I can't express how much i enjoyed my experience with Central Hotel. We engaged their services to host a bridal shower for my friend. There was a lot of anxiety on my part because we were planning this entirely virtually from the US up until 2 days to the event. Andreia, who i did most of the corresponding with was always communicative and worked very hard to quell our anxiety. When i arrived in Portugal and went up to the venue, Andreia was on top of everything! They has carried out all our requests and worked with us to accommodate any additional requests. On the day of the event, Andreia and her staff blew us out of the water. they assisted us with set up and coordination and we had a most successful event. They managed our guests who were all from out of town with such professionalism. They served an AMAZING 3 course meal and our guests were all in agreement that it was one of the best meals they has in Portugal. I would absolutely recommend their restaurant and their services.

No idea how people could score low, I had 5 * service and had the best steak. Great space for events. Not for someone looking for a deal but the place used to be a palace so what do you expect?

J'y suis allé juste pour un café et le wifi et j'ai été vraiment très impressionné par la salle à manger qui laisse deviner la qualité des chambres. Service irréprochable.

It is a very bad restaurant. I faced a very uncomfortable experience! Waiters with an inpatient service. They brought what I did not ask and presented a nonprofessional posture. Food is regular and price is very high. I do not recommend this restaurant. They will impact your travel. Do not go there.

Absolut überteuert, zwei Limonaden und zwei Kaffee 21 €. Schöne Aussicht auf den Palast.
