Unique medevil setting with great view of castle wall. Hotel set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Rooms well appointed with a generous breakfeat. Only caveat was an unpleasant odor from lobby bathroom which lingered all during our stay. Staff very pleasant.

The Real Hotel in Obidos is very well located just at the entrance of the historical site. It is a house that was built about 700 ago but it is in excellent condition. The room and the bathroom very clean. he reception and service was very nice and helpful with good turist Info. Breakfast was delicious and The hotel is surrounded by 28 excellent restaurants. We recomend JAM JAM restaurant in front of the Hotel. The soups are special.

No se puede ser mas profesional, te miman y 100% de atenciones tanto en recepcion como en comedor, habitaciones con camas comodisimas silenciosas y limpieza impecable. Cuidan el minimo detalle. Decoracion magnifica. Piscina con vistas al castillo, preciosas. Haciamos ruta por portugal y quisimos alargar la estancia pero no se pudo por ocupacion. Volvere porque me he sentido como en casa. Gracias por todo amigos.

Such a cute hotel!!! Location, ambiance and staff were fantastic. Convenient w free parking in its own garage and near 3 great restaurants. Entrance to the hotel always seems to have a stinky & unpleasant “still water” smell but rooms, corridors and other areas do not. 2.50€ For usage of each pool towel is simply ridiculous! Especially in a 4* hotel. Would be happy to pay of this was a Deposit to ensure we returned them. Tip: bring your own beach/pool towel & sturdy walking shoes.

The hotel had a great ambiance that fits well with the medieval feel of the town. It is right next to a point of entry to the walled town. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was clean.

Situado numa construção histórica, numa das portas da cidadezinha, com todas as modernidades, ótimas instalações, ótimo estado de conservação, decorado com bom gosto, ótimo desejum e piscina e até vista para a região e a cidade.
Atendimento apenas razoável.
Hotel com 18 quartos e garagem para 12. Chegue cedo.
Sempre que passo por Óbidos, fico neste ótimo hotel.

Leuk hotel met een middeleeuws thema, mooi uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel. Minpuntje is dat de vloeren en bedden van hout zijn waardoor het best gehorig is. De buren hebben 2 honden die veel blaffen,dit is niet prettig als je wilt slapen.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, cómodas y limpias.
El personal excelente. Muy amables y eficientes.
El tener parking, es un punto a favor muy importante, ya que la al tratarse de un entorno muy antiguo, es casi imposible aparcar .

The property was beautiful and very quaint looking. The only issue we had was the bed was much too hard to sleep on comfortably.. If you like a nice soft mattress, then this is not the place for you.

Todos os anos por esta altura se dá um evento maravilhoso que se chama Mercado Medieval situado numa Pérola Portuguesa que se chama Vila de Óbidos e faço questão de ir todos os anos, e para mim o que não pode faltar é uma boa estadia, e como tal sempre que vou o meu Hotel de eleição é nada mais nada menos o Hotel Real D` Óbidos, recomendo vivamente este Hotel.

Das nett aufgemachte Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadtmauer von Obidos und ist recht gut zugänglich. In das Zentrum der Stadt ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Die Einrichtung vermittelt einen historischen Eindruck. Der Service ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Excelente hotel! Ele não fica dentro da muralha, mas está bem à porta. Como a cidade é pequena, considero a localização perfeita, uma vez que o hotel dispõe de estacionamento. O café da manhã é delicioso, farto, com opções de pães, bolos, geleias, sucos naturaos, espumante, café, leite, chás, frios, doces, ovos... enfim, completo! A decoração do hotel é divertida, com tema medieval. A chave dps quartos acompanha o tema, é curiosa, mas não muito funcional. Banheiro com excelentes amenidades. Banheira um pouco escorregadia, sugiro que instalem apoio para segurança.
Quarto espaçoso com TV tela plana. Dispõe de cofre, mas creio que deve ser solicitada a chave com a recepção, pois não era do modelo digital. Wifi funcionou perfeitamente. Silencioso. Cama e travesseiros muito bons e roupa de cama e banho de ótima qualidade.
Hotel tem piscina e ótima vista das muralhas.
Recomendo fortemente. Funcionários gentis, especialmente a Paula.
Próximo ao hotel estão os restaurantes mais bem avaliados do Tripadvisor. Voltaria a me hospedar sem dúvidas.

A small, lovely hotel offering history, culture, and ambience in the picturesque town of Óbidos.
Beamed ceilings, cannon balls, and suits of armor decorate the rooms and halls, but amenities are modern day with large, conventional washrooms.
Our room opened via French doors to a small courtyard. A larger outdoor area is available by the pool with tables and lounge chairs.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection for every taste.
Parking is available on site.

This is a great, small and cosy hotel, no real negative points to be found. The location is amazing, right next to Obidos Castle and close to many restaurants. (The hotel doesn't have one) The building has a medieval setting with decorations all over the hotel and inside the rooms, even the room keys. Therefore the rooms could feel a little outdated, the bed is not the best, the tv is quite old, but due to the overall classic atmosphere in the hotel, it was allright. Everything is tidy and it's a deserved 4-star hotel. The swimming pool is quite small but lovely with a great view. Finally the breakfast here is amazing, lots of choice; cakes, pastries, fresh juice, ...

Room was dirty and unhealthy (a lot of humidity), especially for kids.A few days before arriving they charged our debit card for pre autorization. At the check out, they charged us again and told us that pre autorization would be cancelled. We had to wait 5 days to see the pre autorization cancelled, during this time we were charged twice the room price !Staff was not kind and not helpful.

Lovely medieval like hotel. Quiet, well located right outside the historical center.
There is an outdoor swimming pool, the breakfast buffet is quite good.
It has a car park and but one can easily park his car on the street anyway.

We chose this hotel because it was easy to reach and offered parking facilities. Entering the building we felt taken back to a medieval castle, which matched the general athmosphere of Óbidos in a perfect way. But, of course, in medieval times there were no saunas or swimming pools or wifi or all the rest of the comfort that this hotel has to offer. Our only complaint is that we stayed there for only one night!

Удобное расположение у ворот старого города, собственная парковка, интерьерное оформление под старину. Номер среднего размера, кровати очень удобные, чисто. Душевая нормальных размеров, одноразовые шампуни и мыло присутствуют, все работает. Рядом с нашей комнатой на улице очень приятный маленький бассейн с шикарным видом на замок, не смог удержаться и окунулся, несмотря на холодную воду. Завтрак средненький. Все вместе: нормальный вариант для короткой остановки, оптимальное расположение для прогулки по Обидошу.

A equipa foi super atenciosa e o quarto estava impecável. A piscina tem uma grande vista para as muralhas e um mergulho no final do dia sabe mesmo bem. O buffet tem bastante variedade. É um óptimo hotel para explorar as redondezas e a vila de Óbidos.

Gutes Hotel, Preis/Leistung stimmt. Es ist speziell eingerichtet (Ritterburg) und bietet einen guten Service inkl. gratis Autogarage. Die Lage ist ideal, um in der Umgebung schöne Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Es gibt sogar einen Expressbus nach Lissabon.

Bel hotel, très propre. Certes la décoration médiévale est parfois un peu kitsch ; la télé nest pas du dernier cri non plus. Très bon emplacement et personnel très sympa. Au total un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Im Real DObidos, das kleine Quinta war super.Die Hotelanlage, die Korridore, Zimmer, Esszimmer alles war so hübsch angeordnet, so familiär, wie früher. Man kommt sich vor, wie vor 100 Jahren in einem schönen alten Herrenhaus. Es fehlte nur noch der Geist um Mitternacht. Es ist alles vorhanden Ritterausrüstungen, uralte Truhen, knarrende Korridore und ein 20cm langer Schlüssel fürs Zimmer.Es war ein Traum. Wäre gerne länger geblieben. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Aussenanlage waren sehr schön. Das Städchen Obidos ist sehenswert. Wir können nur schwärmen vom Hotel und seiner Anlage

Nada como ficar num Hotel que transmite toda a nostalgia da Época Medieval.
