As três estrelas são pela simpatia, atendimento profissional e local pitoresco. Ao nível dos repastos disponíveis, fiquei negativamente surpreendido com as ofertas... apresentação interessante, mas pratos parcos em quantidade! Pedi uma salada de camarão e papaia grelhada, esta veio com quatro pedacinhos de fruta, dois camarões inteiros grelados e o resto era salada! Muito pouco pelo que paguei!
Concluo que se trata de um restaurante vocacionado para o turismo e interesses dos que nos visitam. Não serve os padrões dos aportugueses degustadores. Sinto muito em dizê-lo.

As tapas necessitam de melhorar bastante a qualidade se se querem afirmar como uma casa de tapas. Nos jantares de grupo devem ter mais cuidado com a espera dos pratos e a sua ordem. Devem também ter mais atenção ao espaço (a dada altura cheirou imenso a queimado da cozinha) e à apresentação dos próprios cozinheiros.

Locale semplice, un misto tra pub e ristorante, personale gentilissimo, solare e super accogliente, abbiamo assaggiato le tapas (in realtà una era un vero e proprio piatto, sia per la presentazione che per la porzione),il tipico Baccalà con patate e verdure e il tonno con una crema di patate dolci, ottimo il dolce a base di crema che non siamo riusciti a fotografare perché talmente buono che è durato troppo poco nel piatto. Prezzo ottimo davvero. Alla fine della cena è anche iniziato un concerto Da provare assolutamente.

Tapas muito saborosas, a destacar os hambúrgueres de alheira e a sertã de cebolada, bem como a beringela panada. Atendimento muito simpático, mas serviço algo lento. O ambiente é interessante, com ar de pub e música a condizer. Recomendo.

We had dinner here yesterday and this place is THE PLACE. Attention to detail to the fullest, the care of the freshness of ingredients used is staggering. We were served by a gentlemen who looked like the owner who provided an outstanding service. The food was spot on, there wasn't a single thing that we thought might had been better. Amazing. Sometimes I wonder if I go back to the place if it will still be there or if it was just an illusion.

We found this beautiful spot accidently and fell in love with the staff and the food:
Everyone was were attentive and just lovely-we felt comfortable right away. The mixed tapas board and the chicken toast we had have been very yummy.

We had a birthday dinner here and everything was perfect! I ordered a pork belly roast and it was absolutely delicious!! Actually the best that I had in Porto. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
The only thing I kinda disliked was how they served my gin... They used some sort of petals instead of bay leaves.
Highly recommended!!

I had a date here yesterday and we both left very satisfied. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and fun, often featuring live music.
We ordered the pasta in squid ink with shrimp which we would highly recommend, breaded eggplant which was a little too salty for our liking, and a very delicious potato salad with arugula / rocket and apple. The salad was lighter than many potato salads and had a nice zing. The portions were very generous for tapas and were very reasonably priced.
I will definitely be returning next time I am in the city.

Wirklich gutes Restaurant Bedienung wird nicht sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und geduldig wenn man das erste Mal in Porto ist ist es vielleicht etwas schwierig mit dem Tapas wenn man die Sprache nicht spricht es war finde ich etwas kalt im Restaurant und sollte wirklich in den Wintermonaten Lea Heizstrahler aufstellen

When looking for a dinner night which has it all, go to Casa de Ló. Not only does this beautiful place serve you excellent food, the service might be even better. It's personal, intimate and sincere. The waiters are professional but very approachable. We enjoyed various tapas, all top of the line.
All in all, we for sure will return to Casa de Ló whenever we find ourselves back in Porto.

The staff, the food, all 5 stars.
First, we didn't have a booking, but there was a table that would fit us as long as we finished before the other guests arrived.
Second, our server was SO helpful. It was like eating dinner with a friend. He helped us pick a wine we would enjoy, guided us towards appropriate food quantity choices, and dissuaded us from one selection that he described as being "better for the warm months of summer".
Third, the food! All very very good. You could taste quality ingredients. That matters.
We left comfortably full, but not over full and so very pleased we popped in on a whim.

La mujer muy amable y además habla español. Buscábamos un sitio donde tomarnos algo porque teníamos muchas sed y fue perfecto. Nada más entrar nos advirtió de que ese día tenía la cocina estropeada pero como queríamos beber, no nos importó. Me gusto mucho la honestidad desde el principio

Don't tell anyone about this place, don't mention the curry butter or the tuna tartar and keep the tripe (yes the TRIPE) a secret but do shout out for the carpacio of people t with chocolate mousse. The somilier was on to of his game and handed us a great selection of wines and port wine with an insight worthy of a London Mayfair eatery. Thanks guys that was a cracker...

Nice, quiet place with excellent service. Both the tapas and the main dishes were great. Girlfriend had chicken in orange sauce and I had pork cheek with rice. Cocktails were nice, albeit little low on alcohol. No problem 'cause I was pretty buzzin' already. 5/5 would visit again.

Having dinner at the Casa de Ló was a really enjoyable and tasty experience! Very easy to spot and clearly labeled from outside, with seating available both indoor and outdoor, and a nice and welcoming ambience. The staff is very professional and the customer experience was definitely good. Of course the food is the core pillar of the whole experience - everything was good, from the starters to the mains and the wine. The food was well cooked and well rich to entertain you with its taste! I found it a great place and it deserves in my opinion full marks.

It was a really amazing experience - tasty wine and delicious tapas. Atmosphere on the backyard is chill, despite the noise from neighboring bars. Waiters are simply amazing!

Fantastic experience, great host, great food and a local rose that hit the spot. Top quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere, I had the steak which proved awkward as a line of gristle went through two steaks I tried, the management were very apologetic and did what they could to sort things out. We will be back nonetheless.

We got there by coincidence. But it looked so inviting with a little cosy garden, so we’ve tried it out. At lunch time they’ve a more limited but very delicious selection of dishes. We’ve tried 2 super tasty and nicely presented salads.
The owner showed us also the full dinner menu! So we’re going back tomorrow evening

El sitio es tranquilo y amplio, los camareros muy simpáticos y hablan español mas o menos bien cosa que se agradece, ahora las cosas malas, el tiempo de espera....tardaron casi 40 minutos en traernos los entrantes y el precio si vas por platos unos 20€ por persona, si vas por tapas obviamente te sale mas barato.
La carrillada estaba bastante rica.

Genial sitio, trato muy agradable, la comida deliciosa ( nos gustó mucho los churros de bacalao con esa salsa que le ponen y las tripas al estilo oporto) y muy buena relación calidad precio. Por ponerle un pero, el tiempo entre los platos fue algo escesivo, pero se compensa con lo anterior.

É um dos lugares que encontrei por acaso enquanto caminhava pelas ruas de Porto. Um ambiente agradável, bom atendimento e uma comida deliciosa! Tem um menu que, acredito eu, agrada vários tipos de paladares e uma carta de drinks que não deixou a desejar. O preço médio por pessoa pra uma refeição com entrada, prato principal, sobremesa e vinho tinto ficou em torno de 20€.

Fantastic little hidden gem! The owner (I assume she's the owner) is such a sweet, friendly, hospital lady! We stumbled on this place but saw on Google it's closed. However, the door was open at 11:50am and we saw some people eating on the back patio. It turned out it was the owner and her chef. She quickly came out to let us know that they'd open in 10mins, but that we could come in now and sit down first. The food was delicious! Light yet fulfilling. The sardine toast wasn't salty at all, and the cheese/ham/tomato jam toast was lovely (homemade jam). We finished with the pork cheek which was stewed in a pumpkin curry of sorts. So, so good! Maybe we'll come back here for dinner. The photos from other reviewers look amazing!

Espaço que manteve a traça antiga da loja onde comprávamos marmelada e pão de ló. O gerente muito simpático e com o cuidado de saber se estava tudo bem. Bebi uma sangria, feita na hora e estava muito boa, deveria estar mais fresca. A esplanada, pequena, mas engraçada e na altura as mesas estavam ocupadas por casais, o tornava o ambiente mais acolhedor e menos ruidoso. Bom para passar o fim de tarde. Gostei.
