Nos quedamos 3 noches, la ubicación es excelente, el departamento es pintoresco y muy iluminado, la cocina bastante completa, pero es demasiado chiquito, se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle y es una calle muy transitada con muchos bares abiertos hasta la madrugada, el baño es muy muy chiquito y la ducha no es apta para personas de tamaño standard y menos para alguien más grande. La comunicación con la anfitriona estuvo bien pero no avisó que venía alguien a cobrar el tax y no sabíamos si era correcto abrirle la puerta, el personal de limpieza vino antes de tiempo a querer limpiar y eso también fue molesto ya que aún no habíamos dejado el departamento.

Apartamentos son muy monos, hay cosas q no son muy cómodas ( no hay enchufes al lado de cama, cortinas no suben), pero están ubicados genial, limpio. Hay q llevar tapones para oídos porq al lado hay bares y discotecas! Recomendable para cortos vacaciones!

The location was outstanding. On the same block as the Livraria Lello and within just a couple blocks of the major tourist sites.The downside is the noise on the weekends. Weekdays were ok, but the weekend was noisy all night, but that it to be expected from a bar district near a university.

We stayed for four nights, arrival was confusing as we weren't in the apartment building pictured but a lady soon came out to instruct us. The first three nights were fine, apartment well equipped and clean. However on the last night a massive group of people came to stay above us who had a party ALL NIGHT, the ceilings are thin and the stairs very loud. They were inviting people off the street to come in at 4.55am!! I have a 12 year old and an early flight to our next destination. These selfish idiots ruined our experience here, please don't stay here if you enjoy sleep!

Apartamento normal para pasar 2/3 noches y no más. Puntos a Favor: Céntrico y al lado de bares Puntos en Contra: -Mucho ruido hasta las 6am al estar encima de plena zona de bares. -Muy poco espacio, en el apartamento de 5 personas, 2 literas y un sofa cama, y una cocina de 2m cuadrados. -Ambiente negativo en la calle, muchos camellos en cada esquina. LAS FOTOS NO CORRESPONDEN CON EL APARTAMENTO. Almenos en el que nos dieron a nosotros. Por lo demás, si vas a visitar oporto en 2/3 días y salir de fiesta, está correcto.

Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato in punto semi centrale della città di Porto(nei paraggi della libreria Lello). Molto pulito ed ampio, macchina x il caffe con le cialde, bottiglia di vino Porto per il benvenuto! È vicino a negozi, bar, ristoranti, fermate di bus e tram. Ci sono parcheggi attorno ma tutti a pagamento. Si arriva in centro città con una bella camminata di 15 minuti

La habitación muy limpia y bonita. Tuve problemas al llegar, allí no hay nadie, más de un hora esperando en la calle, nadie cojia el teléfono, al final pude entrar gracias a una chica de la limpieza y ella misma me dio las llaves. No hay nadie a quien poder dirigir ese si surge cualquier problema. Además, imposible dormir, el ruido es horrible. No repetiría jamás.

Buchen Sie auf keinen Fall dieses Apartment!Was Sie erwartet: Schimmel, Feuchtigkeit, keine isolierten Fenster, keine Heizung ....Zudem müssen 47 Euro Cleaning und Tourist Tax bar bezahlt werden bevor man in die Unterkunft rein darf. Nirgendwo war vorher dazu irgendeine Info zu finden. Zudem war die Kommunikation sehr schlecht!Die Putzdame die die Übergabe gemacht hat konnte kein Wort Englisch. Auch von den Inhabern erhält man nach mehreren Rückfragen keine Antworten. Wir mussten uns eine ander Unterkunft suchen. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!!!!

Apartamento incrível, no coração da cidade do Porto, dá pra conhecer tudo andando. Super recomendo!!!

L’appartement est très bien situé au cœur de Porto. Beaucoup de boutiques et lieux historiques sont à quelques minutes à pied en plus de la gare de train São Bento. Cependant, le côté vivant du secteur fait en sorte que c’est bruyant la nuit et l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas au moment de notre séjour. Malgré cela, je le recommande.

Positiv: Lage war gut (zentral). Nett eingerichtet. Check-In und Check-Out einfach und problemlos.. Negativ: Mitten im Nachtleben, daher nachts recht laut.

Positivo: Ambiente acolhedor, cama confortável e localização excelente. Negativo: Cheirava muito a tinta e ainda havia muito pó das obras. Tive água quente só para o primeiro banho.

Positivo: Moderno. Negativo: O preço acabou por ser mais alto do que o referido, está pouco explicíto

Positif: La propreté, l’emplacement. Négatif: Le bruit extérieur dans la rue la nuit et le bruit intérieur a cause des travaux dans le bâtiment très tôt le matin, manque de wifi

Positive: Ottima posizione . Negazione: Impossibile dormire di notte essendo nel quartiere della movida si sentono i locali vari e la gente per strada fino alle 6 del mattino!

Positivo: O apartamento estava limpo e é bastante confortável (aquecimento bom, cortinas para impedir que o sol entre de manhã, etc.). A anfitriã, Paula, foi muito simpática. A localização do apartamento não poderia ser melhor para quem quer sair à noite. Há também bastantes restaurantes e lojas de conveniência perto. Recomendo!!

Positive: Location is great! It is located in the centre of the centre) Appartments are not common, they are located in the old building but renovated. I guess not everyone may like it but at the same time some guests may like it very much! We liked it, it was a nice stay. It has small nice balconies to sit in the evening with a glass of wine.. Negative: Noise! Really noisy! We skip all reviews about noisy hotels and rooms in the most of cases while selecting hotels to stay because have absolutely no problems sleeping with some sounds. But this case made us crazy. It was the noisiest stay in our life! Windows in the apartments are large and old (very nice) - as a result they are absolutely without a sound proof. Take in account that it is a center of a bars hell. Students, drunk students and very drunk students shout all the night till 5AM. I found myself waked up in the middle of the night (or even morning) even being a bit drunk myself) Besides the noise we liked this stay very much!

Positif: La décoration et le côté authentique et le confort. Négatif: Le 4 ème étage sans ascenseur! Le bruit la nuit.

Positive: Beautifully restored apartment, we were very impressed by the architecture and furniture. Everything was clean and new. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed! Beautiful neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants, supermarket around the corner.. Negative: Extra bed was very uncomfortable, but the others were nice! Rooms aren't soundproofed, and there were a lot of noise from construction works on the other floors early in the morning. A loud bar is on the bottom floor, and you hear all the noises through the floor. I would stay here again, but i would bring earplugs :)

Positive: La posizione era ottima, La vista dalla finestra.. Negazione: La doccia e il pavimento non era ben puliti, gli infissi delle finestre erano molto vecchi e si sentiva tutto il rumore di fuori durante la notte, l' appartamento é piccolissimo, il fornello elettrico in cucina funzionava male, il bagno non ha finestre ne ventola ma una piccola finestra che si affaccia sulla camera da letto. Quando ho chiesto al gestore come si arrivasse all' appartamento dall' aeroporto non mi ha dato delle risposte esaurienti. Ha risposto solo con la metro.

Pozytywna: Ładne pokoje, zrobione z gustem, aneks kuchenny, ogrzewanie/klimatyzacji. lokalizacja z jednej strony wszędzie blisko, z drugiej za rogiem jest ulica z clubami z tam hałas i krzyki przez całą noc. Negatywna: Sporo niedorobek, musiałem poprawiać syfon w umywalce by przestało smierdziec z kanalizacji, pokój wysprzatany pobieżnie, kuchnia mogłaby być ciut lepiej wyposażona, zniszczone wyposażenie kuchenne

Positif: Très bel appartement, avec une jolie attention au décor, tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien et c'est mieux que sur les photos. Bel accueil également, et hôte disponible pour répondre aux questions.. Négatif: Le quartier est très bruyant, et malgré une isolation des fenêtres, les nuits ne sont pas de tout repos... Malchance pour nous, des travaux en journée dans l'appartement du dessus rendait l'appartement invivable en journée, samedi inclus... nous aurions préféré être prévenus... Côté équipements nous avons rajouté une cafetière et un ouvre-bouteille qui je l'espère serviront aux prochains hôtes !

Positiva: Buena ubicación, buen precio. Negativa: Estuvimos 6 noches dos personas y nos dieron una toalla de lavabo para las dos y una toalla de baño para cada una, escasas a todas luces. No había cafetera, solo hervidor No había una triste balda en todo el apartamento ni en el baño, solo un perchero en una barra, por lo que la ropa no salió de su maleta y ducharse con los productos de baño en el suelo era un trastorno No había cortinas en las ventanas con lo que si querías luz natural te veían los vecinos o echabas las contraventanas de madera y tenías que encender la luz

Negativa: TIMO! Me disgustó mucho que anunciasen un precio económico al que luego le añadieron más del 100% en gastos extra de limpieza, etc. El anuncio decía 27 € y acabé pagando 61!! Después de tantos años usando booking, esto me ha parecido muy mal.

Положительный: В апартаментах было очень чисто и красиво, понравилась просторная ванная комната. Расположение - самый центр. Хозяйка квартиры пошла нам на уступки, и согласилась получить оплату в день заезда. Спасибо ей за это!. Негативный: Было холодно, два обогревателя не справлялись, постоянно выбивало пробки. Соединение вай-фай было не стабильным. В субботу вечером на этих улицах работают ночные клубы. До 4-х утра уснуть было не возможно.

Положительный: Отлично оснащены. Хороший wifi. удобное расположение в центре. автобусная и трамвайная остановка под окном ( №200 автобус идет до океана). Негативный: Много ночных заведений вокруг, потому шум стоит до утра. А утром выходят коммунальщики для уборки. Людям с чутким сном тут придется нелегко

Положительный: Самое лушчее местоположение, которое только можно себе представить! Высокие потолки, большие окна! Обограватель,так что было очень тепло! На кухне есть все что нужно!

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit sehr vielen Bars und alles Sehenswürdigkeiten um die Ecke! Alles, was man braucht ist da, modern eingerichtet und sehr schön! Die Kommunikation mit Paula war super, die Schlüsselübergabe hat unproblematisch geklappt!. Negativ: Ich habe auf das/die Appartements von den Bildern mit hohen Decken gehofft, bekommen haben wir das App. von der obersten Etage (nichts für unfitte) mit der normalen Deckenhöhe und etwas kleiner. Die Lage mit besten Bars ist auch gleichzeitig ein Nachteil. Es ist in der Nacht SAULAUT! Und zwar von ca. 1 bis 4 Uhr nachts! Lärmisolierung in unserem obersten Appartement war echt leider schlecht. Wenn Ihr auf Feiern aus seid oder in der Nacht nicht schlaft, dann ok. Sonst problematisch. Wir waren echt supermüde die ganze Zeit! Das Haus wird aktuell renoviert, dementsprechend riecht es etwas nach Lack oder Farbe. Vllt. ist es bald vorbei.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko.. Negatywna: W mieszkaniu jest problem z prądem. Do dyspozycji gości jest tylko i wyłącznie jeden kontakt. W przypadku korzystania z dwóch - wybija korki. Można je ponownie włączyć odwiedzając sąsiadów 2 piętra niżej, którzy - jak było w naszym przypadku - mają dość odwiedzin. Bardzo niekomfortowa sytuacja. Z mojego punktu widzenia jest to normalna sytuacja w tym apartamencie. Spowodowana najprawdopodobniej zbyt dużym obciążeniem licznika, który musi zużyć więcej mocy, niż ta, którą sieć w apartamencie może znieść - właścicielka jedna udaje, że nie wie o co chodzi. Co więcej, oskarża lokatorów, że to ich wina.

Positief: Mooie locatie, overal dichtbij. Vriendelijk contactpersoon die snel reageert. Zou hier zeker weer reserveren ! Netjes ingericht appartement met apart keukentje (incl kookplaatje, koelkast, magnetron, waterkoker), tafeltje en stoelen, slaapgedeelte met smal 2 persoonsbed met TV en airco, badkamer met toilet en douche. 2 mini balkons uitkijkend op het kruispunt. Niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt voor een weekje. Verwarming dmv airco maar alleen in het slaapkamer gedeelte Vooral perfect als je van uitgaan houdt, want je zit binnen in het uitgaansgebied ! Voldoende eetgelegenheden binnen 5 minuten loopafstand.. Negatief: Geluidsoverlast van uitgaansgebied (passerende mensen en muziek), dit start om middernacht en duurt tot 5 uur 's ochtends. Dunne en enkele ramen met luiken om af te sluiten. Tip: neem oordopjes mee als je vroeg wilt slapen en in de winter warme kleding De ingangsdeur is wel erg smal en redelijk steile trap naar boven (niet geschikt voor kinderwagens en mindervalide)

긍정적: 숙소 주변에 바(bar)가 있어 소란스럽다는것을 미리 인지하고 있어서 귀마개를 준비하여 사용하였더니 밤에 자는데 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 숙소위치가 좋아 역, 관광지 모두 가까웠습니다. 주방, 침실, 거실 등 모두 만족스럽고, 가격대비 최상의 선택입니다.

Positief: Kamer midden in het centrum.. Negatief: In het centrum heb je altijd last van lawaai, maar hier was het heel erg luidruchtig. Had vast ook te maken met de studentenfeesten in de stad.
