Found this place via google. Actually it was our 2nd option since our 1st option restaurant was fully booked. No regret, our best ever restaurant in Porto! Highly recommended!
Staff are friendly, they gave good food & wine / port wine recommended!
I don't recall all the names of dishes that we had but here are the brief info. We had:
main: cod fish, grandmother's steak something
Starter: Portuguese cheese balls, octopus salad
Dessert: caramelized egg pudding with limoncelo

Nice restaurant ambience, we were seated on the 2nd floor. There's one hugeee chandelier at the waiting area.
Would definitely come back if we're in Porto!

Ambiance feutrée, décoration soignée, le patron vous attends sur le pas de la porte et vous accompagne vers votre table. L'originalité du restaurant tient dans sa carte de plats régionaux. Pour Porto, la spécialité c'est la tripe, la tripas à moda do Porto: sorte de ragoût avec tripes, haricots, saucisses, légumes. Délicieux.
Attention les plats sont copieux: morue + tripes au dîner et c'est le sommeil qui est un peu perturbé.

éLeBê Entreparedes es uno más de los restaurantes del grupo éLeBê, este local en concreto destaca por su interesante decoración en estilo barroco con elementos asiáticos. El menú consta de platos muy interesantes entre los que destacan el Bistec de la Tía Agustina (solomillo a la brasa sobre aceite confitado de ajo y yema de huevo acompañado con patatas fritas). Aunque parezca un plato sencillo, su sabor demuestra el pensamiento creativo del chef.

Alguns pratos são excelentes, outros são bons. Acho até que que alguns são bons porque outros são magníficos, então ficam ofuscados. Os valores são um pouco elevados para alguns pratos, outros vale a pena pagar. Equipa muito simpática e atenciosa. Recomendo vivamente a visita

Very very tasty. No idea where the bad reviews come from. Cheese plate was excellent. Cod and shrimp risotto, and baby octopus mains were also excellent. Reasonably priced and personable service. Highly recommend.

If I was a judge of Michelin Guide, éLeBê (this restaurant) would be chosen as THREE STAR place(Exceptional cuisine, worthy of a special journey). Everything was perfect. HIGH QUALITY of cuisines, PROFESSTIONAL Waiters, and REASONABLE price. I visited this place twice in three days.You should not miss the opportunity to visit this restaurant. I expect Gordon Ramsey will give a big smile if he visits here.
경이로운 곳입니다. 어느 분께서 이곳 미쳤다는 리뷰를 쓰셨을때 비웃었지만, 미쳤다는 표현 그 이상의 형용할 수 있는 단어는 경이롭다는 말 뿐인 것 같습니다. 여러나라 여행했지만 음식의 맛과 질, 가격, 서비스 그 어느 것도 부족하지 않은 완.벽.한 레스토랑입니다. 호텔 수준의 고퀄리티 음식에 4개국어(포르투갈어, 스페인어, 영어, 불어)하시는 웨이터 아저씨와 다른 친절한 웨이터분들까지. 계속 먹는거 체크하시고, 음식에 적합한 맛있는 와인을 추천해주십니다. 정말 프로 인 분들이라는 생각이 들 정도입니다. 포르투에 오셨는데 이곳에 오시지 않았다면 그건 포르투의 절반만 알게 된 것입니다. (구글맵엔 현금결제만 가능하다고 되어있는데 카드결제도 가능해요!)

Fuimos por las recomendaciones del tripadvisor y la verdad es que no defraudó. Muy buen ambiente y servicio. El restaurante es muy chulo. La comida muy rica. Pedimos un menú ejecutivo y nos sorprendió la relación calidd-cantidad precio. Muy recomendable.

Repas exceptionnel, la cuisson des plats est parfaite (je n'avais jamais mangé un poulpe aussi bien préparé). Les serveurs sont très professionnels et attentifs, ils nous ont conseillés à merveille. Le cadre de ce restaurant est magnifique, parfait pour un dîner en amoureux.
C'est vraiment un restaurant à essayer, vous ne serez pas déçus !

O restaurante é bastante acolhedor, o staff simpático e prestável e a comida é excelente As entradas são espetaculares desde o pão de alho, à alheira, ao queijo fundido hmm os pratos principais tem um vinco da gastronomia portuguesa com uma apresentação cuidada e particular, é uma otima escolha sem dúvida sem falar do sortido de sobremesas que é fabuloso.

Good food and service. But be aware this is completely a tourist trap restaurant and is super over priced. If you want to go where the Portuguese eat, this is not the place. As much as the food is good it is double the price of equivalent restaurant and an inauthentic place set up to for tourists.

Excel·lència seria el resum. Un d'aquells llocs on has de preparar la cartera però ho pagues encantat. El servei és molt professional, et fan sentir especial, la carta està dividida en 5 parts amb plats que representen 5 regions de Portugal. Cuina de vanguardia basada en plats tradicionals que et fan gaudir. Hi ha una zona "chill-out" per fer la sobretaula. Recomano reservar taula i demanar taula al pis superior.

My wife and I went for dinner in our escape weekend in February. Classy, quite, romantic, intimate place for a romantic dinner or a dinner "for us" as we said.
There are plenty of choices and good wines. Reasonable prices.
Treatment, amability and disposition of waiters as superb and the manager was very attentive. There is a small waiting space that is nice while they prepare your table. We sat 3 doors from the main entrance and it was quiet and good.
Very good option for a quiter, couple like, not touristy dinner.

포르투갈에 와서 먹은 음식 중에서 가장 만족도가 높았습니다. 예약을 하지 않고 갔으나 빠르게 자리를 잡아 주셨고 매우 친절히 응대해주었습니다. 음식은 여태 먹은 것중에서 가장 간도 잘 맞았습니다. 매번 너무 짜거나 싱겁거나 중간이 없었는데 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 중간중간 입맛에 맞는지 수차례 신경써주는 부분도 좋았습니다. 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다.

Srs donos do espaço... Ide dar banho ao cágado... Ides acabar por "matar" a galinha dos ovos d'ouro.. Tratem assim os "tones" qu'ides longe...

Jantar de aniversário. Grupo mal instalado, espaço exíguo e disposição de mesas inadequado.
Entradas que não chamaram a atenção dos presentes sem nota de relevo. Servir entradas numa caixa com tampa de vidro como vitrina de folhas de azevinho seco, parece coisa já datada e incompreensívelmente serviram ainda para apresentar sobremesas incapazes de atrair alguém.
O prato principal não entusiasmou e passou no anonimato. O preço, pecou por excessivo.
Só ficou a delicadeza e simpatia do pessoal como nota de relevo.
Provavelmente não repetirei o local.

If you think this is a tourist trap you had it good in your (travel) life! Read the low rating reviews and went in with a grain of salt... disappeared with the first bite... excellent food and decent service... as a southerner having travelled quite a bit I dare to say this was one of the best meals we had... absolutely recommended!

Cadre exceptionnel . Plat traditionnel de plusieurs régions du Portugal .
Maître d'hôtel très professionnel . Serveuse incroyable avec des conseils fabuleux à suivre ( le vin pour notre part ) . Les plat sont goûtues, travaillé et jolies . Pour ma part jai essayer le nouveau plat au canard qui est un régal pour les papilles. Ma copine elle a prit le risotto a la morue . Qui est super bon .
En dessert un pain perdu qui nous perd dans les nuages . Restaurant recommendé sans hésiter et les yeux fermés

Nice place, really relaxing atmosphere, good service, nice menu.
4 stars and not five because for the price paid (not cheap) I would expect more precision in the service and much more in the cooking process.
Seafood are sometimes overcooked, becoming too stiff, and rice too, becoming too soft.
I would reccomend to elevate the cooking level at the appearance standard. Maybe reduce the menu, but do it better.

food was very tasty and well made. However, service was terrible. We were sat at a table behind trees, we sat down for over 15mins before we were given a menu. Orders were taken from other tables who had arrived after us despite us signalling we were ready to order multiple times. After our food was served they only came around to ask if everything was ok after we finished eating. And finally, it was telling that the waiter asked other tables for tips but when we got our bill she didn't even mention it.

Fui a um jantar de grupo e não foi uma boa experiência. Serviço demorado com os pratos com boa apresentação mas qualidade fraca. O mobiliário, principalmente as cadeiras não são adequadas para o sítio pois quando alguém precisa de sair da mesa, tem que pedir licença aos vizinhos para conseguir sair. Não fiquei cliente.

Great service amazing food a classy restaurant. But other comments are wrong about prices, the average starter is 5 euro and the avrg main course 16 euro. Still for such good food it can be considered not expensive.

Classy atmosphere, great for a date, attentive waiters. The food was good too, lots of local Portuguese specialties done up fancy. Portions aren’t huge but neither are prices imho. There was a slightly long wait for the second dish, but otherwise the wait times were fine. And again, the waiters were lovely throughout!
Oh yeah, almost forgot, very importantly to me, they were very accommodating of my vegan requirements, adjusting dishes as needed (and the vegan versions were still very tasty!).

Sehr schönes Restaurant über 2 Etagen. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr netter Service, der viele Sprachen bedienen kann.
Tolle Beratung im Hinblick aufs Essen und begleitende Weine. Die Karte ist nach Portugals Regionen aufgeteilt, Fisch und Fleisch neu interpretiert. Eine echte Gaumenfreude und eine absolute Empfehlung für Porto. Preislich gehoben, aber angemessen! Gerne wieder.

Impresionante, tanto el sitio como la comida.
El restaurante es precioso y el ambiente íntimo y agradable, igual que el personal.
Los entrantes muy muy buenos y los principales deliciosos, ya sea la carne o el pescado.
Sin duda, si volvemos a Oporto, repetiremos la experiencia.

The place looks nice but the food is nothing special. In some dishes, the flavours combined make no sense at all. I feel there is an overall unjustified"pretentiousness". The staff tries to act as if they are in a high class restaurant but they're not up to those expectations. Cannot even explain properly where the ingredients are sourced, the fake smiles and the annoyed body language is hard to miss.
The table setting is also not up to the kind of restaurant they want to portray.
The price is high for what you get, it's basically a tourist trap (didn't see any locals in there), and the service is immensely slow.

다른 지점가려다가 여기로 갔는데 셰프님이 너무 친절하셨어요. 메뉴 고르기 힘들어서 부탁드렸더니 친절히 설명 다해주심. 여기는 코스가 전문이라 스타터 메인 비교하면서 설명해주셨는데 스타터 맷돼지 고기 샐러든가 뭐시기 맛있었고 문어 샐러드는 샐러리 극혐하시면 비추. 메인은 cod fish 스테이크 추천해줬는데 간고등어보다 짠 느낌이에요. 완전 존맛인 감자 아니었음 먹기 좀 힘들었음. boar였나 고기는 뭔가 스페인에서도 먹었던 것같음 고기찜맛인데 백김치나 동치미 국물 땡길정도니까 야채 없이 고기찜이랑 감자만 먹어야 한다는 걸 기억하세요. 디저트는 디저트순이인 친구조차 초코무스 달다고 했고(맛이 없는 건 아님..달다구요..) 덜달까싶어 시킨 에그푸딩앤레몬시큐르?는 푸딩먹고 레몬술마시는 건데 술이 보드카 수준임.... 근데 맛이 없는 건 아니에요.... 총체적으로는 스타터는 고기샐러드, 뽈뽀를 메인으로 시키는 걸 추천합니다. 옆테이블 보니 비주얼최고였음. 여튼 전문적이고 엘레강트에요...와인 추천도 잘 해주십니다. 가격은 고급진거 치고 나쁘지않은 합리적인 가격이에요. 포르투갈어로 소유자 제공 정보 시작부분에 엘레강트 모던 못본 저자신을 원망하며.,

Porto ziyaretinde kaçırmamalı. Harika bir ortam ve çok lezzetli yemekler. 4 bölgeden oluşan starter ve ana yemek menüsü var. Eklektik bir menü: misal madeira bölgesinden çok güzel bir domates çorbası ile başlayıp başka bir bölgeden biftek ile devam ettim. Lezzetler harika. Kuver olarak gelen tereyağlı sarımsaklı ekmek ve zeytin lezzetli. Zeytinyağı da güzel. Harika bir yeşil salata yedik. Bebek ahtapot da çok iyiydi. Çocuk menüsü de gayet doyurucu. Bütün bunlara 2 kadeh beyaz şarap ve büyük su eklemesiyle 77 euro hesap geldi. Biftek ve ahtapot 19 euro. Unutmayın: atmosfer harika ve tabaklar da harika şef sunumlu olarak geliyor.

Tout est parfait, de la gentillesse du personnel au choix de la carte, il n y a rien à redire.
Certes les tarifs sont un.peu plus élevés que dans un autre restaurant portugais mais pour un gastro les prix sont plus de raisonnables . Entree plat dessert 30 euros ( sans vin)
Et en plus, ils parlent français.
Ne changer rien c'est parfait!!!

Ein Restaurant hinsichtlich der Atmosphäre, des Services, der Speisenqualität und des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses der Sonderklasse.
Wir saßen im ersten Stock bei gedämpftem Licht und in einer sehr stimmigen Atmosphäre , die Tische sind so weit von einander , dass man nichts von den Nachbar-Tischen mitbekommmt. Sehr liebenswürdiger und aufmerksamer Service.
Die Karte bietet gegliedert nach den portugiesischen Provinzen jeweils Starter und Hauptgerichte an, dazu Spezialitäten des Hauses.
Wir hatten geschmolzene Käsesorten in Brot sowie einen Salat als Vorspeise. Die folgenden vegetarische Lasagne und der gegrillte Octopus sehr lecker, ebenso die Nachspeisen.
Fachkundige Beratung beim Wein. Das alles zu günstigen Preisen, insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

It is a very cosy space but nicely decorated.
The food is inspired by the best dishes from different parts of Portugal, traditional tastes with a modern execution and good presentation.
All ingredients seem of superior quality and definitely every dish had great flavours.
Deserts were on par with the main dishes, although quite expensive for what was expected.
Also surprising was how nice the personnel was. Very attentive and helpful. They do speak several languages which is a nice touch.
Will be returning and do recommend to anyone.

Dos melhores restaurantes que tive o prazer de estar .
Desde a forma como somos acolhidos ,passando por um serviço de sala de 5 estrelas ,O conforto e a decoração do restaurante até à comida regional muito bem confeccionada e apresentada, denotando rasgos de um grande Chefe a comandar a cozinha . Tudo excelente e excepcional!!
Recomendo vivamente a todos aqueles que gostam de passar um bom momento à mesa, com boa comida e bebida ,num ambiente calmo ,relaxante é muito bem conseguido .

I’m still (2 hours after) amazed at our experience having dinner at this spot. The service was incredible, we felt like home, and the quality and cooking of the food was beyond phenomenal. The place is a 10-15min walk away from the river and it’s not as busy as most restaurants there. Will return here everytime I visit Porto. Absolutely stunning :)

Très bon restaurant.
Les chefs (2 demoiselles) sont aux petits soins des clients. Elles parlent portugais, anglais, et l'une d'elle le Français en plus.
La carte est variée et classée selon des pays/villes, ou des propositions personnelles.
Les plats sont copieux et très bons, pour un pris vraiment correct.
Un verre de porto, un plat, la bouteille d'eau, un thé et l'assiette (droit de manger quoi) : un peu moins de 22 euros.
La salle n'est pas très grande, et le cadre est cosy et chaleureux.
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant, et j'y retournerai avec plaisir avant mon départ de Porto.
