Chris _: I cannot recommend this agency in any way. Unprofessional. I have rented a newly renovated apartment in Braga. The very day the lease agreement was supposed to start (it had been delayed like 5 times already) I was asked when I planned to move in, because the apartment wasn't ready or clean, the electricity didn't function normally, and internet (included) didn't work yet. The electricity situation was fixed 1 month and a half later, time during which I had to pay full rent, despite having to choose between hot showers or cooking dinner for the power not to go off. All sorts of other things broke / leaked / failed in a matter of weeks : showers, windows, shutter, microwave... too long to list. As if it wasn't sufficient, they came to explain me later on that they made me sign an illegal contract in the first place and that we needed to sign another one. "Equivalent" I was told, which is actually a lot better for them and worse for me when I came to read it. Stay clear.

Eu gostei muito de Jasper Pickers hoje, eu fiquei cerca de 2 horas apenas olhando ao redor de tudo e eu definitivamente vou voltar, há tantas coisas incríveis para olhar, definitivamente estará de volta, todos foram muito simpáticos e prestativos e eu teria ficado mais tempo, mas meus pés estavam me matando LOL

Eu tenho trabalhado com a American Air e mais especificamente, Tom K, por muitos anos. Tom é extremamente amigável e se sente parte da família. Ele não só conhece as suas coisas de HVAC, mas também se esforçou para nos ajudar em várias ocasiões quando o nosso aquecimento ou ar condicionado foi desligado. Eu recomendo altamente tanto o Tom como a American Air.

O pessoal é incrível. Útil, amigável e muito paciente. Os banheiros são imundos!! Os preços são por negociantes e não pelo próprio centro comercial, por isso é comum encontrar algumas pechinchas e alguns itens superfaturados, você só tem que procurar. É bom que haja bancos para você fazer uma pausa e sentar-se, porque este lugar é enorme!
