고 하니 히터 없다고 그냥 담요준다^.^....리셉션 친절하고 취사가 되는건 좋았음. 단 겨울엔..피하세오....

The hostel is very well located in one of the main squares, in the heart of the city, close to many good restaurants and night life. The property decoration is interesting and cozy. The people who runs the hostel were very nice and helpful, answering all kinds of questions from hostel related stuff to how to go around the city.
The downside is that Porto Downtown is located in an old building, where the window frames are old and the construction is not the best to keep the temperature constant. I also found the heating system a bit weak for winter. If you like it a bit warmer, be warned =)

Dobre tanie miejsce, rewelacyjna lokalizacja (!) śniadanie w cenie, w nocy głośna okolica zwłaszcza w sobotni wieczór. Obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna. Pościel łóżka czyste, łazienki spoko. Stary budynek i czuć w nim lata przez co ma swój klimat. Zakaz palenia, ale niestety widoczne znaki że goście nie respektuja zakazu palenia i pala na balkonie i może pety posprzątać pora.. . Niestety dosyć chłodna woda w łazience i zimno w budynku. W pokoju brak wieszaka na ubrania. Pokój dosyć surowy. Recepcja jest pomocna. Nie ma całodobowej recepcji i za late check in dodatkowa opłata. Na krótki pobyt dla niewymagających polecam jak najbardziej bo lokalizacja dla nocnych wypadów super. W pobliżu mnóstwo barów.

Esta é a segunda vez que fico neste hostel. Inclusive, escolhi ficar aqui pela excelente experiência que tive da primeira vez. Entretanto, algumas coisas mudaram de 2016 para 2017, e infelizmente não foram para melhor.
A primeira coisa negativa é o temporizador no chuveiro. Sob o ponto de vista empresarial, compreendo a necessidade de temporizador, pois muitas pessoas gastam muita água. Sob o ponto de vista ambiental entendo também, e até concordo -- precisamos mesmo economizar água. Mas o temporizador fica ligado por apenas 10 segundos, o que significa dizer que mesmo em um banho super curto, de 3 min, você precisará apertar o botão pelo menos 18 vezes. Irritante e desnecessário. O temporizador poderia ter um prazo maior, de 30 segundos ou até mesmo 1 min, que o incômodo se resolveria tranquilamente.
A segunda coisa negativa diz respeito ao café da manhã. Não à qualidade dos produtos, está tudo ok. O café é simples, mas suficiente. O problema na verdade é outro: o seu horário. A cozinha abre às 8h30 -- isso quando não há atrasos -- nos 3 dias em que fiquei aqui agora em 2017 a cozinha abriu sempre depois das 8h35, tendo um dia que abriu às 8h46. Mas 8h30 é muito tarde, especialmente para aqueles que querem aproveitar o dia ao máximo. No quarto em que fiquei, por exemplo, praticamente todos acordavam entre 7h e 7h30 e ficavam lá parados esperando pelo café da manhã. Acredito que se o café começasse às 7h30 o meu dia teria sido muito mais bem aproveitado.
Um último ponto: o hostel não aceita cartões de nenhum tipo. Entendo que há custos, mas na época em que vivemos não aceitar cartões é um verdadeiro atraso.
Em suma: boas acomodações, excelente localização, qualidade do café da manhã ok, staff amigável. Mas não merece 5 estrelas pelos dois principais pontos apresentados acima.

Foi uma experiência muito desagradável. Fiz reserva para um grupo de 11 pessoas. O quarto de 6 teria casa de banho privativa mas, ao chegar lá a casa de banho estava em obras. Ao pedir uma justificação foram muito desagradáveis. O quarto estava muito sujo e degradado, as camas desconfortáveis e de noite havia pessoas a dormir nos corredores. Não recomendo.

Ótima localização e bom atendimento. Os quartos são apertados, mas bem organizados. O banheiro coletivo atende a necessidade, porém poderia ser melhor, seja na iluminação, ou na estrutura (portas, chuveiro, etc.). O café da manhã é bem simples e a equipe que trabalha no hostel é muito pequena, tendo que se revezar entre a recepção e demais atividades.
