Amelia Daly: We had the great pleasure of staying in the beautiful Casa de Panque for a week at the beginning of June this year. From the moment we arrived we were aware that this was a very special property. It is a very beautifully appointed house with meticulously cared for grounds. There is a great sense of privacy throughout the property and the garden, play area and pool are all maintained to a very high standard. Another lovely thing about Casa de Panque is that it has so many comfortable spaces to sit down and relax. For example, you can lie on the hammock in the evenings and look out over the beautiful eucalyptus forests, lie in the sun loungers by the pool or eat the delicious local food out on the terrace where there is space for al fresco dining. Wherever you are in the property it always feels tranquil and relaxing. The house has the feeling of a very well cared for home with all the facilities one would require. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. But what makes Casa de Panque so outstanding is the incredibly warm welcome that its owners Hugo and his gorgeous family gave us. On arrival we were treated to local wine and cheese which were delicious. Hugo is passionate about this unique property that his family have lovingly restored and he is so enthusiastic about his guests enjoying the property, grounds and the whole Northern Portugal region. He is full of information regarding places to visit and places of local interest. We took some really lovely trips to Ponte de Lima, Viana de Castelo, Porto, Braga and saw the magnificent Bom Jesus do Monte just outside Braga which was well worth a visit. We loved the beautiful sandy beaches of Viana de Castelo. Porto is also a beautiful city and full of interesting places to visit. Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and playing football on the mini pitch, we even had a very entertaining Ireland vs Portugal game with Hugo and his family! Casa de Panque is a very special property and we recommend it so highly. We can’t wait to return and continue our exploration of this beautiful region. A casa de banho dos homens precisa absolutamente de atenção. Este lugar parece uma cela de prisão. Tem até sinais de gangues esculpidos no espelho. As paredes precisam de uma limpeza intensa. Por favor, renovem esta casa de banho. E o letreiro da casa de banho dos homens está colado na parede. Encontrei o item que precisava. Menos tripulantes trabalham no domingo.

Depois de hoje, estou certo de que eles não sabem como atender os pedidos on-line em tempo hábil (talvez), nem sabem como atender os telefones. Nem vale a pena tentar em outro local, eu tenho sido tão desligado pela minha experiência com esta Best Buy.

Já estive aqui 4 a 5 vezes e não estou a brincar contigo, mas encontro sempre o que procuro. O dono é super simpático e prestativo. Se você está procurando por um item específico, eles escreverão seu nome em uma lista e lhe enviarão uma foto do item (se eles o receberem dentro), o que é incrível. Estava à procura de um porta-bicicletas Sarls e acabei de ir a 2 lojas de bicicletas onde estavam 170 e também encomendadas em atraso. Entrei em uma loja e encontrei um por 24 dólares! A minha loja favorita no estado!
