Um dos piores lugares para alugar carros em Portugal. Todos os anos alugo um carro em Portugal, para visitar a família e gozar as minhas férias, mas fora de todas as vezes que estive em Portugal e aluguei o carro, este foi o pior. Eu pretendia escrever isso há algum tempo, mas ainda estava sendo excluído. Então, primeiro, quando aluguei o carro com um Fiat Punto preto daquela empresa em julho e agosto, percebi como era suspeito. Em primeiro lugar, eles nem sequer têm um escritório no aeroporto de Yeh como eles dizem ser que eles têm que dirigir como uma hora de distância apenas para chegar lá. Eu tive que esperar até uma hora para pegar o carro deles. Segundo, quando me deram o carro, tudo estava arranhado, amassado e sujo. E isso não é nem a pior parte quando eu comecei a bagunça do carro que não tinha gás sem gás, quero dizer, como se estivesse na reserva e em qualquer momento pode ficar sem gás. Eu tive que dirigir na estrada sem gás e onde o carro pode parar a qualquer momento para encontrar um posto de gasolina. Enquanto eu estava no posto de gasolina, vi que o rádio não estava funcionando e percebi que não havia sequer uma audiência. Outra coisa que notei é como as torneiras da janela foram danificadas e eu não tinha água para se contorcer no pára-brisas para ajudar a limpá-la. Durante as férias, tive que lidar com um carro horrível. Como eu vou entregar, eles prometeram me conhecer e eu até esperei uma hora e eles nem apareceram, então eu tive que deixar o carro porque eles não estavam aparecendo e eu ia perder meu voo. Eu liguei para eles 30 vezes e eles nem sequer responderam. Quando eu saí do meu vôo de 8 horas, recebi um email dizendo que eu estava sendo acusado por não ter gasolina no carro, mas eles me deram o carro porque eu não tinha gasolina e eles estavam sendo hipócritas, outra coisa que eles fizeram Eu era responsável por todos os danos que já estavam no carro e marcados no papel. Eles não se importavam com nada. Demorou mais de duas semanas para entrar em contato comigo e eles continuaram mudando o preço das cobranças que estavam me cobrando para aumentá-lo e aumentá-lo. Eu estava basicamente sendo enviado por esta empresa sendo acusado de algo que eu não fiz. No final, eu apenas pensei comigo mesma que não há mais razão para argumentar com eles, porque não vale a pena perder meu tempo. Meu ponto principal disso é não alugar esta empresa e evitá-lo a todo custo. Esta não é a história completa, isto é apenas um pequeno resumo dela. Por favor, seja prudente ao alugar e evitar empresas como estas!

One of the worst car rental place in Portugal. Every year I rent a car in Portugal, to visit family and enjoy my vacation but out of all the times I have been in Portugal and rented the car this one as been the worst one. I meant to write this a while ago but it kept getting deleted. So firstly, when I rented the car a Fiat Punto black from this company back in July through August, I noticed how fishy it was. First off they do not even have an office in Yeh airport like they claim to be they have to drive like an hour away just to get there. I had to wait up to an hour to receive the car from them. Secondly when they gave me the car it was all scratched, dented and dirty. And that's not even the worst part when I got the mess of the car it had no gas by no gas I mean like it was on the reserve and at any time it can run out of gas. I had to drive on the highway with no gas and where the car can stop at any time to find a gas station. As I was at the gas station I saw the radio wasn't working and noticed that there isn't even an attena. Another thing I noticed is how the window wippers was all damaged and I the car had no water to squirt onto the windshield to help clean it. For the length of the vacation I had to deal with a horrible car. As I go to hand it in, they promised to meet me up and I even waited an hour and they didn't even show up so I had to just leave the car because they weren't showing up and I was gonna miss my flight. I called them up to 30 times and they had not even answered. As I land from my 8 hour flight, I get an email saying I was being charged for having no gas in the car giving it to them but they gave me the car for having no gas and they were being hypocrites, another thing they did was charge me for all the damaged that were already in the car and marked in the paper. They didn't care at all. It took over 2 weeks to contact me and they kept changing the price of the charges they were charging me for raising it up and raising it down. I was basically being black mailed by this company being charged with something I didn't do. In the end I just thought to myself that there's no reason to argue with them anymore cause there not worth wasting my time. My main point of this, is not to rent from this company and to avoid it at all costs. This isn't even the full story, this is just a short summary of it. Please be wise when renting and avoid companies like these!

FIRST RENT... c'est une société de location qui escroque et arnaque les touristes étrangers de passage à Porto. Nous en avons fait l'expérience en octobre dernier avec une panne soudaine du véhicule loué liée à une usure mécanique de l'embrayage qui nous a été facturée 800 euros. Notre avis s'ajoute à d'autres mésavantures de voyageurs. Méfiez vous des avis à cinq étoiles qui sont probablement des avis de complaisances pour détourner le véritable état d'esprit d'arnaque de la société.

It's a scam! They will steal your money after the rent is over! As other people wrote they will take 150€ for no reason from your deposit!! Please go to serious retal companies, this is not one of them

DONT rent a car here. 2 years after I rented a car here, FIRST RENT have withdrawn money 3 times from my Visa card - without noticing me. This is fraud!!!

A fuire si vous voulez pas vous retrouver sans voiture. Arrivé en retard à l aéroport nous nous somme retrouvés à appeler pendant plus de 15min minimum pour qu on nous réponde pour venir nous chercher et au final on nous a annoncé que notre réservation était annulée car le délai de 60min était dépassé et aucune aide ni solution nous a été fournit. J ai été très en colère et très déçu c est la1er fois qu une chose comme sa nous arrive. En plus aucun mail ni aucun sms pour nous prévenir. Alors franchement entreprise pas sérieusement à fuite. Heureusement que nous avons été très bien reçu chez sixte qui nous on sauvé nos vacances avec une petite voiture toute neuve et très propre

French vesrion : n'allez surtout pas dans cette agence ! ils facturent tous les clients si vous ne vérifiez pas à la petite rayure près, le service après-vente est déplorable et ils se moquent clairement du client, pas de facture du dommage payé, lorsque l'on demande un envoi de photos, ils envoient des photos du reste de la voiture et non pas du dommage. N'Y ALLEZ JAMAIS ! Portuguese version: nao va nunca a essa agencia ! eles faturam todos os clients sem exceçao se você nao olhar para o minimo risco, os serviço apos vendas é deploravel e gozam mesmo com a cara das pessoas, nao ha fatura dos danos pagos e quando se pede a foto de uma jante, mandam a foto da porta do carro sem se ver a jante. NUNCA VA PARA LA ! English version: never go to this rental ! they invoice every customer, you need to have a look to every damages, even the invisible ones. The after-sales service is discusting, they really play with you, they don't give the invoice of the damage you pay, when we ask for a wheel picture they sent us the door picture. NEVER GO TO THIS RENTAL

Agence de location A FUIR !!! Nous avons réservé un véhicule AVEC siège pour bébé en mars pour un séjour débutant le 21 juillet 2019. A notre arrivée et après plus d'une heure d'attente au "Meeting Point" avec un enfant devenant intenable en début de soirée, nous avons appris que la voiture n'était pas équipée de siège pour bébé. M'efforçant de garder mon calme (l'erreur est humaine), je réitère mon absolue nécessité d'avoir un siège puisque mon enfant n'a que 2 ans et patiente afin que la jeune femme trouve une solution. Je précise que j'ai téléphoné quelques jours avant pour confirmer cette demande ce à quoi elle me répond que j'ai peut-être eu au téléphone quelqu'un d'autre, extérieur à l'entreprise First Rent A Car. J'intercepte cependant une de ses conversations téléphoniques pendant laquelle elle avoue son erreur et ne pas avoir vu la mention "siège bébé". Suite à cela elle raccroche et me dit que le contrat stipule bien que le siège est présent "Selon disponibilité". Bien sûr, l'enfant est lui aussi "présent selon disponibilité". J'aurais peut-être du le laisser seul en France à l'âge de 2 ans. L'aventure ne s'arrête pas là. Elle a le courage de me presser car elle a d'autres clients et me propose d'aller acheter moi-même un siège au centre commercial le plus proche. Faute d'autre solution et ma mère étant du voyage et pouvant garder l'enfant, j'accepte cette proposition en enlevant les 98eur de siège bébé de la facture. Comme d'habitude, la réception du véhicule se fait à la va vite au "dépose minute" dans des conditions de luminosité et de pression qui laissent à désirer. Enfin vient le retour. Là, comme par hasard, la vérification se fait sur un parking désert et par deux personnes de l'entreprise. Et tadaaaa, un minuscule impact dans le creux de l'aile arrière droite de la C3. Cet impact est facturé 101eur. Au final - 98eur de siège mais + 101eur d'impact...coïncidence ? Je vais demander à voir les photos prisent le 21 juillet afin de les comparer à celles prises à la restitution et s'il le faut nous contesterons la facturation.

N allez jamais chez eux ce sont des voleurs et arnaqueurs... ils m ont débité deux fois sur le compte et une fois soit disant qu' il y avait une griffe sur une portière hors j avais fait une vidéo de la voiture à la remise des clefs au parking car personne ne venait faire de check out et j avais bien raison mais malgré cela ils osent affirmer qu' il y avait une griffe sur une portière et il ne l on jamais vu je pense sincèrement que ce sont des malhonnêtes et que c est une arnaque bien huilée c est ce que m z confirmé un avocat que j ai contacté à Porto il va prendre cela en charge aussi . N allez jamais chez eux

Good afternoon, If any one is thinking of rent a car on this company please do not do it. I have one start as I could not give less than that. The representative of the First car rent on arrival did not give us any attention , exchange only few words with us and no clear message. 1 st she mention about the insurance that we can have full cover only for 10pounds a day. I did mention that I already did full coverage insurance with company online she said that they do no accept if anything happen they will take all the deposito. Any way we did and no problems 2 nd she mention that we can to pay 1,85 euros per day for the via verde. We did mention how does it works , she said you pai was c84 per day and do not need to pay anything else. 3 days after the check out they have charged from our account money and after invoice that was do the congestion charge. I had call and the representative , male , was quite rude saying that we understood wrong and his colleague did mention that we need to pay extra. But if she informed me that I would not accept and would avoid Moto way, lack communication to us. I did mention to him that as tourist she did not pass on the correct information, he replay saying you speak Portuguese and never been in Portugal??? This male staff does not have any knowledge as I can speak Portuguese however I do not need to be originally from Portugal. He did mention that all the countries residents needs to pay congestion charge when in and out of the Motorway. It is not true. Any way in the contract does say we need to pay all the congestion charge but says that the first care rent gives the device , does not mention that we need to pay the rent of the device. 3rd No petrol and the yellow light on. At midnight??? I did mention and again by email they have said that on the voucher does not mention the fuel however it does say the car comes with some Petrol . First car rent does not care about a costume not happy but I do no care even Very bad in all aspects from the beginning until the end.....

If you are thinking about renting a car in Porto from this company, PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY, there are many good. First Rent only look serious at a first glance, but once you have already returned the rental car back, the struggle starts and they charge you the deposit of €150! Almost 2 weeks after we had returned the car, my credit card was charged with the deposit and for the first time, 2 weeks later, I got to hear that it was obviously a damage at the car at the return, which was almost 2 weeks earlier?! I don’t know if this is the way the company earns their money, but they for sure leave unsatisfied costumer. Worth mentioning is also that the company rents cars from Citroen, so they are just some kind of middle hand with commitments to Citroen, which they care more about than you as a tourist costumer. I sent e-mails and called the costumer service about 22 times (!) and talked to three different customer clerks to get an explanation of the deduction, but no one could explain. It’s a wonder that no one from the company can call or send an e-mail or in some way let me as costumer know if they claim something is wrong with a returned product + that they plan to take money from the costumer without agreeing, is absolutely unbelievable and tragic service, even though they had my phone number and e-mail already from the booking. The woman from the company who picked up the car at the return directly from our hotel in the morning after, when we were still at the hotel, was about to call me (or send an e-mail or reach me via the hotel reception which was 20 meters away) if there were any problems. Of course, we checked through and around the car ourselves as well, but there were nothing to report. So we could have solved this on spot if the company would have behaved serious. The tactic of this company is then to simply not pick up the phone and ignore all e-mails until the deposit anyhow is already booked. Never use this company for rental services, there are so many better places to go!
