Una exposición sorpresiva. Vale la pena visitarla. La entrada es gratis y también existe la posibilidad de donar algo de dinero para la manutención del viejo edificio donde se hospeda la galería. Vale la pena tener algo de generosidad mientras se apoya la causa.

Great place to browse some fantastic art, and buy too! A lounge area to rest have a drink and listen to music, about to have live sessions too. Will be going back.

Beware of the health risk when entering the main gallery - enormous amounts of black mold on all the walls, floor to ceiling! You can smell the mold as you walk in. Very dangerous.

Espaço bem inserido na adega cooperativa de lagoa. Está é mal sinalizado. Deveria ter mais visibilidade no exterior.

Sehr sehenswerte Kunstgalerie in Lagoa. Alle Ausstellungsstücke können erworben und dann per Post nach Hause geordert werden. Tolle Location in einer alten Halle der Cooperativa Lagoa. Der Eintritt ist kostenlos, wer möchte, kann allerdings eine Spende abgeben. Unbedingt hingehen!

Excelente. A começar pela atmosfera criada pela união da arte com a "arte" do vinho não poderia ter sido melhor. Recomendo a todos que passarem por Lagoa, separar uma hora para visitar o espaço. Vale a pena.

Espaço de grande dimensão com obras muito boas

Situated in a great location, inside cool building of wine cellar and factory. Right at the entrance of gallery is bar, further down art. As you walk you can linger in the first room, - it has white painted walls showcasing art pieces. Further down is a huge warehouse type exposition space. The Art is highlighted and surrounded by industrial walls. It is not only good place to buy Art but also interesting to see the exposition and building 'getting along' and marvel at both. Clearly the addition of bar in the building makes all experience ever more chill. Among others, might be a place for art lovers, curious people who like to discover, for all creatives and urban industry environment souls.

ARTE ALGARVE started as an international art fair in the Expo Loulé (2009) and in the Centro de Congressos do Arade in Lagoa-Ferragudo (2010). As a consequence of the success of both fairs, the idea was born to continue presenting art not only at an event lasting four days, but all year round – in a huge art gallery with a unique variety of contemporary art: paintings, photographs, sculptures and installations. Initiator Rolf Osang was driven by the deep conviction that the Algarve is not only Europe’s sunniest place but also the most cosmopolitan region of Europe – and a great market place for art. Here, many international artists are working but not competing, and here, a great number of art lovers own beautiful apartments or villas. They are looking for art of high quality and an amazing variety. The new gallery should serve as a bridge connecting both sides, artists and art lovers.
