very pleased we chose to stay here. hotel was nicely situated and close to restaurants and the harbor.the two young women who worked reception were outstanding in their eagerness to assist with directions and various questions and needs. can not praise them enough. room was exceptionally clean. reading lights could be improved. good breakfast. but, the ubiquitous winter duvet was on our comfortable bed. would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel- very well situated to visit Porto. Not too many rooms, and offer a nice breakfast each day. Also, small details like the amazing candies provided with the turndown service will not be forgotten ☺️

What a FABULOUS experience staying here! I cannot recommend it enough! The staff are super amazing and helpful. It is right in the middle of everything (note: the hand organ player featured in Anthony Bourdains Porto episode plays right outside the front door). The honour bar is wonderful and the lobby is very comfortable and cozy. Also, out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Porto, this was the only one with really good water pressure. I felt so at home and relaxed here. I highly recommend it.

Un excelente hotel/boutique en Oporto El hotel es una finca rehabilitada en pleno centro de Oporto, en la peatonal calle de las Flores. Cada habitación está decorada de forma individualizada; con mobiliario clásico, cuadros y artesonado precioso. El personal de servicio estuvo a la altura, siempre atentos a las necesidades, facilitando las reservas de restaurantes, taxis, etc. En resumen, muy recomendable!

We had a lovely short stay at M Maison Particuliere. The hotel is in a great location, right by shops, cafes and beautiful buildings. The staff are exceptional, and every member went out of their way to give us a great stay. They were very happy to recommend restaurants and book trips. Our room was individual, clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended on all counts.

Great location, rooms very well done. Really enjoyed the stay. Only place we stayed that had evening turn down servicewith chocolates.

This was hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Located in the heart of Porto, walking distance to just about anywhere you want (it's a small city) the sightseeing, restaurant options were endless. Our room was the one with the enclosed balcony and it was private. With the lovely sea breeze rolling in through the balcony throughout the day/night. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough that we weren't crowded with our myriad belonging but still cozy.. A small hotel / B&B like energy here where every facet of your stay was taken care of by the amazing staff. They had breakfast for us every morning of our choosing (we did that instead of go out, which is rare for us) and recommended and reserved all of our restaurants and activities.If you come here I implore you to stay here because it made our visit more special and memorable.

I couldn't expect better, the stay was very nice, warm and relaxed. I felt like home. Located in the center and in a nice square where you have a lot of good restaurant and bar.

I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Every detail was perfect, we were treated as esteemed guests throughout our stay, would book again in a heartbeat.

Great location in the center of the cultural/historic district. Highly professional, friendly, smart and helpful staff. The rooms were well decorated and had excellent AC and water pressure in the shower.Generous breakfast cooked to order. We highly recommend this hotel.

It is an amazing hotel with a wonderful friendly helpful staff. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the old city.

The room at first appearance is amazing but once inside you understand that both bathroom and mainly toilet are practically inside the room with noise and/odor separation I would suggest to install doors and glass panels above the wardrobe to give some privacy and intimacy Furthermore we were on a room facing the street and although on third floor noise isolation was not enough Finally the display of one large table for breakfast for 10 rooms is also not idealWith that said the hotel is beautiful, charming and greatly located

I am dreaming to return to M Maison Particulière. We had quite an experience here - my partner fell ill as we arrived in Porto. But Susana and her team were incredible, calling a doctor & looking after us as he got back to health, she also booked us into a restaurant we couldn’t get a booking for ourselves, printed our train tickets and sent my trainers I forgot back to me. I haven’t even got to the beautiful decor or the breakfast, but suffice to say these are people that know how to look after their guests.

This is a wonderful small hotel located is a great part of old Porto. A lot of energy just outside the front door of this hotel. Restaurants, bars and street entertainers abound. The staff is terrific, particularly Susana. Lovely breakfast. If the hotel is a five and the location is a five, Susana is a ten. Wish I could hire her for my business. Will certainly have no qualms rebooking this hotel if/when we return to Porto.

The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service, friendly, went out of their way to help. Location is prime, in the center of tourist attractions.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We really felt welcomed. Stayed at the center of the town. Everything is within a walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. All food was very fresh and coffee was excellent. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was the best service we have ever had at a hotel. Marta and Susana and their staff were attentive, more than helpful and always with a bright smile. The location is top notch as well, easy walking of Porto and a lot of great restaurants including our favorite DOP!

Property was great however I am owed money by Expedia and they arent replying....Please see email I have had to send to CEO due to lack of customer service Hello, Apologies for the direct approach but having spent over 2 hours on the phone to your customer careline with no luck getting the money I was promised back from Expedia I am left with no other option but to try and get through to the right person in a senior position. Very beautiful and all nice classic decorations , The house makes you feel privilege and comfortable as being in your won home, yet small really nice and quite peaceful in the middle of tourist center..love it.

Excelente y coqueto hotelito de tan sólo 10 suites en el centro de Oporto. La recuperación de un edificio del siglo XVI es impecable, con un gusto por los detalles exquisito. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas. El desayuno, aceptable, todo de mucha calidad pero poca variedad, dado que hay muy poco espacio te van haciendo recomendaciones de lo que te pueden ofrecer.
