Amelia Daly: We had the great pleasure of staying in the beautiful Casa de Panque for a week at the beginning of June this year. From the moment we arrived we were aware that this was a very special property. It is a very beautifully appointed house with meticulously cared for grounds. There is a great sense of privacy throughout the property and the garden, play area and pool are all maintained to a very high standard. Another lovely thing about Casa de Panque is that it has so many comfortable spaces to sit down and relax. For example, you can lie on the hammock in the evenings and look out over the beautiful eucalyptus forests, lie in the sun loungers by the pool or eat the delicious local food out on the terrace where there is space for al fresco dining. Wherever you are in the property it always feels tranquil and relaxing. The house has the feeling of a very well cared for home with all the facilities one would require. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. But what makes Casa de Panque so outstanding is the incredibly warm welcome that its owners Hugo and his gorgeous family gave us. On arrival we were treated to local wine and cheese which were delicious. Hugo is passionate about this unique property that his family have lovingly restored and he is so enthusiastic about his guests enjoying the property, grounds and the whole Northern Portugal region. He is full of information regarding places to visit and places of local interest. We took some really lovely trips to Ponte de Lima, Viana de Castelo, Porto, Braga and saw the magnificent Bom Jesus do Monte just outside Braga which was well worth a visit. We loved the beautiful sandy beaches of Viana de Castelo. Porto is also a beautiful city and full of interesting places to visit. Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and playing football on the mini pitch, we even had a very entertaining Ireland vs Portugal game with Hugo and his family! Casa de Panque is a very special property and we recommend it so highly. We can’t wait to return and continue our exploration of this beautiful region. Esta foi a pior experiência que eu já tive. Email para recolha de entregas, chamada de chegada para o passeio disse a i hqve para entrar, 30 min de procura de encomenda de madeira que não estava onde ser encontrado. Eu não volto para o carro para esperar enquanto eles puxam ordem de 6 pedaços de madeira. Eram 2 horas e meia antes do meu pedido ser repelido e trazido para fora.

Embora pareça haver falta de assistência, uma vez que se arranja alguém para ajudar é óptimo! O Allan foi óptimo a trabalhar comigo para comprar uma máquina de lavar. Quando eu voltei para pegar a mercadoria, Allan e outro cavalheiro foram úteis no processamento da minha taxa de entrega. Eu iria lá novamente para comprar electrodomésticos.

Eu finalmente decidi fazer um upgrade para uma tv inteligente. Fui ao PC Richard em Yonkers por recomendação de um amigo da família. Primeiro, mesmo com condições COVID, que foram bem planejadas para a segurança, a loja estava cheia de funcionários disponíveis para oferecer assistência. Eu me encontrei com Rob, que era muito fácil de trabalhar. Eu tinha um modelo em que eu estava pensando e ele era muito receptivo e conhecedor para responder perguntas que eu tinha sobre ele. Mesmo não tendo a certeza do que estava a comprar quando entrei pela porta, o Rob não tentou pressionar-me para fazer uma compra. Ele nunca tentou me guiar para um modelo mais caro a menos que eu fizesse perguntas sobre outra televisão. Ele era paciente e não o "vendedor estereotipado". Se você está procurando algo em eletrônica, sugiro que você o visite e o encontre... você não ficará desapontado.
