As I read in another comment, Nomad City Flats is totally unprofessional and unreliable. Although their apartments are good, it's not worth the overall cost vs benefit - just because they don't know how to be humans. All they think about is profit and to take advantage in the worse way (to the guests, obviously). On April 1st, after living there for 4 months, I check out without any instruction of their "loyal, professional, and caring staff". I tried to contact, no answer was given. Not a single info about the deposit. Some days after that, they told me that the deposit wasn't going to be refunded because of a skyrocketing expenditure of 200 euros on bills. How non-sense is that? They never showed me the bills. When I booked the apartment, there wasn't a limit on energy expenditures. They never advised that I was spending way too much. They waited for me to leave the apartment to finally tell me that I spent too much and they're keeping the 700 € deposit. After a lot of discussions, they refunded me less than half of the deposit. I never agreed on that. They were the ones who lacked communication. I left the apartment the same way that I entered it. Everything was brand new. So if you're thinking their apartments are a good deal, be aware. After the situation, they've changed their website and put some random/fake testimonials to create an image that they're super professionals. Come on, just take a look at the photos and you will know that's unreal.

Totally unprofessionals. Even though the apartment is good, I don't recommend it to anyone. It seems to me that they don't worry about making the experience of the customer the best possible, it's only in their interest make money by providing a terrible service. I rented an apartment for a long period and they didn't provided ANY cleaning materials whatsoever or spare sheets and towels and they charged a 45€ fee for a cleaning service. In the days before I left the apartment I didn't received any instructions and no one came to check the inventory in person with me. As I had to leave for the airport, I just texted them letting them know I had left the keys on the table. It has been almost one week I left the apartment and they didn't gave me my deposit back (650€), and now they texted me charging me 10€ for some "missing saucers" that I have never even used.

Nada recomendable. Son unos bandidos que intentan contactar los clientes fuera de las plataformas de reservas. Me paso con HomeAway. Te mandan un pantallazo del número de WhatsApp para que contactes con el por esa via. Después que entran en contacto contigo, te piden un montón de informaciones tipo de que trabajas etc. y al final te dejan sin respuesta. Toda la actitud de una agencia poca escrupulosa.

This is for the apartment situated in Rua do Crucifixo nº 6, Santa Maria Maior, 1100-168 Lisbon, Portugal. On our second night the building door code was changed and they did not notify us in any way. We come back around 11pm and tried to enter some 15 minutes while standing in a freezing rain. To our luck another tenant come and let us in while proving the new code. Feedback provided to managing company via WhatsApp remained without any response to this day. Avoid any location managed by Nomad City Flats.
