Amelia Daly: We had the great pleasure of staying in the beautiful Casa de Panque for a week at the beginning of June this year. From the moment we arrived we were aware that this was a very special property. It is a very beautifully appointed house with meticulously cared for grounds. There is a great sense of privacy throughout the property and the garden, play area and pool are all maintained to a very high standard. Another lovely thing about Casa de Panque is that it has so many comfortable spaces to sit down and relax. For example, you can lie on the hammock in the evenings and look out over the beautiful eucalyptus forests, lie in the sun loungers by the pool or eat the delicious local food out on the terrace where there is space for al fresco dining. Wherever you are in the property it always feels tranquil and relaxing. The house has the feeling of a very well cared for home with all the facilities one would require. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. But what makes Casa de Panque so outstanding is the incredibly warm welcome that its owners Hugo and his gorgeous family gave us. On arrival we were treated to local wine and cheese which were delicious. Hugo is passionate about this unique property that his family have lovingly restored and he is so enthusiastic about his guests enjoying the property, grounds and the whole Northern Portugal region. He is full of information regarding places to visit and places of local interest. We took some really lovely trips to Ponte de Lima, Viana de Castelo, Porto, Braga and saw the magnificent Bom Jesus do Monte just outside Braga which was well worth a visit. We loved the beautiful sandy beaches of Viana de Castelo. Porto is also a beautiful city and full of interesting places to visit. Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and playing football on the mini pitch, we even had a very entertaining Ireland vs Portugal game with Hugo and his family! Casa de Panque is a very special property and we recommend it so highly. We can’t wait to return and continue our exploration of this beautiful region. Este vai ser um longo. Fui a esta Best Buy depois de deixar cair o meu disco rígido externo. Eu precisava ter os dados recuperados. A loja não foi capaz de recuperar os dados, por isso teve de ser enviada para o campus da Universidade Geek Squad ou o que quer que chamem a isso. Eu não tinha notícias deles há algum tempo. Após alguns telefonemas e uma visita à loja, finalmente soube que eles poderiam recuperar a maior parte dos meus dados. ---- isto foi excelente e estou muito grato. E foi menos caro do que eu pensava que seria. Embora faltasse a comunicação da Brigada de Nerds, os resultados foram ótimos! E enquanto eu era obrigado a alcançá-los, eles foram incrivelmente gentis, corteses e prestativos quando eu os alcancei. Tudo isso dito, a loja em si está faltando. No dia em que fui falar com o Esquadrão Geek, também tentei comprar algumas coisas. Nenhum dos registos estava aberto. Disseram-me para ir esperar na linha de atendimento ao cliente para pagar. Fiquei lá sentado mais de 5 minutos (com os meus 6 e 10 anos) e a fila nunca se mexeu, deixei cair as minhas coisas e saí. Isso foi asinino.

Feliz por descobrir que esta loja ainda estava aberta, pois o nosso frigorífico acabou de morrer em nós e a minha família e eu estávamos a precisar desesperadamente de uma nova. Quando entrámos fomos recebidos instantaneamente por uma jovem rapariga amável chamada Adrianna. Passamos algum tempo na loja olhando através dos frigoríficos e a Adrianna ficou connosco o tempo todo. Ela parecia realmente interessada em nos ajudar e não apenas em ganhar dinheiro conosco, e nós realmente apreciamos muito, ela até mesmo montou nossos filhos em seus computadores com papéis e lápis de cera para mantê-los ocupados. Definitivamente vamos voltar a esta loja porque tivemos uma experiência tão boa lá e eles têm preços realmente excelentes. Recomendo vivamente que perguntem pela Adrianna quando entrarem!
