Parfait accueil chaleureux,petit dej copieux à revenir

Mały hotelik w starym stylu.Bardzo czysto ,ręczniki zmieniane codziennie. Śniadania bez urozmaiceń ,ale smaczne i pod dostatkiem . Właściciele mili i uprzejmi,gotowi na wszelkie wyjaśnienia.Nawet specjalnie mieliśmy masło bez soli :) Do centrum 20 min. pieszo,ale zaraz obok hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy linia 600. Jeśli ktoś jest samochodem to po drugiej stronie ulicy jest parking płatny w hotelu 5 euro na dzień. Polecam bardzo.

Bien ubicada cerca del centro o el metro. Tambien para llegar o irse con el auto. Limpia y espaciosa. Son uno o dos pisos por escalera.

Très bien située, arrêt de bus à deux pas de l'entrée, plusieurs points de restauration et commerces à proximité. Accueil d'excellence de la part de toute l'équipe, avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue et plusieurs conseils pour rendre le séjour à Porto inoubliable. Bon petit-déjeuner, parfois accompagné du bel canto de Monsieur Agostinho. Chambre et salle de bain bien équipés et soignés, avec une hygiène irréprochable. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück.Frische Brötchen, Käse, Schinken, Marmelade, Joghurt, Obst, Kuchen. Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und sauber. freies WLAN und ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, gegen geringe Gebühr buchbar.

Le gérant est plus que sympathique. Donne des informations sur la ville et ce quil y a à visiter. Conseil un resto à proximité magnifique. La nuit, vous avez un parking à 5 euros juste en face. En parler au gérant. Nous à fait un petit concert au moment du petit déjeuner. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel qui a vraiment son charme. J'étais au premier étage avec un accès au jardin. Je reviendrais à coup sûr.

Ein nettes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Porto. Bei unserer Ankunft am Abend wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Besitzer empfangen. Er hat uns auch direkt eine Karte mit Vorschlägen gegeben, was wir während unseres Aufenthaltes machen sollten. Die Zimmer sind Geschmackssache. Die Einrichtung war recht alt und teils ziemlich abgenutzt. Wer jedoch den altmodischen Charme mag, wird Freude haben. Das Bett war nicht sonderlich bequem, es liess sich jedoch darauf schlafen. Das Badezimmer war mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Eine Klimaanlage war ebenfalls vorhanden und hat gut funktioniert. Die Nächte waren leider manchmal eine Qual, da das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Strasse liegt und die Fenster nur schlecht isoliert sind. Kurz gesagt: es war ständig laut. Nach dem Schlaf wartete dafür stets ein angenehmes Frühstück auf einen. Frisches Brot mit einer Auswahl an Beilagen, Kaffee und Tee sowie auch Früchte standen bereit. Dies alles in einer speziellen Atmosphäre mit alter Portugiesischer Musik. Das Hotel selbst ist an sich relativ gut gelegen. Nebenan hat es eine Bushaltestelle von welcher aus man schnell nach Trinidade (dem Hauptknotenpunkt der Metro) kommt. Aber auch die gelbe Linie ist zu Fuss nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Würde zwar nicht sofort wieder dieses Hotel wählen, aber insgesamt waren wir zufrieden - Besonders vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Very nice accommodation for a trip to Porto. Conveniently located with walking distance to old historical Porto. If that longer walk is too long, you have one easy bus just straight to all attractions. The owner of B&B is very friendly and provides very detailed guidelines what you should see. The rooms are very clean and good breakfast is provided.

Adorei a nossa hospedagem no Lis. O senhor Augustinho é muito gentil com os hóspedes, é atencioso e acolhedor. Recomendo a residência as pessoas que visitarem a cidade do Porto.

La residencia LIS B&B and parking ha sido una experiencia increíble. La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda, con todo tipo de accesorios. El desayuno estaba genial y el personal ha estado siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Muy amables. 100% recomendado. Volveremos.

Petit Hotel très proche du centre ville, ce qui est un avantage intéressant, nous n'avons jamais eu besoin des transport en commun. Mais si vous en avez besoin plusieurs lignes de bus passent devant. Le patron (qui parle français) et le personnel sont très sympathiques, accueillants et vous aident au mieux pour vous décrire les endroits à visiter mais aussi les restaurants à prix intéressants et à la nourriture de qualité. Je le conseille vivement, n'hésitez pas une seconde. Bon il date un peu, mais beaucoup de chambre sont rénovées et surtout, elles sont propres, les draps, serviettes... sont immaculés. Si un jour je retourne à Porto, ce qui est probable d'ailleurs, je sais ou aller dormir. En outre le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon avec même du gâteau maison.

Nice place to stay. Renovated rooms. Don't get fooled by the reception which is a bit dodgy. Everything else is perfect! They have a tiny garden, hot water and clean rooms and a decent breakfast. 15 min walk from the main city attractions. We chose walking instead of the bus, which took just as long :)

Sehr netter Empfang von Besitzer. Es wird sofort ein Stadtplan gezeigt mit Wegbeschreibung und den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren 1A und das Frühstück war auch Top, Brötchen, Kuchen, Obst, Müsli, Kaffee usw.. Das Auto kann kostenlos in der gegenüberliegenden Garage untergebracht werden.

Pulito, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, silenzioso nonostante sia vicino a strade trafficate. La linea di bus 600 che porta in centro (Aliados) si ferma a pochi metri dall'hotel.

Hotel antiguo relativamente cerca del centro. Dispine de parking por 5€ mas y las instalaciones estan algo anticuadas, aunque la amabilidad del personal y el estupendo desayuno compensan sus carencias

Se cercate ambiente moderno o ricercato lasciate perdere. Le camere e la struttura sono datate. Se cercate invece un soggiorno a Porto a prezzo molto contenuto che tuttavia non sacrifichi la pulizia e dove vi accolgano con cortesia, allora valutate di andare al Residecia Lis. Il cortese proprietario, che parla anche italiano, vi illustrerà i luoghi da visitare nella bella città e vi offrirà un bicchiere del famoso vino locale. Altro merito, almeno per la camera che in cui abbiamo soggiornato, l'assoluta quiete notturna.

Bella casa adibita a guesthouse. Pulita e accogliente. Con 20 minuti di camminara si arriva in centro oppure di fronte alla casa si trova la fermata del bus. Gentili i proprietari, ottima soluzione per visitare Oporto

Muito confortável, limpo e ótimo atendimento. Um pouquinho distante do centro, mas tem ônibus na porta e um taxi não sai caro (custo-benefício compensa).
