Amelia Daly: We had the great pleasure of staying in the beautiful Casa de Panque for a week at the beginning of June this year. From the moment we arrived we were aware that this was a very special property. It is a very beautifully appointed house with meticulously cared for grounds. There is a great sense of privacy throughout the property and the garden, play area and pool are all maintained to a very high standard. Another lovely thing about Casa de Panque is that it has so many comfortable spaces to sit down and relax. For example, you can lie on the hammock in the evenings and look out over the beautiful eucalyptus forests, lie in the sun loungers by the pool or eat the delicious local food out on the terrace where there is space for al fresco dining. Wherever you are in the property it always feels tranquil and relaxing. The house has the feeling of a very well cared for home with all the facilities one would require. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. But what makes Casa de Panque so outstanding is the incredibly warm welcome that its owners Hugo and his gorgeous family gave us. On arrival we were treated to local wine and cheese which were delicious. Hugo is passionate about this unique property that his family have lovingly restored and he is so enthusiastic about his guests enjoying the property, grounds and the whole Northern Portugal region. He is full of information regarding places to visit and places of local interest. We took some really lovely trips to Ponte de Lima, Viana de Castelo, Porto, Braga and saw the magnificent Bom Jesus do Monte just outside Braga which was well worth a visit. We loved the beautiful sandy beaches of Viana de Castelo. Porto is also a beautiful city and full of interesting places to visit. Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and playing football on the mini pitch, we even had a very entertaining Ireland vs Portugal game with Hugo and his family! Casa de Panque is a very special property and we recommend it so highly. We can’t wait to return and continue our exploration of this beautiful region. "Um Desastre transforma-se em sincera gratidão." Não posso expressar o quanto estou grato e agradecido pela alta administração do Santa Fe Big R hoje 29/04/2019. Tanto o Gerente Assistente Joe Cruz como o Gerente Geral foram acima e além ao retificar uma experiência verdadeiramente traumática e terrível do Big R de Las Vegas que quase me custou como um cliente valioso para a marca Big R. Eu até me atualizei para um produto melhor no Santa Fe Big R, gastando mais dinheiro ($120.36). Com um sentimento de ser não só um cliente valioso mas também um cliente respeitado. Não me senti como se estivesse no LV, NM Big R. O Santa Fe Big R melhorou muito no último ano e depois de hoje eles têm a minha lealdade como cliente. Como Veterano Militar que luta contra o PTSD, fui confrontado com ansiedade, discriminação de género e tratado como um cidadão de segunda classe - em Las Vegas, o Big R. Eu NUNCA voltarei ao estabelecimento até que a liderança seja substituída. Senti-me confortável, seguro, protegido, valorizado, apreciado e ouvido no Santa Fe Big R. Obrigado por me fazerem sentir seguro e por me tirarem o doloroso sofrimento emocional que o Big R de Las Vegas me causou. Ganhou realmente a minha lealdade como cliente e restabeleceu a minha confiança na marca Big R. Esse sentimento de acolhimento é insubstituível. Obrigado.

Fui à loja para tentar comprar um presente de aniversário para a minha filha, que completa perda de tempo. Tentar obter qualquer ajuda dos funcionários desta loja foi quase impossível. Fui à secção de informática e não um empregado à vista. Fui procurar alguém e encontrei uma jovem que me disse que não era funcionária da área de informática, mas que ainda assim tentou me ajudar. O item estava fora de estoque (a área de informática parecia vazia). Em vez disso, foram comprar um cartão presente e tinham 1 registo aberto. O caixa era totalmente desagradável, não me cumprimentava, eu o cumprimentava, era descuidado na aparência e parecia irritado, agitado, e sem fôlego. Mencionei a falta de ajuda em toda a loja e, com a mesma desculpa que a jovem me disse, temos muito pouco pessoal. Bem, adivinhe só? Isso não é problema meu nem dos outros incontáveis clientes que andam por aí sem ajuda e sem um rosto amigável a ser encontrado. É um fim-de-semana, contratar mais pessoas se necessário, talvez elas devam ser mais prestáveis e um pouco mais agradáveis. O caixa não foi uma grande impressão duradoura.
