Amelia Daly: We had the great pleasure of staying in the beautiful Casa de Panque for a week at the beginning of June this year. From the moment we arrived we were aware that this was a very special property. It is a very beautifully appointed house with meticulously cared for grounds. There is a great sense of privacy throughout the property and the garden, play area and pool are all maintained to a very high standard. Another lovely thing about Casa de Panque is that it has so many comfortable spaces to sit down and relax. For example, you can lie on the hammock in the evenings and look out over the beautiful eucalyptus forests, lie in the sun loungers by the pool or eat the delicious local food out on the terrace where there is space for al fresco dining. Wherever you are in the property it always feels tranquil and relaxing. The house has the feeling of a very well cared for home with all the facilities one would require. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. But what makes Casa de Panque so outstanding is the incredibly warm welcome that its owners Hugo and his gorgeous family gave us. On arrival we were treated to local wine and cheese which were delicious. Hugo is passionate about this unique property that his family have lovingly restored and he is so enthusiastic about his guests enjoying the property, grounds and the whole Northern Portugal region. He is full of information regarding places to visit and places of local interest. We took some really lovely trips to Ponte de Lima, Viana de Castelo, Porto, Braga and saw the magnificent Bom Jesus do Monte just outside Braga which was well worth a visit. We loved the beautiful sandy beaches of Viana de Castelo. Porto is also a beautiful city and full of interesting places to visit. Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and playing football on the mini pitch, we even had a very entertaining Ireland vs Portugal game with Hugo and his family! Casa de Panque is a very special property and we recommend it so highly. We can’t wait to return and continue our exploration of this beautiful region. Eu estava à procura de um CPA qualificado que me pudesse ajudar a começar um novo negócio, enquanto me ajudava a gerir um negócio existente. Tive o prazer de encontrar o John, que passou todo o tempo necessário comigo e com o meu parceiro para responder a todas as nossas perguntas/concertos. Estou muito impressionado com o seu imenso nível de experiência na sua área. Em resumo, John é um contabilista experiente que eu recomendo vivamente.

A máquina de lavar louça não estava a funcionar. Então o meu noivo e eu decidimos substituí-la. Decidimos ir ao Allbest e à Refrigeração. Mal sabíamos que nos estávamos a meter em grandes problemas com este lugar. Não sei onde perdi isto mas, no final do dia, este negócio não tem política de devolução de nenhum dos seus artigos apenas no crédito da loja e uma garantia de 90 dias para satisfazer os seus clientes. A dona do negócio (mulher de cabelo ruivo) decidiu amaldiçoar-me porque eu queria processar uma devolução com ela. Afinal só tivemos a máquina de lavar louça durante dois dias e a coisa nem sequer funcionou em primeiro lugar. Claro que quando chegamos à loja eles decidem que querem testar a máquina de lavar louça para retratar que não acreditam que não funciona e nos chamam de mentirosos na nossa cara. No final do dia ela desistiu ao telefone e disse "desça aqui e nunca mais volte!" o que eu concordei que nunca faria. O pior serviço ao cliente da minha vida!!!!!
