I'm going to speak only about the haircut as is the service I received. I can't deny the staff is nice and the place is good looking but at the end you leave with a bad haircut and I guess even the barber noticed as he let it goes at the end that he didn't have much experience doing the kind of thing I asked, but at the end of the haircut, which if I would knew beforehand but probably habe gone for something simpler, just found it very unprofessional. Maybe they're not used to different kind of hairs, maybe it was bad luck but in general terms even though it was reasonable priced I find myself dissapointed.

I’m an English-speaking (not Portuguese speaking) tourist, and went to a few (at least 3) barbershops in Portugal, all of whom said they are by appointment only... this place was able to see me as a walk-in, and the barber was friendly, asked questions to make sure we mutually understood the haircut I wanted, and confirmed throughout that it was good. When I asked for slightly shorter, or something different, he obliged without any problems. I do recommend this barbershop!
