Hotel con ubicación excelente. A 10 min. de los principales lugares de interés en Oporto. La atención por parte del personal de recepción excelente. Muy amables y cordiales. Sus recomendaciones respecto a lugares que visitar y donde comer/cenar fueron 100% acertadas. La habitación limpia y ordenada. Este hotel además tiene un pequeño gym donde poder hacer ejercicio así como sala de reuniones.

Superschönes, modernes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist who helped with the luggage..clean modernised hotel with a lot of original decoration and fittings...very good choice of food at breakfast time ..well positioned hotel for evenings out with a choice restaurants coffee shops etc at reasonable prices..if arriving by car essential to pre book parking in the secure hotel car park.Some refurbishment work in progress at surrounding properties and likely to last for a year +++. However the double glazing is very efficient rendering rooms very quiet...one down side is the general low level of lighting in the rooms and bathrooms..

Fiz uma reserva para dia 31 de Dezembro e 1 de Janeiro, através da TUI, a agência levantou o dinheiro mas ao chegar ao hotel não havia reserva, mas o staff fui muito útil, profissional e compreensível. E ajudou nos em tudo para resolver a situação. Excelente localização e quartos.

Hotel muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad.
Estuvimos 4 dias en el y todo perfecto, desde el personal, que te atiende y ayuda en todo lo que necesitas, te asesora sobre donde comer y cenar y hablan un perfecto español, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara, cosa que se agradece.
Las habitaciones amplias con el baño nuevo y muy cómodo. Todo el hotel esta impecable y da gusto estar allí.
La zona zona del desayuno algo pequeña pero suficiente, con gran variedad de productos y un amplio horario para disfrutar de él.
Si tuviéramos que volver o recomendarlo, sin duda este hotel seria el elegido.
La unica pega que le pongo es que no tenían disponibilidad para el check out late, nunca lo tienen disponible los hoteles EXE, cosa que en otros hoteles no hemos tenido nunca problema. Al menos nos guardaron las maletas.
Destaco por encima de todo, las habitaciones y el personal de recepción, sobretodo el chico que no hizo el check in y la chica morena, de 10.

Esperienza positiva, hotel in posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. La colazione davvero ottima. Sconsiglio di richiedere il servizio taxi per l'aeroporto €30,00 secondo me è caro e non era nemmeno un taxi, in questo caso è meglio prenotarselo per conto proprio se non c'è altra disponibilità di mezzi.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We got a huge room on the 4th floor with a small window which makes the room a bit dark. Actually I found the hotel missing light. Even the breakfast room lacks sun light.
It would also be awesome if they fixed their front door so it closes.
Breakfast is ok and offer nice pastries.
Location is awesome, near many good restaurants.

Las almohadas son muy malas. El agua en la regadera salía fría y después caliente, fría y después caliente todo el tiempo, no era constante la temperatura. Fuera de eso, me gusto mucho mi estancia. Muy buena ubicación y el servicio muy agradable.

Das Exe Almada ist ein Top-Hotel in perfekter Stadtlage. Von hier aus erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Im Hotel selbst würde ich ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage empfehlen. Denn hier hat man einen tollen Blick. Die Zimmergröße ist zweckmäßig, das Bad hingegen sehr groß. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern und trotz der Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Das Lauteste sind die Möven in der Nachbarschaft. ;) Das Frühstück haben wir auch probiert. Preis-Leistung stimmen hier. Jedoch gibt es viele Brunch-Alternativen in der Nachbarschaft. Im Exe Almada würde ich jederzeit wieder übernachten!

We booked and prepaid for a suite for our honeymoon, and when we arrived they gave us keys for a standard room and sent us upstairs. When we returned to say we had paid for the suite and that was not a suite, they told us they didn't have one available. What did we book and pay for??? The desk staff were not properly trained to make it right for us, and my husband was pretty upset. They offered us a slightly larger standard room for the price of a standard room, but that didn't really make up for not having the room we wanted and had paid for; if we'd known we'd be in a normal room we would have booked elsewhere in the first place. I'll still give the place 3 stars because the manager was nice (we saw him the next day), the breakfast was great, and the rooms were good overall. The reservation systems need some work, and staff should be empowered to offer more when customers experience disruptions like this (a free night for instance).

Cest un joli hôtel bien décoré et moderne. Ce qui nous a déçu cest plutôt lodeur dhumidité dans notre chambre (et de parfum pour la camoufler?), sûrement causée par labsence de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le corridor.

Sin duda la mejor opcion para la visita de la ciudad , esta al lado de la plaza , de donde se puede ir andando a todos los lados , todo esta a 15 min. Un servicio muy bueno , las habitaciones son muy bonitas y amplias y tambien tienen gimnasio.

Cozy and comfortable. Very clean. Nice decor and ambience. Very friendly staff. My ankle sprained and I requested ice and the staff member gave me a while bagful. Also I requested hot water for tea and they brought the whole tray with electric kettle , mugs and assorted tea and coffee to the room. Definitely recommend it.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un peu surprenant du fait que les immeubles du quartier sont défraîchis ou en chantier mais il est situé à 5 minutes du métro reliant l'aéroport et à 10 minutes de l'hyper centre. L'hôtel lui même est rénové, bien insonorisé, le salon d'entrée est convivial. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et très serviable. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente à l'aise. La chambre était très propre, la salle d'eau avait une grande douche. Le buffet du petit déjeuner offre suffisament de choix. L'hôtel est très bien pour visiter Porto. Rien à redire .

The Hotel is nice, easy to find, near the metro to the airport, close to lots of good restaurants and the staff are friendly. The Breakfast was well.presented and quite edible. But I could not manage to sleep. The mattress and pillows where very uncomfortable. Lots of street noise when the window is open.
To get my rating up.
1) use proper mattresses (for example latex)
2) use feather pillows instead of polyester.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room size was fairly standard for European hotels (a bit on the small side), it was comfortable and well sound proofed. There was a good amount of closet space and counter space in the bathroom. Housekeeping was thorough. Hotel location was very convenient, easy walk to metro, train, and many sites. We didnt opt for the hotel breakfast, but did take advantage of the tea service. We just had to ask every day for additional tea.

缺点很明显：
1. 办理入住时，服务员让我等了3 小时，而早上很多其他在等待的人都办理了入住，当问前台意见时，他唯一的态度就是推卸责任；
2. 房门在我们没有听到敲门声的情况下，被打开了3 次，其中一次是早上9:30， 门口没有挂“ 请打扫” 的标志；

The folks at the front desk didn’t know basic things like good places to eat or how to get to Douro Valley. The walls were dirty in our room and most rooms a noisy street. Breakfast was good though. We didnt really care for the area either but it was a 15 min walk to most things.

Bem localizado, muito bonito e sofisticado staff simpático. Quarto bonito com cama e televisão gigante. Casa de banho moderna de médio tamanho. As únicas situações a apontar é o facto de no duche ser necessário colocar uma toalha à entrada para apanhar a água que sai da base de duche e a agua que vinha tinha pouca pressão e (segundo nos foi dito no check-out) houve um problema na caldeira que impossibilitava uma temperatura de água constante.
Gostei muito do quarto e do hotel, voltaria.

Great location! Very charming and comfortable. Loved the Juliet balcony which opened to the street below. When the balcony doors were closed the sound proofing was amazing and we slept like babies. Walking distance from Trindade metro station and Sao Bento train station. When we arrived with jet lagged brains, Ana, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful recommending the must see sights in Porto. I would definitely return.

The staff were so helpful and gave us lots of travel tips. Nothing was too much trouble and the complimentary tea tray was great. The room was spotless and clean. Beds very comfortable. The room was at the street side and could be sometimes noisy but it was transient and not too disruptive. Would stay again definitely.

We stayed for 3 nights in August. I was worried the room would be noisy as it overlooked the road but it was so dark and quiet that we both slept like logs every night. I think it was because the walls of the hotel were so thick. It was about 25 minutes in an uber from the airport and close to lots of bars and restaurants. We didn’t gave breakfast included but there is a small supermarket nearby where we picked up bread rolls and pastries etc. You can request a kettle for the room if you want one. Clean room and bathroom etc. We loved Porto and would definitely go back.

Hotel moderno, renovado hace unos 3 años, muy tranquilo y con una excelente ubicación. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio, conexión Wi-Fi y la posibilidad de acceder acceso a un ordenador q se encuentra en el hall. Personal atento y muy amable. Limpieza correctísima. Destacar el desayuno variado q ofrece...resaltar la variedad de bollería y repostería riquísima. Si volviera a visitar Oporto, no dudaría en repertir. Relación calidad/precio correctísimo.

Hotel de primeras correcto, habitaciones limpias pero algo pequeñas de tamaño, desayuno normal.. la sorpresa llego el último día cuando comprobé que me habían robado dinero en efectivo de la cartera, el bolso estuvo en todo momento dentro del armario. esto ocurrió el fin de semana del 6 al 8 de abril. Lo peor cuando se lo comenté en recepción comenzaron a dar largas y no querían darme libro de reclamaciones, finalmente me lo dieron y me comunicaron que se pondrían en contacto conmigo pero la respuesta ha sido que me busque la vida básicamente. No recomendable.

Es muy bueno. Lo único que le faltaría sería que tuviera una pava eléctrica en las habitaciones para poder hacerse un cafecito a cualquier hora del día. Lo demás, excelente. La atención, muy esmerada, empleados muy bien dispuestos. La ubicación, muy buena también. Iría de nuevo con todo gusto, si no fuera por el café...

Location is excellent, 10 minutes walking from old city. A lot of restaurants around and neighbourhood feels safe. Rooms very comfortable, with good acoustic isolation, enough space for everything. Internet connection stable and fast enough. Bed was OK. Bathroom with enough space and all things needed, albeit a bit dark to my taste. Very good cleaning service, everything was always replenished as needed. Breakfast very good, a lot of sweets. but also few cooked items (eggs, bacon, small sausages). Fresh fruits every day. Decent coffee from WMF makers.
It is difficult to find anything wrong. One slight issue was at checkout, we needed invoice for company and it took 3 tries to get it right. Gym a bit small and not very well equipped.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar Zentral. Es sieht aus wie gerade gebaut. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und bequem. Man verbringt nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer aber der Fernseher ist auch schön gross.Das Personal war zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit, und professionel.Die einzige Kritik ist dass ich mir ein Umweltfreundlicheres Umgang wünschen würde. Alle meine Handtücher wurden ersetzt obwohl ich nur eins am Boden gelassen hatte, und jeden Tag wurde die Seife ersetzt die ich erst einmal zum Hände waschen benutzt hatte.

Das Hotel ist wirklich eine tolle Adresse in Porto! Angefangen bei der absolut zentralen Lage, über die äußerst ansprechenden Zimmer bis hin zu den wirklich sauberen und modern gestalteten Badezimmern waren wir in allen Belangen sehr zufrieden. Abgerundet wurde der tolle Eindruck durch ein zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Lediglich beim Frühstück hätte man den ein oder anderen Punkt verbessern können. Jedoch wäre das ein Klagen auf äußert hohem Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Buen hotel para pasar unos dias en Oporto. Esta muy céntrico y en los alrededores hay un monton de restaurantes. El hotel esta nuevo inagurado hace poco. El desayuno esta muy bien. Por poner una pega el parking ws algo caro y pequeño y por los alrededores esta fatal el aparcar

Hotel ubicado en la parte alta del centro de Oporto, bien cuidado y con una atención excelente por parte del personal. Un detalle: al enterarse que estábamos de luna de miel, apareció en nuestro escritorio, una bandeja preciosa con postres, chocolates y vino espumoso. ¡Encantadores!)
La habitación, en el último piso, es de techo abuardillado, con mobiliario cuidado y cama extremadamente cómoda. El baño es bastante funcional y dispone de todo lo necesario.
Como punto negativo, reseñar que la habitación puede resultar algo pequeña si vas a pasar más de un día

Das Hotel liegt praktisch, in der Nähe sind Bars zu finden. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss erreichbar, gute Restaurants und der Fluss liegen alle in Fussdistanz. Das Zimmer war gross genug, die neuen Fenster dichten den Lärm der Strasse gut ab.

Ich hätte dieses Hotel gerne gemocht, der schlechte Schlafkomfort macht dies allerdings unmöglich. Es ist lange her, dass ich in einem Hotel eine solch schlechte Qualität von Kissen und Bettdecke hatte (billige synthetische Ware), leider gab es nicht einmal kein Kissenmenü, was etwas geholfen hätte. Das Hotel ist rezent und schön renoviert, allerdings ohne Bar wo man ein Glas trinken könnte; für ein 4 Sterne Haus dieser Grösse eher unüblich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, ich weiss nicht wie man auf die angegeben m2 kommt, vielleicht mit Badezimmer, welches eher geräumig war; dies wäre kein grosses Problem gewesen hätte die Qualität der Bettwaren gestimmt und Schlaf ermöglicht.

El hotel está en perfecto estado, habitación grande y muy bien decorada. Está situado al lado de la avenida de los aliados, cerca del centro. Nos dejaron una botella de agua y unos bombones de bienvenida, detalle que se agradece, además de zapatillas y albornoz. Lo único malo es que tiene muy pocas plazas de parking y suele estar lleno. Alrededor es complicado aparcar (es zona de pago) pero nosotros lo dejamos en un parking privado cercano.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super! In nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt Portos, etlichen Restaurants und Bars und auch 2 Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe.
Das Hotel an sich ist toll. Die moderne Einrichtung gefällt mir sehr gut, es ist sauber und auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück in Form eines Buffets ist auch gut und vorallem gibt es reichlich zu Essen. Leckere Platten werden hier regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Allerdings muss jeder für sich entscheiden, ob er das Frühstück dazubuchen möchte. Ich finde 12€ für die Verhältnisse in Porto schon sehr viel, da man in der Umgebung um einiges günstiger frühstücken kann.

Ein sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereiten und professionellem Personal. Wir haben uns rund um sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war super. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war ein Wasserkocher um abends vielleicht noch einmal einen Tee zu trinken oder auch mal einen Kaffee am Morgen. Das Frühstücksbüffet im Hotel war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Können wir auch nur empfehlen es mal auszuprobieren. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unzählige Restaurants und Cafes in unmittelbarer Nähe! Also, eine klare Empfehlung von uns!

Buen hotel situado en el centro de Oporto. Parking pequeño solo caben 5 coches y no hay mucho aparcamiento por la zona. Puedes dejarlo por alguno de los parkings de la zona por unos 15 eur la noche. Personal amable. Las habitaciones de tamaño mediano con pantallas grandes de televisor, bien insonorizadas y cuartos de baño cómodos con acceso fácil a minusválidos o personas mayores a la ducha. Situado en una zona con varios bares y restaurantes de aspecto bohemio. La noche me costó a 119 eur.

Wir haben eine 4-Tage City-Tour unternommen. Dafür war das Hotel optimal(ruhige Zimmer und ausgiebiges Frühstück).Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man gut zu Fuß,auch die Metro.Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter sprachen gut Englisch und waren stets hilfsbereit.Das Bett war sehr groß und das Bad ebenfalls. Nur eine Schranktür ging nicht auf,da der Nachttisch davor stand.Leider gab es keine Kleiderhaken im Zimmer zum Aufhängen der Jacke.

Hotel neuf. Personnel aimable et discret. Bel effort de lensemble du personnel pour échanger au moins quelques mots dans la langue du client. Petit déjeuner buffet pantagruélique et diversifié. Produits frais et de bonne qualité (pâtisseries, charcuteries, fruits, oeufs). Bon café !Métro aéroport à 5mn. A 15mn à pieds de Ribeira (un peu plus long dans le sens montant ;-) ). Petits restaurants proches et rues animées la nuit à deux pâtés de maison. Toutefois, lhôtel est si calme que nous navons jamais été levés avant 9h00, ce qui est loin de nos habitudes lorsque nous voyageons !

Very well located. Great room without noise (we had room #400). Nothing to complain but there are still small things that show it is a relatively new hotel (gym is not yet open, no coffee/tea machine in the room, no toilet paper when we arrives in the room, etc.).
Pillows could be improved too.
We liked a lot the location and the boutique feel of the hotel.
