Petr Kollar: We rate this restaurant 3.6 and here is why. There are two restaurants, one on the Main Street and the second one just around the corner. They are the same company, just having two “shops”. We arrived late in the evening so we were told some of the things are not on the menu anymore. Which is totally understandable. We decided to order: pan fried squids, bread, pate and rice with seafood for two. Also a coke and sangria. The coke arrived after 20 minutes, the sangria another 5 minutes later. The starter arrived in about 35 minutes, with no bread and pate. So we had to asked again, but were told the patê is no more. So butter it is then. Took about 10 minutes and one more prompting to get the bread. The owner (we believe) of the restaurant apologised for the delay, they were short of staff that night. The squids were not what we expected, really delicious nonetheless. So I can recommend. The sangria - ufff- never had a sangria with frozen forest fruit (variety of frozen berries). I guess they were running low on fruit as well. But I had two glasses, the second one had a different fruit again and people who had it next to us had lemons and limes I think. Not very consistent but it tasted alright. The main - seafood rice - tasted good, above average. Rich in seafood, just the mussels were - I guess old? (As an they were collected closer to the end of their life span). They tasted a little bit muddy. Never had mussels like this before. The staff was really friendly and clearly the french lady I believe who worked that night was doing what was in human strength to do to keep up with busy evening. I would definitely try this one again, just to see what is the food and service at the beginning of the evening, rather than to it’s end, in which case I might improve our stars, but I will not get a chance.

Argentina Freire: Peixe fresco, bom e acessível

Absolutamente inútil. 20 empregados a andar por aí sem ajudar. À procura de um item, só queria saber se eles tinham algum, foi-me dito que tenho de entrar numa fila e esperar, depois de já ter esperado. Vi o Coordenador de Vendas, que pensei ser mais sénior, ele nunca fez contacto visual. Não perca seu tempo fazendo compras aqui.

A encomenda online é uma perda total de tempo. Colocou uma encomenda ontem, por volta das 11 horas. O site indicou a recolha no mesmo dia ou eu teria ido à loja. Por volta das 17h, o site disse que não encheria até domingo. Chamado domingo de manhã, eles disseram que ainda não foi preenchido e sem ETA sobre quando ele iria. Já passa das 3 da manhã e ainda não há encomenda. Eu recebo estes são tempos loucos e o pessoal está ocupado, mas não encoraje as compras online, digamos que você pode preencher a entrega no mesmo dia e depois falhar na entrega. Um completo desperdício do meu tempo. Provavelmente irá cancelar a encomenda e ir para Lowes.
